Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) is widely used for image-guided radiotherapy, but reducing the number of projections to lower dose and scan time makes reconstruction increasingly ill-posed. We present EUReCA (End-to-end Unified REconstruction across Clinical Acquisitions), a geometry-aware feed-forward model for variable-view clinical linac CBCT. For a given acquisition trajectory, EUReCA accepts 8-100 projections with a single set of weights, without view-count-specific retraining; the same architecture and training recipe extend unchanged to other clinical trajectories. It combines learned projection features with an in-frame Feldkamp-Davis-Kress (FDK) reconstruction. The model encodes each projection with a shared multiscale backbone, back-projects features into multiresolution 3D grids using the acquisition geometry, aggregates variable numbers of views at fixed computational cost, and refines the volume with a global 3D transformer and multilevel decoder. On simulated data, EUReCA achieved 29.9-33.2 dB PSNR with 10-100 views and outperformed all applicable feed-forward baselines; it also exceeded iterative optimization-based methods while running orders of magnitude faster. On 15 measured patient CBCT scans evaluated against vendor reconstructions, EUReCA achieved the best performance at every tested view count. These results suggest that geometry-aware, measurement-anchored feed-forward reconstruction can provide a practical and flexible foundation for variable-view linac CBCT.

Multimodal Recommender Systems (MMRS) leverage rich item features to mitigate data sparsity, yet similarity-driven graph construction and propagation can favor semantically similar substitutes over functionally related complements. When behavioral associations connect semantically distant items, complementary signals can remain geometrically isolated, yielding fragmented "Similarity Islands" and semantic drift when standard propagation is applied. To overcome these limitations, we propose MAGE (Manifold-Augmented Graph Embedding), a framework for personalized multimodal ranking that decouples complementarity modeling into offline geometric warping and online topological propagation. The offline phase enhances item representations by extracting complement-aware residual directions via a Soft Conceptor mechanism and injecting them under a local gap-preserving constraint, incorporating co-purchase evidence while controlling the magnitude of geometric perturbation. Synergistically, the online phase employs an asymmetric dual-stream GNN that treats visual features as stable anchors and augmented textual features as flexible probes, fused through a self-calibrated cross-modal mechanism to reconcile shared semantics and modality-specific residual cues. Extensive experiments on four Amazon datasets show that MAGE yields consistent improvements over strong multimodal recommendation baselines. Together with the supporting analyses in the appendix, these results suggest that geometry-aware augmentation can alleviate the semantic mismatch that arises in complementary recommendation settings. Existing Vision-Language Navigation (VLN) agents based on Large Vision-Language Models (LVLMs) often suffer from errors of perception, reasoning, and planning, which significantly hinder their navigation performance. To address these limitations, a novel VLN agent framework, named SeeNav-Agent, is proposed. First, to reduce hallucinations of the visual module of the VLN agent, a dual-view Visual Prompt (VP) technique is introduced, which can also improve the agent's understanding of current spatial states. Subsequently, a novel step-level Reinforcement Fine-Tuning (RFT) method, Step Reward Group Policy Optimization (SRGPO), is designed for post-training. In SRGPO, we first define verifiable process rewards for navigation, and then perform efficient step-level advantage estimation by randomly grouping navigation steps. SRGPO provides dense reward signals for the RFT of the VLN agent and enhances its planning capability. Experiments on both the EmbodiedBench Navigation (Embench-Nav) and VLN-CE validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. By introducing the zero-shot VP module, the GPT-4.1 achieves a navigation success rate of 86.7%, surpassing the current best LVLM by approximately 20 percentage points (pp) on Embench-Nav and achieves an 11.1 pp improvement on VLN-CE compared to the base model. With VP+SRGPO, the Qwen2.5-VL-3B model reaches a navigation success rate of 72.3%, outperforming the best existing LVLM model by 5.6 pp on Embench-Nav and achieves 8.9 pp improvement on VLN-CE compared to the baseline method. Moreover, compared to GRPO and GiGPO, the proposed SRGPO demonstrates significant improvements in training stability, convergence efficiency, and generalization capability.
A camera-controlled video world model must keep a scene consistent when the camera returns to it. Memories that render stored features into the target frame can turn depth and pose errors into ghosting or duplicated structure. Positional transport avoids that resampling by relocating a historical patch's address rather than its content, but assigns full positional precision even to inaccurate projections. We present GLIMPSE, a global-local memory interface with band-wise multi-precision coordinates and geometry-conditioned spectral attenuation to reduce sensitivity to inaccurate projected addresses. Local patch memory supplies view-specific appearance, while recurrent global memory provides scene context. Footprint-guided retrieval selects historical patches under a fixed local read budget. Under matched retrieval and read budgets, GLIMPSE improves geometric correspondence and photometric consistency over deterministic positional transport.

Generative audio modeling has largely been fragmented into specialized tasks, text-to-speech (TTS), text-to-music (TTM), and text-to-audio (TTA), each operating under heterogeneous control paradigms. Unifying these modalities remains a fundamental challenge due to the intrinsic dissonance between structured semantic representations (speech/music) and unstructured acoustic textures (sound effects). In this paper, we introduce UniSonate, a unified flow-matching framework capable of synthesizing speech, music, and sound effects through a standardized, reference-free natural language instruction interface. To reconcile structural disparities, we propose a novel dynamic token injection mechanism that projects unstructured environmental sounds into a structured temporal latent space, enabling precise duration control within a phoneme-driven Multimodal Diffusion Transformer (MM-DiT). Coupled with a multi-stage curriculum learning strategy, this approach effectively mitigates cross-modal optimization conflicts. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniSonate achieves state-of-the-art performance in instruction-based TTS (WER 1.47%) and TTM (SongEval Coherence 3.18), while maintaining competitive fidelity in TTA. Crucially, we observe positive transfer, where joint training on diverse audio data significantly enhances structural coherence and prosodic expressiveness compared to single-task baselines.

Scalable robot learning is hindered by the high cost of acquiring diverse, high-quality embodied data. Existing data generation approaches partially mitigate this issue but typically depend on hard-to-access hardware and labor-intensive manual effort, with limited generalization to diverse scene configurations. To overcome these limitations, we propose Video2Robo, a framework that generates high-quality and diverse robot data directly from a single human demonstration video, enabling seamless deployment on physical robots. At its core, Video2Robo leverages 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) as a powerful scene representation, enabling high-fidelity rendering and explicit 3D scene editing. The framework tracks temporally consistent motion trajectories of task-relevant objects from raw video footage and identifies key task skills, guiding robots to execute tasks kinematically plausibly under novel object arrangements. Furthermore, by augmenting backgrounds, textures, lighting, and camera views, Video2Robo further enhances the diversity of generated data. Extensive evaluations in both simulation and real-world environments demonstrate that policies trained on Video2Robo data achieve superior generalization and transfer performance.
