Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models combine multimodal perception with robotic control, demonstrating remarkable potential for generalizable manipulation. Yet, enhancing their execution typically relies on auxiliary sensory inputs (e.g., depth, 3D point clouds) or costly fine-tuning. Inspired by the insight that Feed-Forward Networks (FFNs) act as key-value memory, we propose Action-Entropy-Weighted and Attention-Guided Retrieval of Observation Evidence (AWARE), an effective, training-free, and plug-and-play module for VLAs. Specifically, AWARE tracks layer-wise uncertainty via an element-wise Action Entropy metric, and retrieves observation evidence into the element's FFN through associative memory lookup. Crucially, the retrieved features are weighted by instruction-guided cross-modal attention to isolate task-relevant observation cues, while injection strength is adaptively scaled by the element's entropy and relative network depth. This selectively channels observation evidence to high-entropy action dimensions and deep layers where grounding decays, while leaving converged representations intact. Across LIBERO, SIMPLER, CALVIN, and real-world robot manipulation, AWARE consistently improves diverse VLA architectures with minimal computational overhead, achieving the largest gains on long-horizon tasks without architectural changes or additional training. Molecular 3D structures underpin simulations of thermodynamics, kinetics, crystallization, and nucleation, making their accurate prediction central to drug discovery and materials design. However, molecular geometry can change dramatically across environments. Existing models either ignore environmental effects or train separate models for each environment. We hypothesize that transfer learning across contexts is possible for conformer generation and that a general model will perform better when training data are limited, as in ligand binding and crystallization. We introduce EVA-Flow, a unified framework for environment-aware molecular conformation generation that learns shared chemical structure and adapts it through environment-conditioned generative modeling. Across vacuum, protein-ligand docking, solvation, and crystal packing, pretraining and cross-environment finetuning provide their largest gains in the three data-scarce settings. Evaluation against multiple reference conformations shows that EVA-Flow covers a broad range of solvation conformations. Analyses of molecules shared across environments support its ability to generate different conformations for the same molecule in different environments.

Modern industrial applications increasingly demand language models that act as agents, capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use in real-world settings. These tasks are typically performed under strict cost and latency constraints, making small agentic models highly desirable. In this paper, we introduce the AgenticQwen family of models, trained via multi-round reinforcement learning (RL) on synthetic data and a limited amount of open-source data. Our training framework combines reasoning RL and agentic RL with dual data flywheels that automatically generate increasingly challenging tasks. The reasoning flywheel increases task difficulty by learning from errors, while the agentic flywheel expands linear workflows into multi-branch behavior trees that better reflect the decision complexity of real-world applications. We validate AgenticQwen on public benchmarks and in an industrial agent system. The models achieve strong performance on multiple agentic benchmarks, and in our industrial agent system, close the gap with much larger models on search and data analysis tasks.

Tasks such as mathematical problem solving and coding require models to leverage chain-of-thought (CoT) processes, enabling human-like reasoning strategies. However, the advancement of large reasoning models (LRMs) is hindered by the lack of comprehensive CoT datasets. Existing resources often fail to provide extensive reasoning problems with coherent CoT processes distilled from multiple teacher models, and do not account for multifaceted properties describing the internal characteristics of CoTs.To address these challenges, we introduce OmniThought, a large-scale dataset featuring 2 million CoT processes generated and validated by multiple powerful LRMs. Each CoT process in OmniThought is annotated with novel Reasoning Verbosity (RV) and Cognitive Difficulty (CD) scores, which characterize the appropriateness of CoT verbosity and the cognitive difficulty level for models to comprehend these reasoning processes. We further establish a self-reliant pipeline to curate this dataset. Extensive experiments using Qwen2.5 and Qwen3 of various sizes demonstrate the positive impact of our RV and CD scores on LRM training effectiveness. Based on the OmniThought dataset, we train and release a series of high-performing LRMs with enhanced reasoning abilities and optimized CoT output length. Our contributions advance the development of LRMs across different scales for solving complex reasoning tasks.
