WAM-Sim0.1: World Anchored Memory Meets Online RL for Consistent and Realistic Driving Simulation

原文摘要

Autoregressive driving world models systematically suffer from structural drift, identity drift, and quality decay over long rollout horizons due to transient conditioning signals that lack persistent state. We present WAM-Sim, a driving world model anchored by a persistent hierarchical memory and optimized via online flow-matching RL. WAM-Sim structures persistent context across three temporal and semantic scales: pose-aligned structural tokens encoding persistent road topology, read-only scene tokens supplying geolocated background appearance, and write-once instance tokens preserving individual traffic participant identities across occlusions and chunk boundaries. To restore visual sharpness and physical plausibility degraded by multi-scale conditioning, we introduce an online post-training framework that optimizes self-generated rollouts via flow-matching RL guided by hierarchy-aligned visual rewards and a vision-language model physical judge. The invariant memory empirically confines policy optimization within the anchored context, helping suppress semantic collapse and reward hacking, while online RL systematically enforces physical commonsense and fine-grained visual fidelity. On the nuScenes benchmark, WAM-Sim achieves a superior generation fidelity (FID=3.47, FVD=25.72) and strong downstream perception performance (24.16 mAP, 71.23 road mIoU). On minute-scale rollouts of self-collected data, WAM-Sim substantially mitigates structural and identity drift, preserving high scene similarity and subject identity coherence across extended horizons. DualCast: Dual-Image Conditioned Diffusion Transformers for Digital Human E-Commerce Video Generation

原文摘要

Digital human e-commerce video generation requires preserving product appearance, human identity, and overall video style during dynamic demonstrations. Although recent models support multiple reference images, their general conditioning schemes do not explicitly distinguish the asymmetric roles of "what is presented" and "who presents it." Consequently, generated videos may favor a single reference, resulting in product distortion, identity drift, or single-reference collapse. To address this issue, we propose DualCast, a role-addressed dual-image conditioning framework for video generation. By explicitly modeling the distinct roles of product and human conditions, DualCast reduces role ambiguity and feature competition between references. First, a dual-spatiotemporal slot injection mechanism VAE-encodes the product and human images separately and places their latent features at the front and rear boundaries of the DiT sequence, enabling sequence-level condition separation and directed injection. Second, a mask-guided region-weighted loss strengthens supervision over product, face, and product-face overlap regions, improving generation fidelity in critical areas. Third, image condition dropout enables a single model to support dual-image, product-only, and human-only generation. In addition, we construct a curated dataset of 10K e-commerce videos for model training. Experimental results demonstrate the strong performance of DualCast.

Visual-to-Executable Procedural Reconstruction of Buildings

Zichong Zhu, Zhihao Liu, Andrei Sharf, Zhanglin Cheng

原文摘要

Procedural modeling offers compact, editable, and reusable representations for architectural content, but building such models still depends heavily on manually authored grammars. We study image-based procedural building reconstruction from in-the-wild images, with the goal of recovering an executable procedural description that can be instantiated as an editable 3D building asset. Because a single image provides only partial and view-dependent evidence, we focus on recovering the dominant visible facade(s) and attach the recovered facade program to a simple mass model for building-level instantiation. Our method decomposes this task into two structured prediction stages. First, a Global Structure Layout Tree recovers facade-scale split-and-repeat organization through a fine-tuned layout model with render-guided visual-symbolic reflection. Second, a Component Parameterization schema maps representative facade tiles to structured procedural attributes for local architectural component synthesis. These two representations are then deterministically compiled into executable Computer Generated Architecture (CGA) programs, avoiding the brittleness of direct low-level program generation. Experiments show that the proposed framework handles both regular facades and challenging in-the-wild images, while maintaining high structural consistency, procedural executability, and fine-grained architectural detail. The recovered programs further enable controllable and reusable 3D building asset generation.

Aerial Content-Aware Sample-Adaptive Classifier for Urban Photogrammetric Point Cloud Segmentation

Chong Liu, Yonghua Lu, Zhanglin Cheng

原文摘要

Urban photogrammetric point clouds are commonly processed as local 3D patches, limiting the context available for distinguishing geometrically similar categories. Orthographic projection of the same data yields a co-registered digital orthophoto map (DOM)/RGB-D representation that supports efficient large-context modeling but compresses vertical geometry. Existing projection--point methods mainly fuse these two representations at the feature level while retaining a classifier shared across all samples. We present the Aerial Content-Aware Sample-Adaptive Classifier (ACASAC), which complements feature fusion with decision-level adaptation. A point-aligned aerial region bridges the full aerial crop and local 3D patch. ACASAC models scene-to-local variation within the projection and the representation discrepancy between aligned 2D and 3D supports, then transfers both relations to refine the local point class representation. The refined representation, scene-level aerial context, and fixed fused-head prior jointly form a classifier for the current sample. ACASAC improves the fixed dual-representation head by 2.1 and 2.7 mIoU points on SensatUrban and UrbanBIS, respectively, and by 2.1--2.3 points across four tested encoder combinations.

Intrinsic Distribution Matching

原文摘要

One-step and few-step text-to-image generation must accurately render the details specified in the prompt despite limited opportunities for refinement. Distribution matching distillation (DMD) uses score differences to bring the generated distribution closer to a reference distribution. Following prior work, we estimate this difference with internal velocity branches, avoiding a separate fake-score network. We ask whether an explicit moment constraint improves this learned score supervision. A decomposition of the reverse-KL field into a Gaussian moment component and a non-Gaussian residual identifies statistics that can be constrained explicitly. We introduce Intrinsic Distribution Matching (IDM), which retains the full DMD correction and matches feature means and per-coordinate standard deviations using the generator's exponential-moving-average (EMA) copy, requiring no external feature encoder. Experiments use full-parameter and low-rank adaptation (LoRA) tuning on Z-Image-Turbo 6B and Qwen-Image 20B. At two network evaluations, IDM reaches 94.25% and 90.20% on Chinese and English LongText-Bench, the highest scores among the compared methods at this budget. Controlled ablations show gains from the added moment loss, while generator EMA features perform competitively with an external DINOv2 encoder across the five reported metrics. Code is available at https://github.com/inclusionAI/IDM.
