Distill to Think, Foresee to Act: Cognitive-Physical Reinforcement Learning for Autonomous Driving

Yang Wu, Qiang Meng, Zhaojiang Liu, Youquan Liu, Jian Yang, Jin Xie

Current end-to-end autonomous driving models are fundamentally constrained by the behavioral cloning ceiling of imitation learning. While reinforcement learning offers a path to smarter autonomy, it demands two missing pieces of infrastructure: (1) a cognitive foundation that understands traffic semantics and driving intent, and (2) a foresighted physical environment that can anticipate the consequences of candidate actions. To this end, we propose CoPhy, a CognitivePhysical reinforcement learning framework for autonomous driving. To distill to think, we distill VLM knowledge into the BEV encoder and then discard the VLM entirely, retaining cognitive ability at zero inference cost while releasing the cognitive channel as a pluggable interface for optional human language commands. To foresee to act, we build an auto-regressive BEV world model that explicitly predicts future semantic maps conditioned on candidate actions, serving as an interpretable physical sandbox from which safety metrics are directly derived. Built upon this dual infrastructure, we optimize the driving policy via GRPO with a novel dual-reward mechanism: a physical reward derived from BEV rollouts enforces hard safety constraints, while a cognitive reward from a language-aligned scorer ensures intent compliance. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CoPhy not only achieves state-of-the-art results on NAVSIM v1 and v2 benchmarks, but also enables safer driving via cognitively informed scene compliance and flexible intent control through user-defined language instructions. When Platforms Pay Users to Correct Misinformation: Revenue Incentives and Governance Capacity in Weibo Annotations

Chichen Lin, Huaijin Xie, Wenhan Xie, Weijian Fan, Xiao Han, Yijie Jin, Xiaojie Hao, Jiaying Wu

Crowdsourced misinformation governance systems such as Community Notes and Weibo Annotations depend on sustained corrective labor. How monetary incentives shape participation and subsequent governance outcomes remains poorly understood. We conduct a mixed-methods study of Weibo Annotations, analyzing 102,994 posts and 431,407 comments from 2023--2026, alongside interviews with 15 contributors. We find concentrated corrective labor, limited observed display, and weak quality--engagement alignment. Policy introduction was associated with sharp increases in contributor participation and annotation production. Model-assisted quality followed its expected trajectory, evidence for additional display growth was inconclusive, and engagement per annotation fell below expectation. Public discussions and interviews reveal substantial verification demands, difficult-to-interpret review processes, uneven platform knowledge, and gaps in contributor protection. We identify four recurring bottlenecks in governance orchestration: participation, review, reach, and protection. Effective incentive design therefore depends on whether platforms can support these downstream processes as corrective labor expands.

DoGNAVY-Exploit: Harnessing Parallel Open-Weight Agents for Stage-Aware Vulnerability Exploitation

Yuxuan Wang, Dadi Guo, Weijie Guo, Zikai Xu, Chen Lu, Yizhe Zhuang, Peng Huang, Yuejin Xie 等 12 位作者

Frontier LLM agents can turn known vulnerabilities into working exploits, but are costly and often access-restricted due to their potential for malicious use. Open-weight models offer a more accessible alternative, but struggle to maintain progress across long exploitation chains. They also often fail to apply relevant security knowledge at the appropriate stage and in the right context to identify and evaluate promising attack directions. To address these limitations, we propose DoGNAVY-Exploit, a multi-agent harness built around two complementary designs: stage-aware decomposition with progressive expert knowledge disclosure, and hierarchical orchestration with parallel exploration. Specifically, DoGNAVY-Exploit uses configurable milestones to recast long-horizon exploitation as short, verifiable capability transitions and provides only the knowledge relevant to each stage. Within each milestone, a hierarchical architecture separates strategic planning from parallel execution: a planner proposes diverse attack routes, executors test them concurrently, and a controller accepts progress only when supported by runtime evidence. A shared structured memory consolidates verified facts, artifacts, replay steps, and failed routes across branches, allowing agents to build on collective progress and carry validated knowledge into subsequent milestones. In controlled benchmark environments, DoGNAVY-Exploit with GLM-5.2 achieves 97.5% Pass@1 on Cybench, and 97.5% zero-day and 100% one-day Pass@1 on CVE-Bench. On ExploitGym, it solves 79 tasks with GLM-5.2 and 157 with GLM-5.3, while the corresponding public Claude Code baselines solve 39 and 130 tasks, respectively. Ablation results further demonstrate that the stage-aware orchestration, expert knowledge, parallel exploration, and memory designs can substantially improve the exploitation capabilities of open-weight agents.

BridgeMatch: Conditional Transport Bridges in Matching Matrix Space for 3D Deformable Registration

Qianliang Wu, Yaqing Ding, Guangwei Gao, Weiping Ding, Jin Xie, Jian Yang

Non-rigid point cloud registration depends on accurate correspondences under deformation and partial visibility. Existing coarse-to-fine methods use coarse matches to select regions for fine matching, but incorrect selection can remove valid correspondences before refinement. We introduce \paper, a conditional transport framework that connects coarse correspondence estimation to high-resolution matching. A diffusion model first estimates a coarse matching matrix. We lift the complete estimate to a fine-level source matrix and refine its scores with a geometry-conditioned bridge. We consider two bridge formulations: a deterministic endpoint-parameterized flow and a stochastic paired Brownian bridge with endpoint and noise prediction. At each step, the current matrix provides an alignment for the next prediction. Both models reuse backbone features throughout inference. Experiments on 4DMatch and 4DLoMatch show improved correspondence and non-rigid registration accuracy. The models also transfer to CAPE and DeepDeform without target-domain training. Ablations examine the roles of candidate coverage, source initialization, and refinement budget.

SemaPLC: A Project-Grounded, Verification-Gated Agent Harness for PLC Code Generation

Yanlun Tu, Huacan Wang, Jin Xie, Ziyue Zhou, Jie Zhou, Ningyan Zhu, Ge Chen, Wangyi Chen 等 14 位作者

In industrial practice, AI-generated programmable logic controller (PLC) code must integrate with existing projects and implement the required behavior across scan cycles. Compilation alone does not establish runtime behavior, and subsequent edits can invalidate earlier verification results. We present SemaPLC, a project-grounded, verification-gated agent harness for PLC code generation. The harness combines project context and reusable PLC skills with specification review, compilation, and live-runtime validation. Its completion gate requires recorded checks to meet acceptance criteria for the current implementation. Edits invalidate previous verdicts, and failed checks guide bounded repair. We evaluate SemaPLC on 117 independent-POU tasks and 65 project-context tasks across seven language-model backbones. SemaPLC outperforms the evaluated baselines on both metrics for every backbone. Its mean verified-pass rate and dynamic score reach 72.6% and 52.2, exceeding the strongest baseline means by 8.7% points and 20.8 points, respectively. Verification-layer and failure analyses reveal how build recovery and output observability affect end-to-end results and identify behavioral errors that remain after compilation. We apply the harness in KUKA's iiQworks product environment for PLC development and discuss engineering lessons for its industrial integration and deployment. The industrial use indicates the agent assistance substantially improves PLC development efficiency by 45%.
