AI 速览:提出 HALO 系统,用程序化生成的千套虚拟住宅合成视觉-语言-运动数据,训练人形机器人技能并零样本迁移到真实世界。
Humanoid robots have the potential to automate a wide range of physical tasks. Progress toward generalist humanoid autonomy, however, remains constrained by a data bottleneck: mapping pixels and free-form language to low-level joint commands requires paired supervision, and no corpus of such data exists at sufficiently large scale. Some approaches rely on human teleoperation and wearable capture devices, which require at least an hour of human time to produce an hour of data. We present HALO, a humanoid autonomy system powered by a pipeline that synthesizes vision-language-motion data across a thousand procedurally generated homes. The corpus scales with compute rather than human labor. HALO acquires a repertoire of physical skills, including sitting on chairs, navigating to named objects, stepping sideways through half-open doors, crouching and crawling beneath tables, and pushing boxes. It orchestrates these skills to solve composite, long-horizon tasks. Without ever seeing a real home during training, HALO transfers zero-shot to the physical world, achieving a 91% success rate across 360 trials in six unmapped real-world environments. Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) are pancreatic cancer precursors, and guideline-based risk stratification both over-treats indolent lesions and misses progression. We present Cyst-X, a public benchmark of 1,461 T1-weighted (T1W) and T2-weighted (T2W) MRI volumes from 764 patients at seven centers, with expert pancreas masks, risk labels, splits and reference AI risk-prediction models. PanSegNet segmented the pancreas with Dice of 86.34% (T1W) and 89.26% (T2W) on held-out centers. For the primary task, high-risk versus low-risk IPMN, a 3D DenseNet-121 achieved cross-validated AUCs of 74.59% and 73.45%; complementary broad binary and three-class tasks reached 78.67--81.28% and 73.47--75.76%. Because patient images often cannot be pooled across institutions, we also simulated federated learning across the seven centers. On T2W MRI, FedProx was similar to centralized training in center-averaged external AUC (71.00% versus 71.18%) but not in pooled AUC (62.35% versus 77.49%). Radiologist comparisons showed cohort-dependent sensitivity--specificity tradeoffs. Cyst-X supports reproducible method development and identifies within-IPMN risk discrimination and cross-center score comparability as open challenges.

This paper presents a new vision Transformer, called Swin Transformer, that capably serves as a general-purpose backbone for computer vision. Challenges in adapting Transformer from language to vision arise from differences between the two domains, such as large variations in the scale of visual entities and the high resolution of pixels in images compared to words in text. To address these differences, we propose a hierarchical Transformer whose representation is computed with \textbf{S}hifted \textbf{win}dows. The shifted windowing scheme brings greater efficiency by limiting self-attention computation to non-overlapping local windows while also allowing for cross-window connection. This hierarchical architecture has the flexibility to model at various scales and has linear computational complexity with respect to image size. These qualities of Swin Transformer make it compatible with a broad range of vision tasks, including image classification (87.3 top-1 accuracy on ImageNet-1K) and dense prediction tasks such as object detection (58.7 box AP and 51.1 mask AP on COCO test-dev) and semantic segmentation (53.5 mIoU on ADE20K val). Its performance surpasses the previous state-of-the-art by a large margin of +2.7 box AP and +2.6 mask AP on COCO, and +3.2 mIoU on ADE20K, demonstrating the potential of Transformer-based models as vision backbones. The hierarchical design and the shifted window approach also prove beneficial for all-MLP architectures.
