Human demonstrations offer an efficient and scalable source of data for dexterous robot manipulation, but differences in sensing and hand morphology complicate the transfer of contact-rich interactions. We present TouchBridge, a hardware--software co-designed framework for human-to-robot data transformation. A wearable human demonstration interface and a corresponding robot interface establish cross-embodiment correspondence in visual and fingertip tactile sensing. We introduce Tac-Retarget, a tactile-conditioned retargeting method that uses measured contact to align fingertip contact patches and preserve their spatial relations within and across hands. Unlike object-aware or simulation-based transfer pipelines, Tac-Retarget requires no object mesh, object-pose estimate, or physics simulation for retargeting, enabling direct and scalable conversion of human demonstrations into robot-domain training data. Combined with visual synthesis and camera-anchored action conversion, TouchBridge produces robot-domain demonstrations for fine-tuning a pretrained vision-language-action (VLA) model. Across four real-world contact-rich tasks, policies fine-tuned solely on TouchBridge-converted human demonstrations achieve a 72.5% average success rate, compared with 77.5% using an equal number of teleoperated robot demonstrations, while human demonstration collection is 7.0x faster. Under the same policy and training setup, Tac-Retarget outperforms DexPilot and UniDex by 25.0 and 42.5 percentage points, respectively.

YOLOF-MLD: A Multi-Level Distillation Framework for Efficient Object Detection

Xiaolong Wu, Liming Zheng, Zitong Liu, Yue Zheng

Efficient object detection on resource-constrained edge devices is essential for safety-critical applications such as fire-smoke monitoring. However, current lightweight frameworks, such as YOLO26, still rely on the parameter-dense multi-branch Feature Pyramid Network (FPN), preventing full exploitation of their lightweight advantage. Replacing FPN with YOLOF's single-input-single-output (SiSo) neck is a promising solution but causes substantial accuracy loss. To alleviate this, we propose YOLOF-MLD, a CPU-efficient multi-level distillation (MLD) framework that combines a YOLO26n backbone, a SiSo neck, and MLD. It aligns features at the backbone via sliced-semantics matching, neck with receptive-field matching, and response levels. On D-Fire and Annotated Fire-Smoke (AFS) datasets, YOLOF-MLD reduces the parameter count of YOLO26n by 35.7\% and achieves a 62.3\% speedup on Raspberry Pi 5, attaining 71.6% and 59.9% mAP@50, respectively, compared with 75.5% and 60.0% for YOLO26n. These results demonstrate a competitive accuracy--latency trade-off for edge deployment. Our code is available at https://github.com/XiaolongWU111/YOLOF---MLD/blob/main/README.md.

Code as Worlds: Agentic Discovery of Executable World Representations for Physical Reasoning

Hanyang Wang, Yimo Cai, Weiliang Chen, Jiawei Chi, Haowen Sun, Qiyu Dai, Yi-Hsin Hung, Xingzhuo Guo 等 17 位作者

Physical understanding and reasoning depend on forming compact and generalizable representations of the world. While modern vision-language models can recognize and explain diverse physical events, they often lack explicit representations of the underlying mechanisms-such as object states, physical parameters, and governing dynamics-needed for reliably reasoning how the world evolves and responds to interventions. In this work, we introduce Code-as-World, a paradigm that represents physical worlds through executable world representations. By expressing physical composition, dynamic evolution, and visual appearance as executable code, Code-as-World provides a compact, quantitatively grounded, and controllable abstraction of the physical world. To construct such representations from multimodal observations, such as natural-language descriptions or real-world videos, we develop an agentic discovery loop inspired by abductive reasoning, where an agent proposes, executes, renders, verifies, and iteratively refines executable world hypotheses. As a concrete application, we use verified executable worlds to provide scalable physical supervision for training vision-language models on quantitative physical reasoning. Experiments show that Code-as-World-VL achieves state-of-the-art performance on QuantiPhy and surpasses leading proprietary models, highlighting the potential of executable world representations as a scalable foundation for physical intelligence.

Learning Dual-Camera Smooth Zoom via Decoupled Geometric-Photometric Data Synthesis

Junjie Fan, Zhilu Zhang, Renlong Wu, Dazhi Zhang, Wangmeng Zuo

When zooming between dual cameras on smartphones, prominent discontinuities in both geometric perspective and color rendition inevitably degrade the visual experience of users. To address this issue, we introduce the dual-camera smooth zoom (DCSZ) task, aiming to synthesize continuous intermediate frames for fluid zooming. However, directly applying existing video frame interpolation (VFI) models to this task is severely hindered by substantial domain gaps and the practical intractability of capturing real-world continuous ground-truth. To this end, we propose a novel data synthesis framework to generate high-fidelity DCSZ training sequences, named ZoomGS v2. It explicitly decouples geometric and color transformations from 3D scene representation modeling, thereby enabling extensive data generation from easily accessible single-camera 3D scenes. Furthermore, we develop ZoomFI, a specialized VFI network tailored to the DCSZ task, which leverages complementary bidirectional warping for comprehensive dual-camera information fusion. Extensive experiments on test datasets captured using two mobile phones demonstrate that training with the constructed DCSZ data significantly improves the performance of various VFI models. Moreover, ZoomFI achieves state-of-the-art results in both quantitative metrics and visual quality. The datasets, code, and pretrained models are available at https://hitjunjief.github.io/DCSZ-v2

DecisionTraceBench: Tracking Decision-Critical Information in Multi-Party Spoken Conversations

Wenchao Du, Fangxin Shang, Long Wu, Runze Cui, Qing Yang, Yehui Yang

In high-stakes domains such as finance, critical information evolves through multi-party interaction. Recovering these changes and their sources is fundamental to reliable speech understanding. Existing speech benchmarks focus on transcription, local understanding, and turn-level state prediction, leaving joint decision evolution across speakers insufficiently evaluated. We introduce DecisionTraceBench, a speech state-tracking benchmark for Decision-Critical Information State Tracking (DCIST). It jointly evaluates decision event sequences, speaker attribution, scope, and temporal evidence, using trajectory-level F1 to measure complete event-chain recovery. Our dataset comprises Chinese financial dialogues involving two to four speakers, with 100.39 hours of synthetic audio and 8.61 hours of human-performed recordings. On a fixed cohort of human-performed recordings, five cascaded systems and two direct-audio models achieve DCIST scores of 5.73% to 21.35%. Ablations with speaker-labeled reference scripts and no temporal localization requirements yield a maximum score of only 38.72%. Audio perturbation experiments further show that overall transcription error rates do not adequately reflect complete trajectory recovery. These findings reveal limitations in jointly understanding information provenance and state evolution, providing a benchmark for evaluating decision-process understanding and decision traceability in high-stakes speech applications.

Nested Browser-Use Learning for Agentic Information Seeking

Baixuan Li, Jialong Wu Southeast University, Wenbiao Yin nanjing university, Kuan Li, Zhongwang Zhang Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Huifeng Yin, Zhengwei Tao, Liwen Zhang Alibaba Group 等 13 位作者

Information-seeking (IS) agents have achieved strong performance across a range of wide and deep search tasks, yet their tool use remains largely restricted to API-level snippet retrieval and URL-based page fetching, limiting access to the richer information available through real browsing. While full browser interaction could unlock deeper capabilities, its fine-grained control and verbose page content returns introduce substantial complexity for ReAct-style function-calling agents. To bridge this gap, we propose Nested Browser-Use Learning (NestBrowse), which introduces a minimal and complete browser-action framework that decouples interaction control from page exploration through a nested structure. This design simplifies agentic reasoning while enabling effective deep-web information acquisition. Empirical results on challenging deep IS benchmarks demonstrate that NestBrowse offers clear benefits in practice. Further in-depth analyses underscore its efficiency.

GMSA: Enhancing Context Compression via Group Merging and Layer Semantic Alignment

Jiwei Tang, Zhicheng Zhang, Shunlong Wu, Jingheng Ye Northeastern University, Lichen Bai, Zitai Wang, Tingwei Lu, Lin Hai Tsinghua University, Tsinghua University 等 11 位作者

Large Language Models (LLMs) have achieved remarkable performance across a wide range of Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks. However, in long-context scenarios, they face two challenges: high computational cost and information redundancy. To address these challenges, we propose GMSA, an encoder-decoder context compression framework that generates a compact sequence of soft tokens for downstream tasks. GMSA introduces Group Merging to achieve more uniform aggregation, mitigating semantic dominance during autoencoder pretraining, and Layer Semantic Alignment (LSA) to bridge the semantic gap between high-level abstract semantics and low-level input semantics. We first pretrain GMSA as an autoencoder and then fine-tune it for downstream tasks. Experiments demonstrate that GMSA improves context reconstruction compared to existing soft prompt compression paradigm and outperforms baselines on multiple long-context question answering and summarization benchmarks across two backbone models, while maintaining low end-to-end latency.

What Deserves Memory: Adaptive Memory Distillation for LLM Agents

Wenquan Ma, Jiayan Nan, WenLong Wu

Memory systems for LLM agents struggle to determine what information deserves retention. Existing approaches rely on predefined heuristics such as importance scores, emotional tags, or factual templates, encoding designer intuition rather than learning from the data itself. Inspired by cognitive ideas, we propose Nemori, an adaptive memory distillation framework that casts the assessment of the experience’s future utility as a matter of predictability. Specifically, Nemori comprises two cascading modules: Episodic Memory Integration transforms raw interactions into coherent narratives, and Semantic Knowledge Distillation extracts insights via prediction error. Centering on distillation, the framework remains agnostic to downstream management. Extensive experiments confirm that Nemori achieves strong performance, efficiency, and storage reduction. Our work suggests that observing the intrinsic properties of interaction sequences offers a viable, data-driven alternative to heuristic-based memory design.

Existing evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) on static benchmarks is vulnerable to data contamination and leaderboard overfitting, critical issues that obscure true model capabilities. To address this, we introduce LLMEval-Fair, a framework for dynamic evaluation of LLMs. LLMEval-Fair is built on a proprietary bank of 220k graduate-level questions, from which it dynamically samples unseen test sets for each evaluation run. Its automated pipeline ensures integrity via contamination-resistant data curation, a novel anti-cheating architecture, and a calibrated LLM-as-a-judge process achieving 90% agreement with human experts, complemented by a relative ranking system for fair comparison. An 30-month longitudinal study of nearly 60 leading models reveals a performance ceiling on knowledge memorization and exposes data contamination vulnerabilities undetectable by static benchmarks. The framework demonstrates exceptional robustness in ranking stability and consistency, providing strong empirical validation for the dynamic evaluation paradigm. LLMEval-Fair offers a robust and credible methodology for assessing the true capabilities of LLMs beyond leaderboard scores, promoting the development of more trustworthy evaluation standards.
