As the computing power density of large-scale AI clusters rises, network communication increasingly limits system performance. GPU-initiated communication requires low-overhead request submission to overlap communication with computation. However, GPUDirect RDMA (GDR) still relies on CPU involvement in its control path, while InfiniBand GPUDirect Async (IBGDA) requires GPUs to assemble Work Queue Entries (WQEs), consuming additional SM resources and memory bandwidth. We propose OpenRDMA, an open-source multi-path reliable RDMA transport architecture designed for GPU-friendly communication. First, OpenRDMA provides a minimal GPU doorbell mechanism: the GPU issues an 8-byte token, and a dedicated FPGA NIC reconstructs the complete WQE from preconfigured context. Second, building on Multipath Reliable Connection (MRC), OpenRDMA supports per-packet multi-path transport and out-of-order arrivals, while selective retransmission, ordered DMA placement, and GPU-visible flag polling provide reliable delivery and safe data consumption. Third, a hardware-software co-designed retransmission mechanism keeps the GPU submission path lightweight and reduces FPGA hardware state overhead: the NIC handles fast data transfer, while CPU software manages complex timeout detection, state tracking, and recovery policies. We describe the architecture and key hardware components of OpenRDMA; implementation of the FPGA prototype is underway.

Multi-hop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) supports Web information seeking and fact verification by recovering complementary evidence across related pages within a limited retrieval budget. Scoring evidence independently against the original question can miss supporting units whose relevance emerges through intermediate facts. Iterative retrieval incorporates these facts into subsequent queries, while graph retrieval explicitly models relations among evidence units. Yet fixed-query graph retrievers update entity representations without adapting the query condition to accumulated relational context. We view multi-hop evidence recovery as the coupled evolution of evidence representations and query conditions, with accumulated context informing both what the retriever represents and how it searches for complementary evidence. QueryFlow realizes this perspective by recurrently integrating query-conditioned summaries of graph context into a shared query state, which controls boundary inputs and relation features for subsequent propagation. Across four representative multi-hop question answering (QA) datasets, QueryFlow achieves macro Recall@10 (R@10), Full Recall@10 (FR@10), and LLM-Acc gains of 4.98, 8.40, and 8.0 percentage points over representative baselines, respectively.

LLM-based multi-agent systems (MAS) rely on collaboration among specialized agents to solve complex tasks. Existing methods improve MAS by refining the prompts, skills, and execution strategies of individual agents based on task feedback. However, improving individual agents does not necessarily lead to better team collaboration. Recent studies have therefore extended evolution to the collaboration level, using collective execution experience to adjust team organization, and inter-agent interactions. Nevertheless, evolving collaboration across heterogeneous tasks remains challenging, as existing approaches often constrain team reorganization within a shared structure and reuse interaction rules across incompatible team contexts. In this paper, we propose EvoTeam, a collaboration-centric evolution framework that jointly evolves team organization, interaction rules, and individual agent skills through execution experience. It maintains a library of reusable teams, selecting or creating agent teams and guiding collaboration through team-specific interaction rules. Collaboration experience accumulates within compatible team contexts, while individual skills remain reusable across teams. Experiments across four benchmarks demonstrate its effectiveness. Our code is available at https://github.com/DEEP-JLU/EvoTeam.
Large Language Models (LLMs) often struggle with temporally grounded reasoning because their static parametric memory is misaligned with the dynamic evolution of real-world knowledge. Although RAG and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) provide practical ways to enhance LLMs, they remain insufficient for temporal reasoning. Existing retrieval methods typically prioritize semantic relevance while overlooking temporal validity, event order, and evolutionary dependencies, resulting in evidence that is relevant in isolation but temporally fragmented. Meanwhile, conventional PEFT methods usually employ fixed and input-agnostic low-rank updates, making it difficult to capture time-dependent entity semantics and relation drift. To address these limitations, we propose Temporal Evidence-Parameter Co-Alignment (TEPCA), a framework for LLM reasoning over TKGs. TEPCA aligns LLM reasoning with temporal knowledge at both the evidence and parameter levels. At the evidence level, it introduces time-constrained Dynamic Relevance-Guided Path (DRGP) pruning to preserve globally coherent temporal paths, together with Mutual-Information (MI)-based pruning to retain query-informative local facts under temporal constraints. At the parameter level, it integrates Dynamic-Gated LoRA (DG-LoRA), a timestamp-conditioned low-rank adaptation mechanism that dynamically modulates the effective adaptation subspace according to temporal context. This design enables LLMs to better capture fine-grained entity evolution and time-dependent relation semantics while preserving parameter efficiency. Experimental results on two TKG benchmarks demonstrate that TEPCA achieves state-of-the-art performance. Additional evaluations of DG-LoRA on eight commonsense QA datasets further verify its general input-adaptive capacity, scalability across LLM backbones, and interpretability.

Complex Temporal Knowledge Graph Question Answering (TKGQA) involves more than retrieving facts: the timestamp or validity interval of one fact can constrain the search for another, while multiple intervals may jointly determine the answer. Existing single-agent TKGQA methods typically investigate these facts within a single reasoning context, where evidence from different event histories can become interleaved and distractors can misdirect subsequent retrieval. Distributing investigations across agents can separate event-specific evidence into distinct contexts, but effective collaboration must still be learned because question decomposition, subtask investigation, and evidence synthesis are interdependent. To address these limitations, we propose \textbf{Co}-Evolving \textbf{S}elf-Play \textbf{T}imeline \textbf{A}gents (CoSTA), which organizes facts into navigable timelines, delegates investigations to workers, and uses a coordinator to synthesize their original timestamped observations. CoSTA initializes a shared policy through role-conditioned distillation and jointly optimizes both roles through co-evolving self-play with final-answer rewards. Across three benchmarks, CoSTA achieves state-of-the-art overall performance, with particularly strong gains on complex multi-fact questions, while its compact variants outperform the evaluated closed-source LLM agents.

Artistic styles often embed abstraction beyond surface appearance, involving deliberate reinterpretation of structure rather than mere changes in texture or color. Conventional style transfer methods typically preserve the input geometry and therefore struggle to capture this deeper abstraction behavior, especially for illustrative and nonphotorealistic styles. In this work, we introduce Abstraction in Style (AiS), a generative framework that separates structural abstraction from visual stylization. Given a target image and a small set of style exemplars, AiS first derives an intermediate abstraction proxy that reinterprets the target's structure in accordance with the abstraction logic exhibited by the style. The proxy captures semantic structure while relaxing geometric fidelity, enabling subsequent stylization to operate on an abstracted representation rather than the original image. In a second stage, the abstraction proxy is rendered to produce the final stylized output, preserving visual coherence with the reference style. Both stages are implemented using a shared image space analogy, enabling transformations to be learned from visual exemplars without explicit geometric supervision. By decoupling abstraction from appearance and treating abstraction as an explicit, transferable process, AiS supports a wider range of stylistic transformations, improves controllability, and enables more expressive stylization.

Structured pruning is a practical approach to deploying large language models (LLMs) efficiently, as it yields compact, hardware-friendly architectures. However, the dominant local paradigm is task-agnostic: by optimizing layer-wise reconstruction rather than task objectives, it tends to preserve perplexity or generic zero-shot behavior but fails to capitalize on modest task-specific calibration signals, often yielding limited downstream gains. We revisit global structured pruning and present GISP, Global Iterative Structured Pruning, a post-training method that removes attention heads and MLP channels using first-order, loss-based important scores aggregated at the structure level with block-wise normalization. Built on this global importance metric, GISP adopts an iterative schedule, rather than one-shot pruning, stabilizes accuracy at higher sparsity, and mitigates perplexity collapse without requiring intermediate fine-tuning. Importantly, the iterative pruning forms nested subnetworks that support a ”prune-once, deploy-many” workflow. Furthermore, GISP defines structural importance directly with respect to a target loss, making it easy to adapt pruning to task-specific objectives. In this work, we use perplexity for language modeling and a margin-based objective for decision-style tasks. Extensive experiments show that across Llama2-7B/13B, Llama3-8B, and Mistral-0.3-7B, GISP consistently lowers WikiText-2 perplexity and improves downstream accuracy, with especially strong gains at 40–50% sparsity; on DeepSeek-R1-Distill-Llama-3-8B and Qwen3-8B with GSM8K, task-aligned calibration substantially boosts exact-match accuracy.

Automated interaction with graphical user interfaces (GUIs) is central to General Artificial Intelligence yet remains challenging within Super App ecosystems, characterized by non-standard rendering and absent accessibility metadata. While GUI agents often rely on explicit accessibility trees or static imitation, they are less explored for dynamic environments marked by sparse feedback and implicit visual cues. We present GUI0, a framework synergizing autonomous data synthesis with dual-agent co-evolution. GUI0 establishes a domain-aware foundation model via synthesized corpora and employs curriculum-driven reinforcement learning, where a curriculum agent generates boundary tasks to optimize an actor agent.Empirical results demonstrate three key advantages: (1) State-of-the-art performance on the SuperAPP benchmark, outperforming Gemini-2.5-Pro and Claude-4-Sonnet; (2) universal efficacy across diverse base models, consistently yielding substantial improvements on both Qwen2.5-VL and GUI-Owl variants; and (3) robust zero-shot generalization to standard GUIs (e.g., +62.7% on ScreenSpot Pro).
