Dense Supervision, Sparse Updates: On the Sparsity and Geometry of On-Policy Distillation

Guo Yu, Wenlin Liu, Yulan Hu, Hao-Xuan Ma, Jun-Peng Jiang, Han-Jia Ye

On-policy distillation (OPD) has recently become a prominent post-training recipe by combining two desirable ingredients: on-policy student-generated trajectories and dense token-level teacher supervision. Yet how this hybrid training regime shapes a model remains poorly understood. We characterize the sparsity and geometry of OPD parameter updates across several language and vision-language model pairs and application settings. OPD updates are small and coordinate-sparse, while remaining distributed across layers and modules. This sparse support is operationally meaningful: masked training on the discovered subnetwork nearly recovers full-training performance. At the matrix level, the updates are numerically full-rank but spectrally concentrated. Their visible supports avoid coordinates emphasized by the source's principal structure and favor low-magnitude source coordinates, while the source singular-value spectra change little. Together, these findings show that OPD exhibits important weight-space signatures of on-policy post-training despite using dense teacher supervision.

Breaking $\mathsf{TraintoDefend}$ via Adaptive Neuron Clustering in Cryptanalytic Model Extraction

Haojie Wu, Haolin Liu, Tianshuo Cong, Guoyan Zhang

Cryptanalytic model extraction poses a fundamental threat to deep learning model confidentiality by enabling precise parameter recovery with theoretical guarantees of functional equivalence. To counter this growing threat, $\mathsf{TraintoDefend}$ (NeurIPS 2025) was proposed as the first dedicated defense against cryptanalytic extraction and remains the only defense believed to be effective to date. It encourages neurons to learn similar weights so that they switch activation states together, making their individual contributions harder to distinguish. However, we notice that neurons with similar weights need not switch activation states together under small perturbations. Instead, weight similarity can cause the original clustering rule to merge signatures from distinct neurons when only a subset of their normalized weight coordinates agree. Motivated by this observation, we introduce $\mathsf{SimBreak}$, an adaptive clustering rule that breaks the weight-similarity defense of $\mathsf{TraintoDefend}$. $\mathsf{SimBreak}$ estimates a relative scale from all jointly observed weight coordinates and uses the same scale to test both weight direction and bias consistency. Across six protected fully connected networks trained on MNIST, $\mathsf{SimBreak}$ raises target layer signature recovery from $0\%$ to $100\%$, with a maximum relative recovery error of $2^{-22.27}$. Our work challenges the use of neuron weight similarity as a sufficient basis for protection and establishes adaptive evaluation as essential to assessing cryptanalytic extraction defenses.

LIBERO-RECOVER: Beyond Task Success Towards Failure Recovery in Robotic Manipulation Models

Lin Liu, Zhicheng Bao, Lu Zhang, Ziying Song, Wu Yang, Yuzheng Zhuang, Shuai Tao, Wulong Liu 等 10 位作者

Vision-Language-Action (VLA) or World Action (WAM) models have recently demonstrated remarkable performance in robotic manipulation. On LIBERO, SOTA method have achieved nearly 100\% success rates, seemingly suggesting that the models are ready for deployment in real world. However, near perfect performance on existing benchmarks can be misleading: success under ideal conditions does not imply real world robustness. Existing benchmarks primarily evaluate task completion from predefined initial states, while real world interactions inevitably involve failures such as failed grasps, collisions, and unintended object movements. A robot must therefore not only execute tasks successfully, but also recognize and recover from failures to continue the task. Yet this capability remains largely unmeasured, revealing a critical gap between benchmark performance and real world reliability. To address this gap, we introduce LIBERO-Recover Benchmark, a large scale benchmark for failure recovery in robotic manipulation. Built upon LIBERO, we collect real execution failures from SOTA embodied models and construct 1,000+ scenarios across four recovery levels: (1) Action Retry, (2) Action Adaptation, (3) Object State Recovery, and (4) Environmental Recovery. We evaluate four core capabilities: spatial understanding, object structure reasoning, interaction understanding, and topological reasoning. As the first large-scale benchmark for embodied failure recovery, LIBERO-Recover shifts evaluation from \emph{Can the robot succeed?''} to \emph{Can the robot recover after failure?''}, promoting robust and generalizable embodied agents. The project will be avaible in \textcolor{blue}{https://liulin815.github.io/LIBERO-Recovery/}.

JailbreakOPT: Iterative Jailbreak Prompt Optimization with Macro-Action

Ge Shi, Jun Yin, Donglin Xie, Fangyi Liu, Yucan Li, Menglin Liu

Jailbreak attacks expose persistent safety weaknesses in large language models (LLMs), but existing stateless single-turn methods face a trade-off: hand-crafted prompts are expressive but static, while iterative prompt optimization can adapt but often relies on low-level mutations that require many target-model responses. We propose JailbreakOPT, a method that maintains a library of reusable prompt transformations (actions) and composes them into macro-actions for within-episode search, generating standalone attack prompts. To reuse experience across episodes, JailbreakOPT learns an action-selection policy using contextual Thompson sampling and outcomes from prior search paths. Experiments across multiple LLMs and benchmarks show that JailbreakOPT improves attack success rate (ASR) over single-action and iterative baselines. More broadly, exploration and exploitation over human-designed attack strategies can help probe residual vulnerabilities and identify failure patterns that may inform defenses aimed at broader classes of attacks.

Can LLM Agents Be Forward-Deployed Engineers? Requirement Discovery and Delivery for Enterprise Text-to-SQL

Marianne Menglin Liu, Rongguang Wang, Zheng Wang, Yewen Wang, Leonid Boytsov, Tao Sheng, Sujith Ravi, Dan Roth

LLM coding agents can increasingly automate model post-training, but whether they can act as forward-deployed engineer (FDE) agents, discovering customer requirements and turning them into deployment decisions, remains unclear. We study this on a real enterprise text-to-SQL engagement: a simulated customer, grounded in the real use case's requirements, starts with an ambiguous request. An agent must discover acceptance criteria, data permissions, and hardware constraints in the discovery phase, then plan and execute a post-training recipe in the delivery phase. Across 15 models, the strongest discover over 80% of withheld requirements and open-weight models discover 40-50%; in the delivery phase, only 25% of runs across eight coding-agent configurations pass all acceptance criteria. We identify four bottlenecks in this engagement: (1) incomplete discovery, with 40% of withheld requirements missing or misrepresented; (2) unreliable execution; (3) underused compute budgets and a lack of systematic comparisons across base models and post-training methods; and (4) benchmark accuracy does not guarantee production readiness. We suggest human review of discovered requirements, monitoring of the agent's plan during execution, and an explicit experiment-environment specification covering hardware, budget scope, and production checks.

DistDebug-Bench: Can LLM Agents Diagnose Bugs in Distributed Systems?

Yuxuan Jiang, Chenglin Liu, John Rose, Mason Miller, Ruthesh Thavamani, Juntao Wu, Yinwei Huang, Jiahao Xu 等 9 位作者

LLM agents show strong potential in software engineering tasks such as competitive programming and code synthesis. Existing benchmarks, however, largely focus on small-scale settings such as self-contained Python modules, leaving distributed systems, an essential class of production software, under-examined. We introduce DistDebug-Bench, a benchmark for evaluating agents' ability to diagnose complex-system failures at the code level. It curates 120 high-quality real-world bugs from 11 widely used distributed systems, spanning 5 programming languages and 10 failure patterns. Through an extensive evaluation of state-of-the-art LLMs and agents, we identify substantial gaps between current agents and real-world debugging tasks. A recurring gap is tunnel vision due to a lack of explicit reasoning structure and nondeterminism from inconsistent tool-use scope. The benchmark and evaluator are available at https://github.com/OrderLab/distdebug-bench, with agent traces and a leaderboard at https://distdebug.com.

GateMOT: Q-Gated Attention for Dense Object Tracking

Mingjin Lv, Zelin Liu, Feifei Shao, Yi-Ping Phoebe Chen, Junqing Yu, Wei Yang, Zikai Song

While large models demonstrate the strong representational power of vanilla attention, this core mechanism cannot be directly applied to Dense Object Tracking: its quadratic all-to-all interactions are computationally prohibitive for dense motion estimation on high-resolution features. This mismatch prevents Dense Object Tracking from fully leveraging attention-based modeling in crowded and occlusion-heavy scenes. To address this challenge, we introduce GateMOT, an online tracking framework centered on Q-Gated Attention (Q-Attention), an efficient and spatially aware attention variant. Our key idea is to repurpose the Query from a similarity-conditioning term into a learnable gating unit. This Gating-Query (Gating-Q) produces a probabilistic gate that modulates Key features in an element-wise manner, enabling explicit relevance selection instead of costly global aggregation. Built on this mechanism, parallel Q-Attention heads transform one shared feature map into task-specific yet consistent representations for detection, motion, and re-identification, yielding a tightly coupled multi-task decoder with linear-complexity gating operations. GateMOT achieves state-of-the-art HOTA of 48.4, MOTA of 67.8, and IDF1 of 64.5 on BEE24, and demonstrates strong performance on additional Dense Object Tracking benchmarks. These results show that Q-Attention is a simple, effective, and transferable building block for attention-based tracking in dense tracking scenarios.

CoGSeq-LTV: Scalable Missing-Aware Graph-Sequence Modeling for Multi-Business Transaction Analytics

Ziyang Su, Yao Zhou, Kelin Liu, Guanjie Zheng, Linghe Kong

Large-scale super-apps generate heterogeneous transaction logs in which users interact with multiple businesses, item identifiers are only partially available, and future value targets are sparse, heavy-tailed, and cumulative over time. We study multi-business, multi-horizon value prediction as a data-intensive analytics problem over such logs, rather than as a single-table task. (i) a batch-induced user-item graph that provides collaborative signals without materializing a global graph and remains applicable when item identifiers are missing through reserved unknown-item handling, (ii) business-aware sequence encoders that preserve recency, inter-event gaps, payment context, and goods-table availability, and (iii) cross-view contrastive alignment that transfers user-level intent across businesses while retaining business-specific temporal patterns. To handle zero-inflated and long-tailed cumulative targets, CoGSeq-LTV adopts a zero-inflated mixture log-normal head with MAE-aligned point supervision and validation-calibrated zero-aware inference. Experiments on the BiBiSheng transaction-log dataset show that CoGSeq-LTV improves over representative LTV baselines across businesses and horizons, including under a later out-of-time evaluation window.

SparseTokenGS: Gaussian-based Sparse-View CBCT Reconstruction via Reusable Token Pool

Zihan Deng, Zhenzhen Gong, Yujie Liu, Jiaxin Gong, Dingkun Liu, Kexian Xie, Yixing Huang, Peng Jin 等 13 位作者

Sparse-view cone-beam computed tomography is widely used for fast, low-dose volumetric imaging and lesion localization in dentistry and image-guided interventions, but it introduces severe artifacts. Feed-forward Gaussian methods transfer the reconstruction cost to training and decode each coordinate from projection-aligned features and neighboring anchors. However, information from the whole scan is written only when the field is constructed and cannot be retrieved during coordinate decoding, leaving the volume inconsistent within the scan. This is a common limitation of such methods: once the field is fixed, decoding uses only local features and reconstruction quality drops substantially. We propose SparseTokenGS, a Gaussian-based method for sparse-view cone-beam computed tomography reconstruction via a reusable token pool. Anchor Token Fusion and Point-Token Attention query this shared pool at the anchors and at the query coordinates, respectively. The local Gaussian prior is retained, and the volume is reconstructed in one forward pass, without per-scan optimization or a projection-domain loss. On three public chest and dental datasets, SparseTokenGS achieves the highest reconstruction performance among the compared methods. On clinical dental scans, reconstruction from only six projections reaches 29.51 decibels in peak signal-to-noise ratio and a structural similarity of 0.842 against the full-view reference, and off-the-shelf tooth-and-pulp segmentation keeps these structures separable for root-canal localization. Experiments on volcanic rock and chicken show performance after same-object adaptation. A reusable token pool gives feed-forward reconstruction a mechanism that keeps scan-wide context available through decoding and can benefit future rapid clinical lesion localization and analysis. The code is available at: https://github.com/FrankDengAI/SparseTokenGS.

Nemotron 3.5 Super and Lightning: Open, Efficient Mixture-of-Experts Hybrid Mamba-Transformer Models for Agentic AI

NVIDIA, :, Aastha Jhunjhunwala, Aayushi Ashokkumar Srivastava, Abhibha Gupta, Abhinav Garg, Abhinav Khattar, Achsah Wildish 等 559 位作者

We introduce Nemotron 3.5 Super and Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, open and efficient Mixture-of-Experts Hybrid Mamba-Transformer models designed for reasoning, long-context understanding, and agentic workloads. Super is a 120B-parameter, 12B-active multimodal model, while Lightning is a smaller 30B-parameter, 3B-active text model; both designed for efficient deployment. Both models combine large-scale distillation, long-context training, and native speculative decoding, while Super further incorporates Indic continued pretraining and agentic software-engineering mid-training. We develop a comprehensive post-training pipeline spanning supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning (RLVR and RLHF), complemented in Super by specialized teacher training and multi- teacher on-policy distillation (MOPD). This transforms Super from a text-only base model into a multimodal agent capable of reasoning over text, images, video, and interactive tool environments. We further explore test-time scaling through parallel agent execution and self-verification. Across training and deployment, we jointly optimize capability and efficiency. Indic continued pretraining improves Indian-language benchmarks by up to 9.82 percentage points, while agentic mid-training strengthens software-engineering capabilities and robustness across agent harnesses. The post-trained Super model achieves 51.78% on SWE-bench Pro, surpassing Nemotron 3 Ultra despite using approximately 4.6x fewer active parameters. Post-training MTP boosting improves speculative- decoding acceptance length by up to 21.8% under probabilistic draft sampling, while NVFP4 quantization achieves 99.62% median accuracy recovery relative to BF16. Inference optimizations enable up to 4,856 output tokens/s/GPU on GB200 while sustaining at least 50 tokens/s/user.

Peers4U: Designing Learner-Centered Virtual Peers for Children's Multimodal Mathematics Learning

Zhi Zheng, Binglin Liu, Weihao Chen, Lan Luo, Yu Mei, Jie Cai, Chun Yu, Yuanchun Shi

In early mathematics, children learn abstract concepts through concrete representations, such as manipulating objects, drawing, and speaking. Learning with peers can enrich this process by exposing children to diverse strategies and enabling them to exchange ideas through interaction. We realized this potential with virtual peers in Peers4U, a multimodal learning system to enhance children's mathematical conceptual understanding. Virtual peers driven by LLMs are personalized to the learner's cognitive level and assigned multimodal solutions with inspectable processes. During learning, peers engage in mixed-initiative interactions by responding, initiating topics, and advancing discussions along a pedagogical progression. A user study with 22 children and two experts showed our learner-centered topic orchestration significantly outperformed a persona-centered baseline, and children spontaneously authored new artifacts to demonstrate inspired ideas or share their own strategies, producing significantly more solutions when grouped with more Leading Peers. We contribute design insights for multimodal, learner-centered virtual peer systems.

Behavioral Regression Detection for Pull Requests via Structured Oracles

Yiwen Fu, Binhang Qi, Xiao Li, Runlin Liu, Hailong Sun, Xiang Gao

Software regressions are unintended behavioral changes introduced by code modifications and are hard to detect at pull-request (PR) level. Existing methods rely on incomplete tests or directly analyze PRs via LLMs, lacking structured behavioral reasoning and explicit oracles. We present ORION, a staged framework for PR-level regression detection. ORION extracts PR intent and identifies impacted functions via AST-based impact analysis, then synthesizes function-level structured behavioral oracles encoding preserved/changed behaviors, setup constraints and control-flow hints from PR intent, static risk signals and code changes. Guided by these oracles, ORION generates executable tests, conducts oracle-coverage-guided augmentation and static repair, and differentially runs tests on pre- and post-change code. It classifies PRs with deterministic rules and constrained LLM reasoning. We build RegBench-Py, the first Python PR regression benchmark with 154 verified real-world PRs. ORION achieves F1-scores of 0.6125 (DeepSeek-Chat-V3.2) and 0.5578 (Claude-4.5-haiku), outperforming baselines including Testora, Codex and Claude Code. Compared with PatchGuru, ORION supports broader multi-function PRs while remaining competitive on single-function cases. On 1,459 merged PRs, ORION finds 9 reproducible regression candidates, 8 confirmed by maintainers. It takes ~15 minutes per PR, showing practicality for CI/CD screening.

SimPBL: A Multi-Agent Framework for Project-Based Learning

Daniel Zhang-Li, Joy Jia Yin Lim, Binglin Liu, Shangqing Tu, Zijun Yao, Hao Peng Tsinghua University, Tsinghua University, Jifan Yu, Haoxuan Li Tsinghua University 等 19 位作者

Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an important learning method that promotes understanding and acquiring practical skills through training learners through a project. However, effective PBL often requires sustained orchestration and collaboration, but existing LLM-based learning tools provide partial assistance without explicitly modeling these roles, and overly comprehensive help provided by LLM can reduce learner autonomy. We propose SimPBL, a multi-agent framework with an orchestrator agent that provides adaptive scaffolding from interaction logs and collaborator agents that support project work through boundary-aware collaboration. We conduct comprehensive evaluation to study the effectiveness of SimPBL, where we observe a 14% improvement in learner examination score. Results from extensive studies further highlights the ability of SimPBL to manage learning behavior and improve learning experience. Code and materials are available at https://anonymous.4open.science/r/SimPBL-D5B8.

ToolScope: Enhancing LLM Agent Tool Use through Tool Merging and Context-Aware Filtering

Marianne Menglin Liu Oracle, Daniel Garcia Oracle, Fjona Parllaku Oracle, Vikas Upadhyay Oracle, Syed Fahad Allam Shah Oracle, Dan Roth

Large language model (LLM) agents rely on external tools to solve complex tasks, but real-world toolsets often contain redundant tools with overlapping names and descriptions, introducing ambiguity and reducing selection accuracy. LLMs also face strict input context limits, preventing efficient consideration of large toolsets. To address these challenges, we propose ToolScope, which includes: (1) ToolScopeMerger with Auto-Correction to automatically audit and fix tool merges, reducing redundancy, and (2) ToolScopeRetriever to rank and select only the most relevant tools for each query, compressing toolsets to fit within context limits without sacrificing accuracy. Evaluations on three state-of-the-art LLMs and three open-source tool-use benchmarks show gains of 8.38% to 38.6% in tool selection accuracy, demonstrating ToolScope’s effectiveness in enhancing LLM tool use.

Too Long, Do Re-weighting for Efficient LLM Reasoning Compression

Zhong-Zhi Li, Xiao Liang, Zihao Tang, Lei Ji, Peijie Wang, Haotian Xu, Xing W, Haizhen Huang 等 14 位作者

Large Language Models (LLMs) have recently achieved remarkable progress on complex reasoning tasks by leveraging extended Chain-of-Thought (CoT) techniques. These reasoning processes can be roughly categorized into System-1 (fast and intuitive) and System-2 (slow and deliberate) paradigms. However, excessive reliance on lengthy System-2-style reasoning during inference can produce extremely long outputs, thereby reducing efficiency. In this work, we propose Thinking Length Data Re-weighting (TLDR), that does not rely on sophisticated data annotations or interpolation between multiple models. We continuously balance the weights between the model’s System-1 and System-2 data to eliminate redundant reasoning processes while preserving the model’s reasoning capability. We validate our method across multiple base models, including Deepseek-R1-Distilled Qwen models, as well as on a diverse benchmarks with varying difficulty levels. Our method significantly reduces the number of output tokens by nearly 40% while maintaining the accuracy of the reasoning.

CreditDecoding: Accelerating Parallel Decoding in Diffusion Large Language Models with Trace Credit

Kangyu Wang Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhiyun Jiang, Haibo Feng, Weijia Zhao, Lin Liu, Jianguo Li, Zhenzhong Lan, Weiyao Lin Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Diffusion large language models (dLLMs) generate text through iterative denoising. In commonly adopted parallel decoding schemes, each step confirms only high-confidence positions while remasking the others. By analyzing dLLM denoising traces, we uncover a key inefficiency: models often predict the correct target token several steps before its confidence becomes high enough to be decoded. This gap between early prediction and late decoding forces repeated remasking of already-correct tokens, causing redundant iterations and limiting acceleration. To exploit this temporal redundancy, we introduce Trace Credit to quantify a token’s decoding potential by accumulating historical evidence. Building on this, we propose CreditDecoding, a training-free parallel decoding method that fuses Trace Credit with current logits to boost the confidence of correct but underconfident tokens, thereby accelerating denoising and improving robustness. On eight benchmarks, CreditDecoding achieves up to 5.48 times speedup with +0.48 accuracy on LLaDA-8B and consistently improves performance across diverse dLLM architectures and parameter scales. It further scales to long contexts and remains orthogonal to mainstream inference optimizations, making it a practical and widely applicable solution.

LAD-RAG: Layout-aware Dynamic RAG for Visually-Rich Document Understanding

Zhivar Sourati, Zheng Wang Oracle, Marianne Menglin Liu Oracle, Yazhe Hu, Mengqing Guo, Sujeeth Bharadwaj Oracle, Kyu J. Han, Tao Sheng Oracle 等 11 位作者

Question answering over visually rich documents (VRDs) requires reasoning not only over isolated content but also over documents’ structural organization and cross-page dependencies. However, conventional retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods encode content in isolated chunks during ingestion, losing structural and cross-page dependencies, and retrieve a fixed number of pages at inference, regardless of the specific demands of the question or context. This often results in incomplete evidence retrieval and degraded answer quality for multi-page reasoning tasks. To address these limitations, we propose LAD-RAG, a novel Layout-Aware Dynamic RAG framework. During ingestion, LAD-RAG constructs a symbolic document graph that captures layout structure and cross-page dependencies, adding it alongside standard neural embeddings to yield a more holistic representation of the document. During inference, an LLM agent dynamically interacts with the neural and symbolic indices to adaptively retrieve the necessary evidence based on the query. Experiments on MMLongBench-Doc, LongDocURL, DUDE, and MP-DocVQA demonstrate that LAD-RAG improves retrieval, achieving over 90% perfect recall on average without any top-k tuning, and outperforming baseline retrievers by up to 20% in recall at comparable noise levels, yielding higher QA accuracy with minimal latency.

EvolvR: Self-Evolving Pairwise Reasoning for Story Evaluation to Enhance Generation

Xinda Wang Peking University, Zhengxu Hou, Yangshijie Zhang Lanzhou University, Yanbingren Alibaba Group, Jialin Liu, ChenZhuo Zhao, Zhibo Yang, Bin-Bin Yang Alibaba Group 等 9 位作者

Although the effectiveness of Large Language Models as judges has been validated, their performance remains limited in open-ended tasks, particularly in story evaluation. Accurate story evaluation is crucial not only for assisting human quality judgment but also for providing reward signals to guide story generation. However, existing methods face a dilemma: prompt engineering for closed-source models suffers from poor adaptability, while fine-tuning approaches for open-source models lack the reasoning capabilities essential for story evaluation. To address this, we propose the Self-Evolving Pairwise Reasoning (EvolvR) framework. Grounded in pairwise comparison, the framework first self-synthesizes score-aligned Chain-of-Thought (CoT) data via a multi-persona strategy. To ensure data quality, these raw CoTs undergo a self-filtering process, utilizing multi-agents to guarantee their logical rigor and robustness. Finally, the evaluator trained on the refined data is deployed as a reward model to guide the story generation task. Experimental results demonstrate that our framework achieves state-of-the-art performance on three evaluation benchmarks including StoryER, HANNA and OpenMEVA. Furthermore, when served as a reward model, it enhances the quality of generated stories, thereby validating the superiority of our self-evolving approach.

Triviality Corrected Endogenous Reward

Xinda Wang Peking University, Zhengxu Hou, Yangshijie Zhang Lanzhou University, Yanbingren Alibaba Group, Jialin Liu, ChenZhuo Zhao, Zhibo Yang, Bin-Bin Yang Alibaba Group 等 9 位作者

Reinforcement learning for open-ended text generation is constrained by the lack of verifiable rewards, necessitating reliance on judge models that require either annotated data or powerful closed-source models. Inspired by recent work on unsupervised reinforcement learning for mathematical reasoning using confidence-based endogenous rewards, we investigate whether this principle can be adapted to open-ended writing tasks. We find that directly applying confidence rewards leads to Triviality Bias: the policy collapses toward high-probability outputs, reducing diversity and meaningful content. We propose TCER (Triviality Corrected Endogenous Reward), which addresses this bias by rewarding the relative information gain between a specialist policy and a generalist reference policy, modulated by a probability-dependent correction mechanism. Across multiple writing benchmarks and model architectures, TCER achieves consistent improvements without external supervision. Furthermore, TCER also transfers effectively to mathematical reasoning, validating the generality of our approach across different generation tasks.
