LLM agents are rapidly becoming the practical interface for task automation, yet the ecosystem lacks a principled way to choose among an exploding space of deployable configurations. Existing LLM leaderboards and tool/agent benchmarks evaluate components in isolation and remain fragmented across tasks, metrics, and candidate pools, leaving a critical research gap: there is little query-conditioned supervision for learning to recommend end-to-end agent configurations that couple a backbone model with a toolkit. We address this gap with AgentSelect, a benchmark that reframes agent selection as narrative query-to-agent recommendation over capability profiles and systematically converts heterogeneous evaluation artifacts into unified, positive-only interaction data. AgentSelectcomprises 111,179 queries, 107,721 deployable agents, and 251,103 interaction records aggregated from 40+ sources, spanning LLM-only, toolkit-only, and compositional agents. Our analyses reveal a regime shift from dense head reuse to long-tail, near one-off supervision, where popularity-based CF/GNN methods become fragile and content-aware capability matching is essential. We further show that Part~III synthesized compositional interactions are learnable, induce capability-sensitive behavior under controlled counterfactual edits, and improve coverage over realistic compositions; models trained on AgentSelect also transfer to a public agent marketplace (MuleRun), yielding consistent gains on an unseen catalog. Overall, AgentSelect provides the first unified data and evaluation infrastructure for agent recommendation, which establishes a reproducible foundation to study and accelerate the emerging agent ecosystem.
We present Xiaomi Auto World Model 2.0, a unified streaming causal world model for Physical AI. It models and generates causal physical evolution in the real world, and unifies heterogeneous conditioning inputs for view-consistent generation. The architecture integrates View-Temporal Attention (VTA) to capture cross-view spatial dependencies and temporal dynamics, together with Multi-view Rotary Position Encoding (RoPE) to encode positional relationships across views and time. WorldRec 2.0 reconstructs static and dynamic 3D Gaussians from multi-view, multi-temporal observations in a single forward pass and uses their renderings as explicit scene context to preserve geometry and appearance during long-horizon generation. Conditioning inputs are fused through VAE latent concatenation in a shared representation space. We incorporate Gated Linear Attention (GLA) into the temporal layers of VTA for efficient streaming inference, reducing computation and KV-cache memory during multi-view rollouts. A physical-interaction data pipeline covers diverse interactions and long-tailed events. From Pre-train onward, these data are combined with large-scale videos and heterogeneous visual modalities to learn visual, geometric, and dynamic priors. During Mid-train, training across diverse view configurations further improves the model's ability to capture how actions and object states shape subsequent scene evolution. After distillation-based Post-train, we apply the model to closed-loop simulation, closed-loop training, and World Action Model (WAM) applications. These applications generate physically consistent future states and support world-state prediction, policy learning, and action generation for Physical AI.
Local deployment of MoE-based LLMs on CPU-GPU nodes is attractive for cost and privacy reasons, yet limited GPU memory forces most experts into CPU memory. Prefill is then compute-bound and benefits from aggressive GPU loading, while decode is I/O-bound and requires conservative PCIe transfers. These demands cannot be amortized under low batching---typical of local assistants and document tools---forcing phase-agnostic schedulers into a seesaw: favoring prefill's aggressive loading injects unmaskable I/O that stalls decode, while favoring decode's conservative transfers starves prefill's GPU of work. We observe that expert routing is predictable in phase-specific ways, allowing us to decouple the two phases and optimize prediction, scheduling, and execution independently for each phase. PDScope predicts expert activations to guide placement and prefetching, adapts these policies to each phase's bottleneck via cross-layer cost modeling, and compiles decisions into overhead-free pipelines using a static computation graph, cache prefetching, and zero-copy asynchronous I/O. On mainstream MoE models, PDScope achieves 2.5-10.3x higher prefill throughput and 2.1-6.1x higher decode throughput than existing systems, showing that phase-aware co-design unlocks efficient MoE inference under memory constraints and extends naturally to multi-batch settings.

In-context learning (ICL) leverages demonstrations to enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs). However, traditional ICL struggles with complex reasoning mainly due to superficial, example-level implicit imitation. To address these limitations, we introduce ThoughtICR, an automated Thought-level In-Context Reasoning paradigm that shifts from surface-level examples to more guidance-oriented thought patterns. Specifically, we first define atomic reasoning actions and construct thought patterns on small-scale seed data using Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS). During inference, we dynamically select appropriate thought patterns based on target problem attributes, providing explicit guidance for model reasoning. Thanks to its automated and strategic design, our method enables seamless plug-and-play integration with various post-training techniques. Experimental results demonstrate that our method improves performance across different model sizes and generalizes effectively across reasoning domains. Using only small-scale seed data, we achieve 80.6% accuracy on MATH and 62.5% on AMC, surpassing GPT-4o’s 77.2% and 57.5%, respectively. Moreover, compared to test-time scaling methods, our approach reduces computational costs by over 10. Our code is available at https://github.com/jinyangwu/ThoughtICR.

In response to the increasing demand for largescale machine learning training jobs, many organizations have deployed GPU clusters across geographically distributed regions. However, existing ILP- or genetic-based cross-cluster training approaches largely overlook the topology of decentralized clusters, lacking both topologyaware task scheduling mechanisms and automated model parallelization strategies. As a result, naively applying these optimization-based methods in cross-cluster settings leads to prohibitive scheduling overhead, due to the drastically enlarged search space induced by complex inter-cluster topologies. To address these challenges, we propose SpiderFlow, a topologyaware scheduling system specifically designed for decentralized GPU clusters. We formulate cross-cluster task scheduling as a graph optimization problem and introduce SpinSearch, a low-overhead topology-aware scheduling algorithm. In addition, for automated model parallelization, we propose TPA, a two-level scheduling framework that combines heuristic methods at the inter-cluster level with ILP-based optimization within clusters, effectively reducing the search space while maintaining high training throughput with substantially lower scheduling overhead. We evaluate SpiderFlow on a physical platform comprising 8 decentralized clusters, as well as on a simulation platform with up to 64 decentralized clusters. Experimental results demonstrate that SpiderFlow reduces job completion time (JCT) by 1.2-1.3×, improves throughput by 1.12-1.25×, and reduces scheduling overhead by 20-90× on average compared to state-of-the-art scheduling systems.
