We present Xiaomi Auto World Model 2.0, a unified streaming causal world model for Physical AI. It models and generates causal physical evolution in the real world, and unifies heterogeneous conditioning inputs for view-consistent generation. The architecture integrates View-Temporal Attention (VTA) to capture cross-view spatial dependencies and temporal dynamics, together with Multi-view Rotary Position Encoding (RoPE) to encode positional relationships across views and time. WorldRec 2.0 reconstructs static and dynamic 3D Gaussians from multi-view, multi-temporal observations in a single forward pass and uses their renderings as explicit scene context to preserve geometry and appearance during long-horizon generation. Conditioning inputs are fused through VAE latent concatenation in a shared representation space. We incorporate Gated Linear Attention (GLA) into the temporal layers of VTA for efficient streaming inference, reducing computation and KV-cache memory during multi-view rollouts. A physical-interaction data pipeline covers diverse interactions and long-tailed events. From Pre-train onward, these data are combined with large-scale videos and heterogeneous visual modalities to learn visual, geometric, and dynamic priors. During Mid-train, training across diverse view configurations further improves the model's ability to capture how actions and object states shape subsequent scene evolution. After distillation-based Post-train, we apply the model to closed-loop simulation, closed-loop training, and World Action Model (WAM) applications. These applications generate physically consistent future states and support world-state prediction, policy learning, and action generation for Physical AI.
General-purpose embodied intelligence requires robots to coordinate diverse skills over long horizons, track task progress, and recover from failures. Specialist policies alone do not ensure task-level reliability, while powerful multimodal agents rely on costly reasoning and external experience that compact models struggle to reproduce. We introduce OmniBrain-0, a lightweight unified embodied agent that coordinates manipulation and navigation through a shared high-level decision model, integrating task understanding, planning, progress tracking, and feedback-driven recovery. Our progressive training framework combines embodied pretraining, domain-specialized agent distillation, and multi-teacher on-policy distillation (MOPD). It distills powerful teachers' interaction experience into manipulation and navigation experts, then consolidates their decision capabilities into OmniBrain-0. Unification therefore occurs within the learned decision model rather than only at the tool interface. We further introduce Rubric-Guided Recursive Self-Improvement (RSI), a data flywheel in which a Meta-Agent turns execution evidence into refined rubrics, step-level reminders, and verified trajectories for domain-expert updates before their reconsolidation into OmniBrain-0 through MOPD. We evaluate OmniBrain-0 on LIBERO-Pro, LIBERO-Plus, RoboCasa365, RoboTwin 2.0, and R2R-CE Val-Unseen, as well as multiple real-world manipulation tasks. OmniBrain-0 combines strong cross-domain task performance with substantially lower inference and execution overhead than its closed-source teacher, demonstrating efficient transfer and consolidation of embodied capabilities into a compact unified agent.
World models are emerging as a fundamental component of policy learning for real-world agents, enabling agents to predict future world states and plan actions within a learned representation of the dynamic environment. Existing approaches, however, often model appearance, metric geometry represented by projected LiDAR depth, and ego motion either partially or independently, overlooking the fact that these modalities are different projections of a shared underlying world state. This separation can lead to information loss and cross-modal inconsistency, ultimately limiting downstream performance. Motivated by this unified view of the world, we propose DriveUniTok, a unified multimodal tokenizer for driving world-action models (WAMs) that encodes these modalities in a single decodable continuous latent. We freeze DriveUniTok and adapt a pretrained diffusion model, DriveUniWAM, to predict future unified latents; the tokenizer then decodes them into future appearance, projected LiDAR depth, and ego trajectories. Experiments on NAVSIM demonstrate that our unified design achieves better future prediction and planning performance at lower downstream computational cost than separate-stream alternatives. With reinforcement learning post-training, DriveUniWAM achieves a PDMS of 91.54, reaching state-of-the-art performance among the evaluated WAM-based planners.
