Guidance Is a Field, Not a Scalar: Interval-Integrated Classifier-Free Guidance for One-Step Video Generation

Zijie Meng, Xixin Cao

原文摘要

One-step generators built on MeanFlow synthesize a video in a single function evaluation, yet inherit a rigid treatment of classifier-free guidance (CFG): the guidance scale is frozen during training or, at best, exposed as a single scalar. This conflicts with mounting evidence that the optimal guidance is not a constant but a field that varies with the noise level, with spatial content, and, for video, with frame position. Every existing remedy presupposes a multi-step sampler along which guidance can be re-scheduled--an assumption one-step models violate by construction. We resolve this tension through a single observation: because the MeanFlow target is an integral over a noise interval, an arbitrary guidance field can be absorbed into the target itself and compiled into one evaluation. We formalize this as the interval-integrated CFG identity, prove that the compiled guidance carries no schedule-discretization error and can thus match or exceed any finite multi-step sampler, and instantiate it as AGAVE, which equips the average-velocity field with a learnable temporal schedule, a free motion-saliency spatial modulation, and a frame-position asymmetry. Adding fewer than ten scalars at zero inference cost, AGAVE surpasses all one-step baselines on VBench, UCF-101 and MSR-VTT while matching multi-step guided sampling. PixelMoE: Scaling Pixel-Space Diffusion with LLM-Style Mixture-of-Experts

原文摘要

Pixel-space diffusion models provide an appealing alternative to latent-space diffusion models by directly modeling raw images without relying on a learned tokenizer. However, scaling pixel-space models has predominantly followed dense strategies, tightly coupling model capacity with active computation. In this work, we show that standard LLM-style Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architectures can be effectively transferred to pixel-space diffusion. Building on this finding, we introduce PixelMoE, a pixel-space generative framework that sparsely scales model capacity with standard LLM-style MoE, without diffusion-specific routing mechanisms or auxiliary routing objectives. Specifically, PixelMoE combines standard Token-Choice (TC) routing with fine-grained routed experts for input-adaptive sparse computation, a shared expert for capturing common representations, and a bias-based load-balancing strategy. To complement sparse capacity scaling, PixelMoE further introduces Pixel-Space Hierarchical Flow Matching, which varies spatial resolution along the denoising trajectory from global structure formation to fine-grained detail refinement. At comparable active parameter counts, PixelMoE consistently outperforms its dense counterparts across model scales, demonstrating effective sparse capacity scaling in pixel space. On class-conditional ImageNet-1K, PixelMoE achieves FID scores of 1.47 at 256x256 and 1.53 at 512x512 without representation alignment or perceptual losses, comparing favorably with leading pixel-space and latent-space generative models. Code and pretrained models are available at https://github.com/KlingAIResearch/PixelMoE and https://huggingface.co/KlingTeam/PixelMoE, respectively.

KDASO: Knowledge-Data Dual-Driven Automated Skill Optimization for Liability Adjudication Tasks

原文摘要

Liability adjudication tasks (e.g., legal charge determination) require analyzing event descriptions against domain-specific skills to determine whether a party should bear liability. While Large Language Models (LLMs) have shown promise in this area by leveraging executable skills for interpretable reasoning, existing approaches face three critical limitations: skill libraries become stale as real-world scenarios dynamically evolve, skill descriptions often suffer from a semantic execution gap where LLMs deviate from intended expert logic, and growing skill collections exceed context budgets causing critical skill omission. To address these challenges, we propose Knowledge-Data Dual-Driven Automated Skill Optimization (KDASO), which continuously evolves a skill library through neighborhood-conditioned induction from recent adjudication data, execution-aligned refinement based on LLM trajectory analysis, and context-budgeted routing for scalable skill selection. Experiments across ride-hailing adjudication, legal liability determination, and logical reasoning judgment demonstrate that KDASO significantly outperforms current general-purpose and domain-specific baselines. KDASO further achieves 8.96% improvement when transferring skills to concept-similar scenarios and maintains consistent performance gains through continuous optimization, underscoring the high transferability and stability of generated skills.

RedOne 2.0: Rethinking Domain-specific LLM Post-Training in Social Networking Services

原文摘要

As a primary medium for human interaction and information exchange, social networking services (SNS) present distinct challenges for large language models (LLMs): rapidly evolving norms and slang, and culturally diverse content that causes knowledge distribution shift. While supervised fine-tuning (SFT) can improve in-domain performance, it often induces a ”seesaw” trade-off with out-of-domain robustness, especially for smaller models. To address these challenges, we present RedOne 2.0, an SNS-oriented LLM developed with a progressive, RL-prioritized post-training paradigm for fast and stable adaptation. Our pipeline has three stages: (1) Exploratory Learning on curated SNS corpora to establish initial alignment and surface systematic weaknesses; (2) Targeted Fine-Tuning that applies SFT only to diagnosed gaps while mixing a small amount of general data to reduce forgetting; and (3) Refinement Learning that re-applies RL with SNS-centric signals to consolidate gains and balance trade-offs across tasks. Across various tasks in three categories, our 4B model improves by 2.41 on average over the prior 7B RedOne baseline. It also yields an 8.74 average gain over its Qwen3-4B base while using less than half the data required by the SFT-centric method, demonstrating superior data efficiency and stability at compact scales. Overall, RedOne 2.0 provides a competitive, cost-effective baseline for SNS-specific LLMs, improving capability without sacrificing robustness.
