原文摘要

Computer-using agents are increasingly capable of performing complex tasks in the digital world. To advance such agents, supervised learning on annotated interaction trajectories has become a common approach to improving their task-solving capabilities. However, high-quality interaction trajectories remain scarce for specialized desktop applications, where limited application knowledge, complex GUI workflows, and incomplete exploration hinder automated collection. To address these challenges, we introduce \aks{}, a knowledge-guided automated trajectory collection framework. It combines tutorial-guided exploration with a hybrid GUI--Code action space, providing application-specific knowledge and simplifying GUI workflows through direct execution of application-native commands. The framework also checkpoints and revisits pivotal states during tree exploration to explore alternative workflows, complementing linear rollouts for broader coverage. We collect 10.9K automatically validated trajectories and use them to fine-tune open-source base models. The resulting model achieves 64.1\% accuracy on a benchmark of specialized desktop workflows, improving performance by 58.2 percentage points, establishing a new state of the art. The fine-tuned model also improves performance on general desktop workflows using GUI actions only, suggesting that the collected supervision benefits general desktop tasks as well. Comparative experiments and ablations demonstrate the efficiency of our collection framework and the value of code actions in specialized workflows.

Automatic tools can now generate whole-brain MRI parcellations at cohort scale, but generated-label releases often provide little evidence about which cases are reliable enough to reuse. We introduce OpenBrain, a confidence-aware release of 35,838 provenance-verified OpenNeuro T1w cases from 607 source datasets. OpenBrain is organized as an auditable case-record release rather than a directory of standalone segmentation files: each record links a primary parcellation, two committee parcellations, source/license provenance, raw QC-7 measurements, percentile risks, a combined risk score R, and a confidence tier. QC-7 is a reference-free reliability panel over label geometry, image-label consistency, and committee disagreement, so users can filter, weight, audit, or re-threshold generated labels without rerunning inference. We evaluate this released evidence under a frozen protocol. Across external cohorts, lower QC-7 risk corresponds to higher generated-label quality; in fixed-budget training, lower-risk selections improve paired macro Dice over random selection by +3.2 to +3.7 percentage points. OpenBrain also exposes raw axes, committee outputs, provenance, and datasheet documentation, so confidence claims remain inspectable after download. It does not turn generated labels into manual annotations or clinical-grade segmentations. Its contribution is a large open generated-parcellation substrate, a reusable case-level risk-evidence layer, and an external validation protocol for release-time QC. Gaze2HOI: Gaze-Aware Intention Disambiguation for Egocentric Hand-Object Interaction Forecasting

原文摘要

Anticipating how users will interact with their surroundings is essential for proactive systems that provide timely assistance in extended reality and embodied applications. Prior work typically forecasts hand-object interactions directly from historical observations, leaving intention and contact geometry implicit. However, similar observation histories can precede semantically or geometrically distinct futures. Inspired by behavioral evidence that gaze can provide early cues for underlying intention, we propose Gaze2HOI, a gaze-aware framework that formulates hand-object interaction forecasting as a hierarchical problem comprising intention inference, contact grounding, and coupled hand-object motion generation. Specifically, Gaze2HOI first weights gaze cues by fixation strength and recency, and uses them to modulate the visual representations of a vision-language model (VLM) through Temporal Gaze Saliency Modulation (TGSM), thereby reducing semantic ambiguity in intention inference. Subsequently, an Anticipatory Contact Grounding (ACG) module maps these structured intentions into explicit contact, support, and placement fields, effectively mitigating geometric ambiguity. Driven by these explicit conditions, a diffusion-based model jointly generates the six-degree-of-freedom (6-DoF) object trajectories and future articulated motion of both hands. To evaluate Gaze2HOI, we further introduce EgoAIM, a phase-aware benchmark that organizes egocentric hand-object interactions into four phases defined by evolving hand-object relations and provides fine-grained intention annotations. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Gaze2HOI achieves state-of-the-art performance in both intention inference and motion forecasting, even approaching oracle-level end-to-end performance in specific interaction phases. MOPDA: Mixed-Trajectory On-Policy Distillation for Language-Guided Industrial Anomaly Detection

Shuimu Chen, Jing Jin, Nan Su, Hongbo Xu, Zebang Cheng, Wenming Yang, Fei Ma, Guijin Wang

原文摘要

Large vision-language models (LVLMs) have shown strong potential for industrial anomaly detection (IAD) by providing image-level anomaly judgments and interpretable reasoning. However, reliably translating generated judgments into precise pixel-level localization remains challenging. We propose \textbf{M}ixed-Trajectory \textbf{O}n-\textbf{P}olicy \textbf{D}istillation for Language-Guided Industrial \textbf{A}nomaly Detection (MOPDA), the first framework to introduce on-policy self-distillation into LVLM-based IAD. For judgment learning, \method introduces \textbf{Mixed-Trajectory Supervision}, combining student-generated on-policy trajectories with evidence-conditioned teacher trajectories under a shared token-level distillation objective. Student trajectories preserve supervision on deployment-relevant response paths, while teacher trajectories provide complementary evidence-conditioned supervision. For dense localization, \textbf{Language-guided Visual Anchoring} uses the final judgment as a compact semantic condition to construct image-specific normal and abnormal anchors, which are contrasted with dense visual features to produce anomaly maps. This keeps language as semantic guidance while grounding pixel-level responses in visual evidence. Under a strict cross-dataset zero-shot protocol on five IAD benchmarks, \method outperforms the evaluated LVLM-based baselines on most detection, localization, and judgment metrics while remaining competitive with CLIP-based methods. Ablations further validate both mixed-trajectory supervision and final-judgment conditioning.

查看原文摘要

Discovering effective reward functions remains a fundamental challenge in motor control of high-dimensional musculoskeletal systems. While humans can describe movement goals explicitly such as "walking forward with an upright posture," the underlying control strategies that realize these goals are largely implicit, making it difficult to directly design rewards from high-level goals and natural language descriptions. We introduce Motion from Vision-Language Representation (MoVLR), a framework that leverages vision-language models (VLMs) to bridge the gap between goal specification and movement control. Rather than relying on handcrafted rewards, MoVLR iteratively explores the reward space through iterative interaction between control optimization and VLM feedback, aligning control policies with physically coordinated behaviors. Our approach transforms language and vision-based assessments into structured guidance for embodied learning, enabling the discovery and refinement of reward functions for high-dimensional musculoskeletal locomotion and manipulation. These results suggest that VLMs can effectively ground abstract motion descriptions in the implicit principles governing physiological motor control.

Mathematical supervision for language models is typically flattened into isolated problem-solution pairs, discarding the curricular organization and evidential structure of the original sources. We introduce TOME-Math (Textbook-Oriented Mathematical Evidence), a large-scale corpus that converts 2,118 textbooks spanning the core areas of university-level mathematics subjects into approximately 380K structured proof-supervision records while preserving chapter order, proposition-proof links, dependency references, and source provenance. Leveraging these structural signals, we explore curriculum learning across multiple mathematical subjects and characterize scaling patterns with supervision volume and source breadth. At full scale, fine-tuning on TOME-Math raises the unweighted mean score across our held-out evaluations and established public benchmarks by 16.7 percentage points over the base model, while exceeding all three public instruction-data baselines evaluated in aggregate. Our findings highlight structured textbooks as both a scalable source of mathematical supervision and an empirical framework for studying the impact of data organization on mathematical reasoning. We will release the corpus to facilitate further research on structured mathematical supervision.

UniffordInteractor: Reasoning the Unified Affordance for Human and Multi-Object Interaction

Chen Su, Xingqun Qi, Xurui Hu, Bingkun Yang, Muyi Sun, Man Zhang, Zhenan Sun

原文摘要

Deriving plausible and dynamic Human Object Interaction (HOI) has gained tremendous progress in Embodied AI and Immersive AR/VR. While existing HOI methods have effectively explored human interaction with individual or fixed objects, they still show limitations in complex multi-object interaction scenes. Meanwhile, previous approaches focus more on the contact information held by human-object relation, overlooking the significance of the contact situation of various entities (i.e., object-object). To address these limitations, we propose UniffordInteractor, a Reasoning-then-Interacting framework that leverages unified affordance for realistic and long-horizon human and multi-object interaction modeling. At the reasoning stage, we devise a Unified Affordance Reasoner (UAR) that employs a fine-tuned 3D Multimodal Large Language Model for unified object-centric affordance prediction. At the interacting stage, we propose Hierarchical Interaction Generator (HIG), which formulates the interaction generation as a hierarchical (e.g., root to body to hand to objects) autoregressive prediction, conditioned on the obtained unified affordance. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniffordInteractor surpasses SOTA counterparts in human and multi-object interaction generation.

Incentivizing Self-Learning in Large Language Models via Reinforcement Learning

原文摘要

Large language models (LLMs) draw on parametric knowledge and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to solve knowledge-intensive tasks. Yet problem solving in unfamiliar domains calls for tightly coupled knowledge acquisition and reasoning, beyond factual retrieval and aggregation or learning solely from a preassembled context. We study self-learning -- autonomously retrieving, studying, and applying knowledge from long-form reference materials on the fly. To investigate this capability, we formulate a textbook-based mathematical problem-solving task. LLMs must navigate textbook exposition, learn and apply relevant principles, and construct proofs for exercises, with reference solutions withheld. We introduce a BookNavigator interface to support this human-inspired study process and incentivize self-learning through reinforcement learning (RL) with fine-grained rewards. Experiments show that our method improves performance across in-domain and out-of-domain textbooks and subjects, raising Intern-S2-Preview-35B's overall proof accuracy from 51.5% to 79.5% and outperforming RL-trained textbook-free and fixed-retrieval baselines. These gains extend to complex long-context benchmarks involving different task types, with improvements over the base model of 1.7 and 2.3 percentage points on BrowseComp-Plus and CL-bench, respectively. Together, these findings suggest that RL can foster a domain-agnostic self-learning strategy, highlighting the potential of self-learning from long-form corpora to strengthen broader problem-solving capabilities on complex, long-context tasks.

Test-time Correction: An Online 3D Detection System via Visual Prompting

Hanxue Zhang, Zetong Yang, Yanan Sun, Li Chen, Fatma Güney, Hongyang Li

原文摘要

This paper introduces Test-time Correction (TTC), an online 3D detection system designed to rectify test-time errors using various auxiliary feedback, aiming to enhance the safety of deployed autonomous driving systems. Unlike conventional offline 3D detectors that remain fixed during inference, TTC enables immediate online error correction without retraining, allowing autonomous vehicles to adapt to new scenarios and reduce deployment risks. To achieve this, we equip existing 3D detectors with an Online Adapter (OA) module -- a prompt-driven query generator for real-time correction. At the core of OA module are visual prompts: image-based descriptions of objects of interest derived from auxiliary feedback such as mismatches with 2D detections, road descriptions, or user clicks. These visual prompts, collected from risky objects during inference, are maintained in a visual prompt buffer to enable continuous correction in future frames. By leveraging this mechanism, TTC consistently detects risky objects, achieving reliable, adaptive, and versatile driving autonomy. Extensive experiments show that TTC significantly improves instant error rectification over frozen 3D detectors, even under limited labels, zero-shot settings, and adverse conditions. We hope this work inspires future research on post-deployment online rectification systems for autonomous driving.

S3AC: Stabilized, Selective, and Scalable Actor-Critic for LLM Reasoning

Shuo Shen, Guangran Cheng, Chengqi Lyu, Xiangsen Wang, Yanan Sun, Wenwei Zhang

原文摘要

Critic-free methods are widely used in reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards (RLVR) for long chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning, avoiding difficult and costly critic training. Common alternatives lack token-level credit assignment and typically rely on grouped rollouts to estimate prompt-specific baselines. A critic can address both limitations, but long-CoT critic training is hindered by insufficient coverage of trajectories with diverse lengths and early gradients dominated by the newly initialized value head. We introduce S3AC (Stabilized, Selective, and Scalable Actor-Critic) for LLM reasoning, built around a practical critic-training recipe. The trained critic provides token-specific advantages and prompt-specific baselines. Using the prompt-level baseline to estimate difficulty, we propose Difficulty-Aware Prompt Sampling (DAPS). DAPS combines this estimate with outcome history to select prompts before generation, reducing rollout waste without offline difficulty initialization. S3AC improves group-rollout performance across dense and mixture-of-experts models from 1.5B to 397B parameters, outperforming a modern GRPO variant (GRPO-X). At 35B, it sustains single-rollout training while tested critic-free baselines deteriorate after initial gains.

原文摘要

Diagram question answering (Diagram QA) requires reasoning-level attribution that links each question-answer pair to all visual regions needed to derive the answer, rather than only the region containing the final response. Creating such structured evidence across diagrams, charts, maps, circuits, and infographics is time-consuming, and existing annotation tools tightly couple their interfaces to dataset-specific formats. We present DIAGRAMS, a lightweight, schema-driven review framework that decouples interface logic from dataset-specific JSON structures through an internal meta-schema and dataset adapters. Given an image and QA pair with optional candidate regions, the system performs QA-conditioned evidence selection and proposes the regions required for reasoning. When QA pairs or candidate regions are missing, it generates them and supports human verification and refinement. Across six Diagram QA datasets, model-suggested evidence achieves 85.39% precision and 75.30% recall against reviewer-final selections (micro-averaged). These results indicate that the review-first framework reduces the number of regions that annotators must create from scratch. Human reviewers accept, edit, or reject each proposed region before export, which structurally limits over-reliance on AI proposals. We release a public demo and installable package to support dataset auditing, grounded supervision creation, and grounded evaluation.

原文摘要

LLM-based Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) have demonstrated remarkable capabilities in solving complex tasks. Central to MAS is the communication topology which governs how agents exchange information internally. Consequently, the security of communication topologies has attracted increasing attention. In this paper, we investigate a critical privacy risk: MAS communication topologies can be inferred under a restrictive black-box setting, exposing system vulnerabilities and posing significant intellectual property threats. To explore this risk, we propose Communication Inference Attack (CIA), a novel attack that constructs new adversarial queries to induce intermediate agents’ reasoning outputs and models their semantic correlations through the proposed global bias disentanglement and LLM-guided weak supervision. Extensive experiments on MAS with optimized communication topologies demonstrate the effectiveness of CIA, achieving an average AUC of 0.87 and a peak AUC of up to 0.99, thereby revealing the substantial privacy risk in MAS. The source code is available at https://github.com/aabbbcd/CIA.

Conan: Progressive Learning to Reason Like a Detective over Multi-Scale Visual Evidence

Ouyang, Kun, Liu, Yuanxin, Yao, Linli, Cai, Yishuo, Zhou, Hao, Meng, Fandong, Zhou, Jie, Sun, Xu

原文摘要

Video reasoning, which requires multi-step deduction across frames, remains a major challenge for multimodal large language models (MLLMs). While reinforcement learning (RL)-based methods enhance reasoning capabilities, they often rely on text-only chains that yield ungrounded or hallucinated conclusions. Conversely, frame-retrieval approaches introduce visual grounding, yet still struggle with inaccurate evidence localization. To address these limitations, we present Conan, a framework for evidence-grounded multi-step video reasoning. Conan identifies context and evidence frames, reasons over cross-frame clues, and adaptively decides when to conclude or explore further. To achieve this, we **1)** construct Conan-91K, a large-scale dataset of automatically generated reasoning traces that include frame identification, evidence reasoning, and action decision, and **2)** design a multi-stage progressive cold-start strategy combined with an Identification-Reasoning-Action (AIR) RLVR training framework to progressively incentivize multi-step visual reasoning. Extensive experiments on six multi-step reasoning benchmarks demonstrate that Conan surpasses the baseline Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct by an average of over 10% in accuracy, achieving state-of-the-art performance. Furthermore, Conan generalizes effectively to long video understanding tasks, validating its strong scalability and robustness.
