Recent diffusion models have achieved impressive progress in single image to multi-view generation by synthesizing consistent novel views efficiently. Existing methods usually explicitly or implicitly couple geometry inference and texture synthesis, making generation vulnerable to inaccurate geometry prediction. Although several geometry-guided methods have explored decoupling, they usually treat predicted geometry as a fixed condition and do not explicitly model whether the geometry is reliable. We therefore propose Reliability-Guided Multi-View Generation (RGMV), which comprises a parameter-free Self-Consistency Geometry Gate (SCG) and a Reliability-aware Geometry Injection (RGI) module. Specifically, a geometry proposal generator produces multiple geometry predictions for the same reference image and target viewpoints under different stochastic sampling configurations. SCG measures their spatial agreement to derive a reliability map, which RGI uses to modulate the injection strength of geometry-conditioned residuals in the RGB synthesis model. Moreover, RGMV can adapt to different geometry proposal generators. As a result, RGMV preserves stronger geometric guidance in stable regions while attenuating unreliable geometry cues before they propagate into multi-view RGB generation. Extensive experiments show that reliability-aware geometry injection improves the geometric quality of multi-view generation. Code: https://github.com/WISLab-GDUT/RGMV.
We introduce Nemotron 3.5 Super and Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, open and efficient Mixture-of-Experts Hybrid Mamba-Transformer models designed for reasoning, long-context understanding, and agentic workloads. Super is a 120B-parameter, 12B-active multimodal model, while Lightning is a smaller 30B-parameter, 3B-active text model; both designed for efficient deployment. Both models combine large-scale distillation, long-context training, and native speculative decoding, while Super further incorporates Indic continued pretraining and agentic software-engineering mid-training. We develop a comprehensive post-training pipeline spanning supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning (RLVR and RLHF), complemented in Super by specialized teacher training and multi- teacher on-policy distillation (MOPD). This transforms Super from a text-only base model into a multimodal agent capable of reasoning over text, images, video, and interactive tool environments. We further explore test-time scaling through parallel agent execution and self-verification. Across training and deployment, we jointly optimize capability and efficiency. Indic continued pretraining improves Indian-language benchmarks by up to 9.82 percentage points, while agentic mid-training strengthens software-engineering capabilities and robustness across agent harnesses. The post-trained Super model achieves 51.78% on SWE-bench Pro, surpassing Nemotron 3 Ultra despite using approximately 4.6x fewer active parameters. Post-training MTP boosting improves speculative- decoding acceptance length by up to 21.8% under probabilistic draft sampling, while NVFP4 quantization achieves 99.62% median accuracy recovery relative to BF16. Inference optimizations enable up to 4,856 output tokens/s/GPU on GB200 while sustaining at least 50 tokens/s/user.
VLA models have emerged as the mainstream for embodied intelligence, which decouples reasoning and execution via action chunks. To enable real-time deployment of VLA models, existing studies investigate edge-cloud collaborative inference, which pose two challenges to the action chunk mechanism. (1) Edge-cloud collaboration complicates system latency components, hindering the determination of valid ranges for action chunks. (2) Latency fluctuations in cross-edge update links under edge-cloud scenarios make it difficult to schedule replanning requests. To address these, we analyze the key factors affecting action chunk usable ranges and replanning request timing, revealing phase dependence and edge-cloud latency constraints. Based on these insights, we propose ActECC, which enables Action Chunk Temporal Harnessing through kinematics-guided usable range assessment and delay-aware replanning scheduling. Experiments show that ActECC reduces per-action latency by up to 27.4% and cloud calls by up to 45.1%, while lowering average execution error compared with existing edge-cloud collaborative.

Autonomous machine learning agents have revolutionized scientific discovery, yet they remain constrained by a Generate-Execute-Feedback paradigm. Previous approaches suffers from a severe Execution Bottleneck, as hypothesis evaluation relies strictly on expensive physical execution. To bypass these physical constraints, we internalize execution priors to substitute costly runtime checks with instantaneous predictive reasoning, drawing inspiration from World Models. In this work, we formalize the task of Data-centric Solution Preference and construct a comprehensive corpus of 18,438 pairwise comparisons. We demonstrate that LLMs exhibit significant predictive capabilities when primed with a Verified Data Analysis Report, achieving 61.5% accuracy and robust confidence calibration. Finally, we instantiate this framework in ForeAgent, an agent that employs a Predict-then-Verify loop, achieving a 6x acceleration in convergence while surpassing execution-based baselines by +6%.

Replicating AI research is a crucial yet challenging task for large language model (LLM) agents. Existing approaches often struggle to generate executable code, primarily due to insufficient background knowledge and the limitations of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods, which fail to capture latent technical details hidden in referenced papers. Furthermore, previous approaches tend to overlook valuable implementation-level code signals and lack structured knowledge representations that support multi-granular retrieval and reuse. To overcome these challenges, we propose Executable Knowledge Graphs (xKG), a pluggable, paper-centric knowledge base that automatically integrates code snippets and technical insights extracted from scientific literature. When integrated into three agent frameworks with two different LLMs, xKG shows substantial performance gains (10.9% with o3-mini) on PaperBench, demonstrating its effectiveness as a general and extensible solution for automated AI research replication.

Diffusion Transformers have demonstrated remarkable capabilities in visual synthesis, yet they often struggle with high-level semantic reasoning and long-horizon planning. This limitation frequently leads to visual hallucinations and mis-alignments with user instructions, especially in scenarios involving complex scene understanding, human-object interactions, multi-stage actions, and in-context motion reasoning. To address these challenges, we propose Plan-X, a framework that explicitly enforces high-level semantic planning to instruct video generation process. At its core lies a Semantic Planner, a learnable multimodal language model that reasons over the user's intent from both text prompts and visual context, and autoregressively generates a sequence of text-grounded spatio-temporal semantic tokens. These semantic tokens, complementary to high-level text prompt guidance, serve as structured "semantic sketches" over time for the video diffusion model, which has its strength at synthesizing high-fidelity visual details. Plan-X effectively integrates the strength of language models in multimodal in-context reasoning and planning, together with the strength of diffusion models in photorealistic video synthesis. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our framework substantially reduces visual hallucinations and enables fine-grained, instruction-aligned video generation consistent with multimodal context.
