SV-WAM: An Efficient Surround-View World-Action Model for End-to-End Autonomous Driving

World models (WMs) have demonstrated strong potential for end-to-end autonomous driving by learning predictive representations of future scene dynamics. However, generating future videos during inference introduces substantial computational overhead, leading many recent driving WMs to adopt a single front camera as input for efficient deployment. This design restricts spatial coverage in safety-critical maneuvers such as lane changes, merges, and turns. To address this limitation, we propose SV-WAM, a surround-view world-action model (WAM) that preserves full six-camera observations while maintaining efficient inference. SV-WAM leverages future-video prediction as dense training supervision for action learning within a shared generative model, rather than as an inference-time output. At the core of this design is an action-centered causal mask that prevents action tokens from attending to future-video tokens during joint action-video denoising. Consequently, the video branch can be discarded at deployment, enabling efficient action-only planning. Furthermore, we introduce a differentiable drivable-area compliance regularizer that penalizes vehicle-footprint corners approaching or crossing drivable boundaries, improving planning safety and boundary awareness. Extensive experiments on the closed-loop NAVSIMv2 benchmark and the open-loop nuScenes benchmark demonstrate that SV-WAM achieves state-of-the-art planning performance with low inference latency and competitive zero-shot transfer capability.

TouchScale: 500 Hours of Human Vision and Touch for Visual-Tactile Learning

Large-scale egocentric human interaction data is becoming an important source of physical supervision for embodied learning, yet video alone leaves the contact and pressure that characterize physical interaction unrecorded. Recent visual-tactile datasets provide this missing supervision, but their synchronized tactile data remain far smaller in volume than human video. Moreover, the largest resources often merge recordings from different sensors or annotation procedures, which makes the effect of data scale difficult to isolate. We therefore introduce TouchScale, a 500-hour dataset of contact-rich human interaction recorded with a single unified wearable setup. Its approximately 2K predefined task descriptions span everyday activities and structured manipulation, and each recording temporally aligns egocentric RGB-D video with wrist RGB video and dense full-hand bimanual tactile measurements. Compared with prior tactile data, training on the full TouchScale raises zero-shot contact IoU on data from an unseen tactile sensor from 0.134 to 0.383. Pretraining a visual encoder on TouchScale also yields the highest action recognition accuracy on three benchmarks among the compared visual-tactile datasets. Used for visual-tactile mid-training of a robot policy, TouchScale improves the average real-world success rate across four contact-rich manipulation tasks from 22.5% to 57.5%. With the sensor and collection protocol held fixed, both zero-shot tactile prediction and robot success show an overall upward trend as more TouchScale data is used. These results suggest that human visual-tactile data collected at scale with consistent sensing benefits both perception and robot manipulation. We will publicly release TouchScale, including all synchronized visual-tactile recordings and reconstructed object models, to support future research on scalable visual-tactile learning.

GSExplorer: Interactive World Generation with a Persistent 3D Gaussian World State

Interactive world generation requires both accurate local control and stable scene consistency over long rollouts. Existing methods improve local generation through camera or geometry conditioning and extend historical context with memory mechanisms. However, long-horizon exploration remains challenging as target-view guidance becomes incomplete and inconsistencies accumulate across repeated scene updates. We present \textbf{GSExplorer}, a generation--reconstruction framework built around a persistent 3D Gaussian world state. At each step, the current 3DGS scene provides multimodal rendering conditions for a condition-driven video generator, while camera geometry is injected through a separate Relative Ray Encoding branch. Generated videos are then fed back to a SLAM-based reconstruction backend, where inconsistency filtering prevents conflicting content from corrupting the scene and cross-chunk bundle adjustment improves spatial alignment across generation steps. We further design a data-construction pipeline that reproduces realistic 3DGS degradation during scene extrapolation, yielding 293K training pairs of degraded multimodal renderings and real target videos. GSExplorer achieves the best overall performance among the compared methods on both single-step and three-step WorldScore evaluation, with strong camera control and consistency across both settings, including a Camera Control score of 99.07 in single-step extrapolation. On 481-frame leave-and-return rollouts, it also shows strong revisit consistency, demonstrating the value of maintaining a reliable 3D world state for continued exploration.

Tears or Cheers? Benchmarking LLMs via Culturally Elicited Distinct Affective Responses

Culture serves as a fundamental determinant of human affective processing and profoundly shapes how individuals perceive and interpret emotional stimuli. Despite this intrinsic link extant evaluations regarding cultural alignment within Large Language Models primarily prioritize declarative knowledge such as geographical facts or established societal customs. These benchmarks remain insufficient to capture the subjective interpretative variance inherent to diverse sociocultural lenses. To address this limitation, we introduce CEDAR, a multimodal benchmark constructed entirely from scenarios capturing Culturally Elicited Distinct Affective Responses. To construct CEDAR, we implement a novel pipeline that leverages LLM-generated provisional labels to isolate instances yielding cross-cultural emotional distinctions, and subsequently derives reliable ground-truth annotations through rigorous human evaluation. The resulting benchmark comprises 10,962 instances across seven languages and 14 fine-grained emotion categories, with each language including 400 multimodal and 1,166 text-only samples. Comprehensive evaluations of 17 representative multilingual models reveal a dissociation between language consistency and cultural alignment, demonstrating that culturally grounded affective understanding remains a significant challenge for current models.
