Human demonstrations offer an efficient and scalable source of data for dexterous robot manipulation, but differences in sensing and hand morphology complicate the transfer of contact-rich interactions. We present TouchBridge, a hardware--software co-designed framework for human-to-robot data transformation. A wearable human demonstration interface and a corresponding robot interface establish cross-embodiment correspondence in visual and fingertip tactile sensing. We introduce Tac-Retarget, a tactile-conditioned retargeting method that uses measured contact to align fingertip contact patches and preserve their spatial relations within and across hands. Unlike object-aware or simulation-based transfer pipelines, Tac-Retarget requires no object mesh, object-pose estimate, or physics simulation for retargeting, enabling direct and scalable conversion of human demonstrations into robot-domain training data. Combined with visual synthesis and camera-anchored action conversion, TouchBridge produces robot-domain demonstrations for fine-tuning a pretrained vision-language-action (VLA) model. Across four real-world contact-rich tasks, policies fine-tuned solely on TouchBridge-converted human demonstrations achieve a 72.5% average success rate, compared with 77.5% using an equal number of teleoperated robot demonstrations, while human demonstration collection is 7.0x faster. Under the same policy and training setup, Tac-Retarget outperforms DexPilot and UniDex by 25.0 and 42.5 percentage points, respectively.

VibeVideoBench: Evaluating Multimodal Agents on Code-Driven Video Generation

Muxi Diao, Wenbin Xu, Lele Yang, Xuyang Ma, Yuzhe Chen, Jiankang Chen, Kaiyu Jiang, Changyi Liu 等 24 位作者

Diffusion video models produce striking clips, but they cannot reliably render an exact formula, a correct chart, a rule-consistent game or narration synchronized to on-screen events. A different route is emerging: multimodal agents that write code to render every frame and synthesize every sound. We introduce VibeVideoBench, a benchmark for evaluating agents on code-driven video generation. Its 239 self-contained tasks in English and Chinese span 12 categories, from data stories and music-driven pieces to classroom lessons and paper explainers; each asks an agent, running in its native harness inside a sandbox with no image or video generation model, to deliver a finished MP4 with sound within one hour. Evaluation is hierarchical and evidence-based: program checks of the delivery spec, about 13k task-specific rubric checks traced to the requirements they enforce, and five quality dimensions anchored per task, scored by three VLM judge panels. Across nine frontier agent systems and 2,151 scored rollouts, GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 rank first and second with both the judges and human annotators, and the strongest system satisfies every core requirement on 76.3% of tasks. Delivery is a second axis: counting missing videos as zero changes the ranking, and three quarters of the lost videos are final renders that started too late, ran too slowly or never started, a failure of how agents plan their hour. Agents build their own rendering pipelines and inspect their own frames, yet how much they look does not predict quality. The judges' ranking of the systems closely matches blind human preferences.

LRMoE: Demand-Side Load Re-Calibration for Efficient MoE Training on Memory-Constrained Nodes

Jiaming Hu, Zhida Jiang, Zhaolong Xing, Yu Li, Zhen Chen, Ke Zhang

Sparse Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) models offer scalable capacity for Web applications, but uneven routing creates computation and communication bottlenecks. Existing placement and replication methods redistribute this workload, yet additional expert copies compete with token-related buffers for limited GPU memory. We present LRMoE, a memory-aware MoE training system that jointly recalibrates backward demand and balances the retained workload. During forward execution, it plans retention quotas and expert placement under resource constraints while preserving all routed computations. During backpropagation, a load recalibration metric estimates each token-expert pair's contribution to the expert update and selects pairs within these quotas. A capacity-aware routing algorithm distributes retained pairs among eligible instances of their original experts. Physical compaction then forms smaller communication payloads and variable-size grouped GEMMs, reducing backward traffic, computation, and execution-buffer demand. Experiments on Qwen3-30B-A3B and GLM4.5-106B-A12B show that LRMoE reduces cumulative MoE-layer training time to fixed-loss targets by 21.2-44.8% relative to SYMI.

CulturalRiddles: A Multicultural Benchmark of Riddles

My Chiffon Nguyen, Tianyi Hu, Vinod Anbalagan, Henry Gagnier, Pouya Sadeghi, Farah Abdou, Tidor-Vlad Pricope, Diego MMS Oliveira 等 164 位作者

As LLMs expand their language coverage, evaluating how well they understand and represent diverse cultures becomes increasingly important. However, many benchmarks remain English-centric, with limited cultural coverage and a focus on factual knowledge over its application in real-world cultural contexts. We propose CulturalRiddles, a benchmark of original, culturally grounded riddles created entirely by humans through a participatory community effort, spanning 62 cultures (45 countries, 51 languages). These riddles are deeply rooted in their respective cultures and require abductive and compositional reasoning, alongside detailed factual and social knowledge, language skills, and an understanding of culturally specific associations. We benchmark 28 LLM configurations using both automatic and large-scale human evaluation. Even frontier models achieve at most 22% accuracy in some communities. We publicly release all artifacts alongside an open contribution process to expand the benchmark's linguistic and cultural coverage.

UnityBench-Mini3D: Evaluating LLM Agents for 3D Game Development in Unity

Yijun Zhou, Minghao Shao, Ke Zhang, Renkai Yuan, Hongbo Yuan, Bin Hu, Bozhao Qian, Hongxia Shen 等 23 位作者

Game development stresses coding agents in ways general software engineering does not: correctness depends on how engine APIs, serialized scene state, and runtime behavior interact, not on source code alone. Existing benchmarks mainly target platforms such as Godot and heavily rely on LLM judges or coarse task-level outcomes. We present UnityBench-Mini3D, a benchmark of 77 project-level Unity tasks organized around seven expert-defined skill categories rather than tutorials or genres, with three difficulty tiers. Each task pairs a complete Unity project with natural-language requirements and is evaluated using 1,178 held-out, human-authored milestone tests covering scene structure, component configuration, and runtime behavior. This in-engine evaluation provides deterministic partial credit, localizes failures, and distinguishes partial implementations from complete solutions without relying on subjective judges. Across 21 models and 9 coding harnesses, the average pass rate reaches 80.9% on easy tasks but falls to 35.2% on hard tasks, with just 57.7% overall. UnityBench-Mini3D provides a reproducible, diagnostic testbed distinguishing systems across difficulty levels.

Efficient Proof Generation for Lean Statements with Multiple Candidate Answers

Pengzhen Lin, Ke Zhang, Maziar Raissi, Zhouxing Shi

In formal systems such as Lean 4, efficiently finding answers to mathematical problems and generating verifiable proofs is an important task in automated mathematical reasoning. In the traditional way where an upstream solver provides multiple candidate answers, the common workflow requires searching for proofs for each candidate separately, incurring redundant computational cost. To this end, we propose a joint proof framework that integrates candidate answer selection, answer supplementation, and formal proof generation into a unified reasoning process. At its core is a trained prover that selects given or proposes new answers and generates a proof for at least one answer in a single call. Joint proof can also reuse generated proofs to check for faithfulness errors. For problems with a unique answer, if two distinct answers both obtain verifiable proofs under the same formal statement, this confirms the statement does not faithfully preserve the original problem semantics. On MATH-500, AMC 2023, and AIME 2024/2025/2026, our framework achieves the same formal proof success rate as per-candidate proof generation with about one sixth of the token cost, and identifies at least 6.1% of the formalized statements as unfaithful without requiring additional judges. Our model and code are available at https://github.com/Linppz/Gobble-Prover.

Effective Performance Measurement: Challenges and Opportunities in KPI Extraction from Earnings Calls

Rasmus T. Aavang, Rasmus Tjalk-Bøggild, Alexandre Iolov, Giovanni Rizzi, Mike Zhang, Johannes Bjerva

Earnings calls are a key source of financial information about public companies. However, extracting information from these calls is difficult.Unlike the templatic filings required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to report a company’s financial situation, earnings conference calls have no built-in labels, are unstructured, and feature conversational language. We explore this challenging domain by assessing the information captured by models trained on SEC filings and in-context learning methods. To establish a baseline, we first evaluate the generalization capabilities of SEC-trained models across established SEC datasets. To support our investigation, we introduce three novel benchmarks: (1) SEC Filings Benchmark (SECB), (2) Earnings Calls Benchmark (ECB), and ECB-A, a subset with 5,346 expert annotations to support our qualitative analysis. We find that encoder-based models struggle with the domain shift. Finally, we propose a system utilizing LLMs to perform open-ended extraction from unstructured call transcripts, verified by human evaluation (79.7% precision), providing a baseline for this valuable domain through the consistent tracking of emergent KPIs.

VRPO: Rethinking Value Modeling for Robust RL under Noisy Supervision in LLM Post-Training

Dingwei Zhu, Shihan Dou, Zhiheng Xi, Senjie Jin, Guoqiang Zhang, Jiazheng Zhang, Junjie Ye, Mingxu Chai 等 19 位作者

Reinforcement Learning (RL) in real-world environments often suffers from ambiguous or incomplete reward supervision, which undermines policy stability and generalization. Such noise may cause models to ignore key information or even collapse in advantage estimation. We find that a strong value model is essential for absorbing unstable signals and producing reliable advantages, offering denser and more robust supervision than the reward model. To better optimize noisy supervision, we propose VRPO, a framework that enhances value modeling for robust RL in LLM post-training. VRPO integrates (1) auxiliary losses guided by entropy and perplexity from a frozen language model, and (2) a variational information bottleneck, enabling the value model to filter noise and capture key words. This design allows the value model to correct noise rewards and generate more reliable advantage estimates, transforming it from a passive predictor into an active noise regulator. Experiments on multi-turn dialogue, math reasoning, and science QA with both rule-based and model-based rewards show that VRPO consistently outperforms baselines such as PPO and GRPO. Our work highlight the central role of the value model in Robust RL and provide a principled and practical approach to policy optimization under noisy supervision.

EyeMulator: Improving Code Language Models by Mimicking Human Visual Attention

Yifan Zhang SalesForce.com, Chen Huang National University of Singapore, Yueke Zhang, Jiahao Zhang Vanderbilt University, Toby Jia-Jun Li University of Notre Dame, Collin McMillan University of Notre Dame, Kevin Leach Vanderbilt University, Yu Huang Vanderbilt University

Code Language Models (CodeLLMs) traditionally learn attention based solely on statistical input-output token correlations (“machine attention”). In contrast, human developers rely on intuition, selectively fixating on semantically salient tokens during program comprehension. We present EyeMulator, a model-agnostic technique to align CodeLLM attention with human visual attention without architectural changes. By extracting scan paths from eye-tracking data, we derive token-level attention weights used to augment the loss function during fine-tuning. This induces the model to mimic human focus. Our evaluation across StarCoder, Llama-3.2, and DeepSeek-Coder shows that EyeMulator significantly outperforms baselines, achieving gains of over 30 CodeBLEU points in translation and up to 22 BERTScore points in summarization. Ablation studies confirm that these gains stem directly from replicating human attention dynamics. Artifacts are available at https://zenodo.org/records/17205682.

Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards (RLVR) has driven substantial progress in reasoning-intensive domains like mathematics. However, optimizing open-ended generation remains challenging due to the lack of ground truth. While rubric-based evaluation offers a structured proxy for verification, existing methods suffer from scalability bottlenecks and coarse criteria, resulting in a supervision ceiling effect. To address this, we propose an automated Coarse-to-Fine Rubric Generation framework. By synergizing principle-guided synthesis, multi-model aggregation, and difficulty evolution, our approach produces comprehensive and highly discriminative criteria capable of capturing the subtle nuances. Based on this framework, we introduce RubricHub, a large-scale (110k) and multi-domain dataset. We validate its utility through a two-stage post-training pipeline comprising Rubric-based Rejection Sampling Fine-Tuning (RuFT) and Reinforcement Learning (RuRL). Experimental results demonstrate that RubricHub unlocks significant performance gains: our post-trained Qwen3-14B achieves state-of-the-art (SOTA) results on HealthBench (69.3), surpassing proprietary frontier models such as GPT-5.

Language identification (LID) is a fundamental step in curating multilingual corpora. However, LID models still perform poorly for many languages, especially on the noisy and heterogeneous web data often used to train multilingual language models. In this paper, we introduce CommonLID, a community-driven, human-annotated LID benchmark for the web domain, covering 109 languages. Many of the included languages have been previously under-served, making CommonLID a key resource for developing more representative high-quality text corpora. We show CommonLID’s value by using it, alongside five other common evaluation sets, to test eight popular LID models. We analyse our results to situate our contribution and to provide an overview of the state of the art. In particular, we highlight that existing evaluations overestimate LID accuracy for many languages in the web domain. We make CommonLID and the code used to create it available under an open, permissive license.

RealChart2Code: Bridging the Gap in Real-World Chart-to-Code Generation via Multi-Task Evaluation

Jiajun Zhang, Yuying Li, Zhixun Li, Xingyu Guo, Jingzhuo Wu, Leqi Zheng, Yiran Yang, Jianke Zhang 等 15 位作者

Vision-Language Models (VLMs) have demonstrated impressive capabilities in code generation across various domains. However, their ability to replicate complex, multi-panel visualizations from real-world data remains largely unassessed. To address this gap, we introduce RealChart2Code, a new large-scale benchmark with over 2,800 instances grounded in authentic datasets and featuring tasks with clear analytical intent. Crucially, it is the first benchmark to systematically evaluate chart generation from large-scale raw data and assess iterative code refinement in a multi-turn conversational setting. Our comprehensive evaluation of 14 leading VLMs on RealChart2Code reveals significant performance degradation compared to simpler benchmarks, highlighting their struggles with complex plot structures and authentic data. Our analysis uncovers a substantial performance gap between proprietary and open-weight models and confirms that even state-of-the-art VLMs often fail to accurately replicate intricate, multi-panel charts. These findings provide valuable insights into the current limitations of VLMs and guide future research directions.

Dynamic Meta-Metrics: Source-Sentence Conditioned Weighting for MT Evaluation

Luke Zhang, Justin Vasselli, Aditya Khan University of Toronto, York Hay Ng, En-Shiun Annie Lee

We propose Dynamic Meta-Metrics (DMM), a framework for machine translation evaluation that learns source-sentence conditioned combinations of existing metrics. Rather than relying on a single static ensemble or language-specific weighting, DMM adapts the metric combination based on properties of the source segment. We study hard conditioning, which fits an interpretable combiner per cluster, and an exploratory soft-conditioned extension whose weights vary continuously with source-cluster responsibilities. We evaluate DMM on the WMT Metrics Shared Task data across multiple language pairs using pairwise agreement measures at the system and segment levels. Across settings, MLP-based combinations outperform linear and Gaussian process-based ensembles, and introducing soft conditioning yields gains over linear models.
