原文摘要

Predicting reaction impurities is a critical yet persistently data-limited challenge in pharmaceutical process chemistry. While machine learning models for reaction outcome prediction have advanced rapidly, benchmarking their ability to predict impurities remains impractical due to the absence of curated, publicly accessible datasets. We present OPRD-Imp, a dataset of 229 organic reactions drawn from 62 publications in Organic Process Research & Development, each annotated with experimentally observed impurities and their mechanistic origins. A total of 784 impurity entries is provided, classified into four origin categories. Reactions are represented as reaction SMILES and impurities as individual SMILES strings, with multi-step synthetic route connectivity preserved. All data were manually extracted from the source publications by trained chemists following a standardized extraction protocol, with expert chemical validation and manual structure drawing. OPRD-Imp is intended to serve as a benchmark resource for evaluating models that predict reaction impurities, providing experimentally reported impurity annotations and mechanistic origin labels that are not systematically represented in conventional reaction datasets.

Sommelier: Scalable Open Multi-turn Audio Pre-processing for Full-duplex Speech Language Models

Kyudan Jung, Jihwan Kim, Soyoon Kim, Jeonghoon Kim, Jaegul Choo, Cheonbok Park

原文摘要

As the paradigm of AI shifts from text-based LLMs to Speech Language Models (SLMs), there is a growing demand for full-duplex systems capable of real-time, natural human-computer interaction. However, the development of such models is constrained by the scarcity of high-quality, multi-speaker conversational data, as existing large-scale resources are predominantly single-speaker or limited in volume.Addressing the complex dynamics of natural dialogue, such as overlapping and back-channeling remains a challenge, with standard processing pipelines suffering from diarization errors and ASR hallucinations. To bridge this gap, we present a robust and scalable open-source data processing pipeline designed for full-duplex model. Our code and project page are publicly available at https://anonymous-2001-j.github.io/sommelier.github.io/.
