SynMOE: A Syntax-Aware MOE-Guided Approach for PEFT-Based Code Intelligence Learning

Shuo Liu, Hao Ning, Jacky Keung, Zhen Yang, Xiao Yu, Xing Hu, Yicheng Sun

Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) has emerged as an important approach for adapting Language Models (LMs) in downstream tasks. However, in the domain of code intelligence, the performance of most PEFT methods relatively drops compared to Full fine-Tuning (FT), hindering their broader applicability. One of the main reasons is that current PEFT methods are generally based on assumptions about the low-rank nature or sparsity of parameter updates, lacking explicit modeling of code-related information. To tackle this limitation, we propose SynMOE, a syntax-aware MOE-guided approach for PEFT on code intelligence learning. Specifically, SynMOE contains two stages: syntactic information extraction and syntax-aware MOE-guided adaptation. It first obtains the syntactic labels of source code from Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs), and then aligns the labels with the input tokens of code LMs. In the second stage, syntactic labels are integrated into the MOE module, participating in the routing decision of MOE for a more powerful syntactic-aware token representation. We evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach by applying it to two typical PEFT methods, LoRA and $(IA)^3$, across three diverse code intelligence tasks. Experimental results show that SynMOE achieves consistent and significant improvements. Even compared to FT, SynMOE achieves comparable or superior performance while being more computationally efficient. In addition, we also conduct ablation studies, hyperparameter analysis, and evaluation in the low-resource scenario to provide a comprehensive investigation of the proposed approach.

Cycle WAM: Coupling Action and Video through Cycle Consistency

Qinglin Yang, Jiepeng Wang, Yuxing Huang, Haibin Huang, Kai Xu, Chi Zhang, Ruizhen Hu, Xuelong Li

Recent advances in video modeling have driven substantial progress in world action models (WAMs). Existing approaches exploit pretrained video priors by decoding actions from latent representations or inferring them from generated videos. The underlying link is causal: robot actions produce changes in the scene, and video observations of these changes provide evidence for inferring the actions that produced them. However, existing training formulations do not by themselves ensure that actions and their predicted visual consequences are consistent, potentially limiting the use of pretrained capabilities. We treat video and action as paired modalities linked by this causal relationship and learn their correspondence through a unified training framework designed to better exploit pretrained video priors. Cycle WAM first augments video-action co-training with bidirectional conversion to reinforce cross-modal correspondence and recover forward and inverse dynamics. It then introduces a differentiable cycle-reconstruction objective to further couple the two mappings. The resulting model supports both forward and inverse dynamics, with the potential to improve performance through more effective use of pretrained video priors. Cycle WAM achieves state-of-the-art performance among comparable methods on LIBERO-Pro and substantially improves DreamZero on DROID. Comparisons with UWM characterize its inverse-dynamics performance and show sharper visual detail in the displayed forward-dynamics predictions.

PointPilot: Unified Robotic Manipulation via Object-Centric 3D Point Flow Prediction

Yihan Fang, Yuxin Tian, Ruixiang Wang, Zhanqi Zhang, Xing Hu, Zhen Yang, Huayi Zhou, Yongyi Su 等 10 位作者

Generalization remains a central challenge in robotics, calling for policies that address domain variations from multiple dimensions such as diverse embodiments, camera poses, and/or scene layouts. In order to approach this problem, we introduce PointPilot, a task-focused and 3D aligned manipulation framework built on a 3D space point-flow prediction. Rather than modeling the global scene, PointPilot only represents task-focused objects (robot grippers treated as objects), avoiding the prediction of potentially redundant scene parts unrelated to the manipulation tasks. Moreover, PointPilot aligns 3D spatial representation in one unified coordinate and supports closed-loop and fully automatic action execution across different manipulation modes from object point flow without a separately trained action expert, while existing works typically need an extra action head or are (semi-)automatic and single-arm mode specific. Given sensor observations and language instructions, our model jointly learns subtask planning, task-relevant object grounding, and 3D point flow prediction in an end-to-end way. By processing heterogeneous data in a shared 3D point flow space, PointPilot is able to absorb demonstrations from different embodiments. Extensive simulative and real world experiments validate our method. Notably, we demonstrate zero-shot embodiment generalization with PointPilot. A single trained policy can be deployed on previously unseen embodiments and successfully complete manipulation tasks without any additional fine-tuning.

AgiWorld: An Agentic Video World Model for Building Persistent Worlds

Shaoheng Fang, Yiqun Mei, Hanwen Jiang, Xin Sun, Haitian Zheng, Hao Tan, Kalyan Sunkavalli, Georgios Pavlakos 等 10 位作者

Recent interactive video world models generate visually compelling videos from a single image, following user-provided camera motion and text prompts. However, such low-level control demands substantial user effort to realize a high-level intent, and the generated world struggles to remain persistent as the exploration proceeds. In this work, we present AgiWorld, an agentic video world model that explores and builds a persistent world from a single image and a free-form instruction. For high-level planning, our agent AgiWorld-Agent designs the world and the journey through it in a world state and directs the exploration. For low-level realization, our video world model AgiWorld-WM generates the video chunk by chunk and stores it with its geometry in a spatial memory, from which the agent updates its world state. This closed loop keeps the world faithful to the user's intent and keeps the agent's world state consistent with the generated content throughout the exploration. We co-design the two levels around the shared spatial memory and an interface of metric camera trajectories and structured prompts. In AgiWorld-WM, to handle occlusion and accumulated geometric errors in the spatial memory over long rollouts, we propose occlusion-aware history selection, which retrieves past views by surface visibility, and reliability-based memory maintenance, which prefers reliable geometry and earlier observations. AgiWorld-WM achieves state-of-the-art overall performance on world revisiting and exploration benchmarks, and qualitative results and ablations show that AgiWorld builds persistent worlds from free-form instructions over minute-long journeys. Persistence thus arises not from the video model alone but from its closed loop with the agent.

NAS-PO: Native Attention-Strategy Policy Optimization for Vision-Language Models

Ke An, Shizhe Xiang, Yue Liu, Liang Chen, Pei Fu, Shaojie Zhang, Xiaoxing Hu, Yupei Wang

Reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards (RLVR) has become an effective post-training paradigm for vision-language models (VLMs). Standard RLVR, however, assigns identical outcome-derived credit to all generated tokens regardless of their perceptual relevance. Recent perception-aware methods estimate visual reliance through image perturbation or masking. These indirect proxies require perturbation branches, while corruption sensitivity does not necessarily identify the visual evidence used for reasoning. We instead shape model perception through native attention, an intrinsic model signal. Rather than treating attention as a post-hoc explanation, we formulate it as a reward-anchored, token-aligned routing signal that encourages attention patterns supporting visually grounded reasoning. To this end, we propose NAS-PO, a Native Attention-Strategy Policy Optimization framework. NAS-PO analyzes native attention with a visual mass policy that quantifies visual allocation and a conditional visual policy that captures spatial routing over visual tokens, making the optimization well-posed. Based on this, Native Attention-Strategy Advantage Shaping (NAS-AS) draws on the visual-mass policy to redistribute signed policy-gradient credit for visually engaged rollouts. The Adaptive Attention-Coupled (AAC) loss then aligns the visual-mass policy on all response tokens and the conditional visual policy on visually active ones, consolidating the visual-routing patterns that drive successful trajectories. Experiments demonstrate that NAS-PO substantially surpasses leading RL-tuned VLMs across 7 out-of-domain reasoning and perception benchmarks, with its effectiveness consistently validated across 8B and 32B. Visual-Routing Sensitivity (VRS) analysis further indicates that the optimized attention prioritizes visually load-bearing regions.

Advances in Agentic Computer Graphics

Hengyu Liu, Jihyeon Je, Ruiqi Wang, Mingxuan Wu, Haven Feng, Qixing Huang, Georgios Pavlakos, Hao Zhang 等 14 位作者

Computer graphics is built on code. Large language model (LLM) agents can now generate graphics code and iteratively refine it through various feedback. This capability opens the door to a potentially new paradigm of computer graphics, with graphics algorithms increasingly built around agentic systems to automate progressively complex tasks. Over the past years, research on agentic graphics has expanded rapidly across a diverse range of tasks. This rapid growth makes it increasingly difficult for manual literature reviews to keep pace with new developments. At the same time, similar ideas are often described using different terminology across these tasks, further complicating efforts to develop a systematic understanding of the field. In this report, we address these challenges through two contributions. First, we introduce a unified taxonomy for characterizing agentic systems across diverse computer graphics tasks. Second, we develop an agentic literature system that can assist human researchers in analyzing existing and newly published papers at scale. Building on these contributions, we analyze emerging research trends and discuss open challenges in coordinating agents and tools across graphics tasks, designing interfaces and representations for human-agent collaboration, sustaining long-horizon planning and refinement, and reliably evaluating interactive graphics systems.

A Simulation Testbed for Self-Governing Human-Machine Institutions

Callum Berger, Jeremy Pitt, Stefan Sarkadi

AI agents no longer act alone: they cooperate, coordinate and compete within and between groups, increasingly alongside humans who are in, on or out of ``the loop''. Whether such mixed groups can govern themselves is an open question about machine behaviour and human-computer interaction that needs a testbed for hybrid institutions. We present Megabike, a multi-agent simulator and serious game with interdependent arenas for common-pool resource management, cooperative survival and constitutional choice. Riders sharing a megabike must agree their arrangements for steering, pedalling and distributing resources, and their political regime, while negotiating with rival bikes and avoiding an existential threat. Every rule is enforced by the simulator, every action is logged, and any seat can be taken by a human or a machine, so governance can be studied under well-defined metrics. We demonstrate Megabike with forty sessions in which language-model riders with cooperative, lazy, subversive or opposing dispositions chose regimes, elected leaders and expelled one another. The results show that different combinations of agent archetypes could produce unexpected and counterproductive outcomes. We conclude with extensions for systematic experiments mixing human and computational agents.

Youtu-Parsing-Omni: One Encoder, One Schema, All Modalities

Yunhang Shen, Zhangquan Chen, Xiaotian Li, Zhongpeng Cai, Qing Zhou, Zekai Zhang, Kun Zhang, Zezhong Wu 等 30 位作者

We present Youtu-Parsing-Omni, an omni-modal parser that converts documents, images, audio, and video into structured records grounded in space and time, providing a perception layer for agents that read, locate, and cite evidence across modalities. Its design rests on one encoder for every modality and one schema for every task. Youtu-Omni-Encoder, initialized from a pre-trained language model to strengthen text reading, encodes all modalities with shared weights in a unified space-time coordinate system, and a few fusion layers let video frames attend to concurrent audio, bringing cross-modal fusion and temporal alignment into perception itself. OmniSchema unifies the outputs of all ten parsing tasks, allowing a single self-evolving post-training procedure, OmniSchema-Aware On-Policy Distillation (OSAD), to provide a shared token-role-based objective across tasks. In each round, the model is trained on its own rollouts against token-level targets from a reference-conditioned copy of itself, which is then refreshed with the trained weights, so that the parser and its supervision co-evolve. With a single 5 B-parameter checkpoint, Youtu-Parsing-Omni achieves state-of-the-art performance on OmniDocBench v1.6 (96.96 Overall) and leads all open-weight models on OmniParsingBench (75.08 Avg.), with its advantage concentrated on audio and video. It also achieves the best overall chart-parsing score (95.02) and the highest exact chemical-fingerprint agreement among compared systems, and matches a dedicated optical-music model in character-level transcription of typeset sheet music while staying far ahead of general-purpose systems. Code and model weights are publicly available.

SparseTokenGS: Gaussian-based Sparse-View CBCT Reconstruction via Reusable Token Pool

Zihan Deng, Zhenzhen Gong, Yujie Liu, Jiaxin Gong, Dingkun Liu, Kexian Xie, Yixing Huang, Peng Jin 等 13 位作者

Sparse-view cone-beam computed tomography is widely used for fast, low-dose volumetric imaging and lesion localization in dentistry and image-guided interventions, but it introduces severe artifacts. Feed-forward Gaussian methods transfer the reconstruction cost to training and decode each coordinate from projection-aligned features and neighboring anchors. However, information from the whole scan is written only when the field is constructed and cannot be retrieved during coordinate decoding, leaving the volume inconsistent within the scan. This is a common limitation of such methods: once the field is fixed, decoding uses only local features and reconstruction quality drops substantially. We propose SparseTokenGS, a Gaussian-based method for sparse-view cone-beam computed tomography reconstruction via a reusable token pool. Anchor Token Fusion and Point-Token Attention query this shared pool at the anchors and at the query coordinates, respectively. The local Gaussian prior is retained, and the volume is reconstructed in one forward pass, without per-scan optimization or a projection-domain loss. On three public chest and dental datasets, SparseTokenGS achieves the highest reconstruction performance among the compared methods. On clinical dental scans, reconstruction from only six projections reaches 29.51 decibels in peak signal-to-noise ratio and a structural similarity of 0.842 against the full-view reference, and off-the-shelf tooth-and-pulp segmentation keeps these structures separable for root-canal localization. Experiments on volcanic rock and chicken show performance after same-object adaptation. A reusable token pool gives feed-forward reconstruction a mechanism that keeps scan-wide context available through decoding and can benefit future rapid clinical lesion localization and analysis. The code is available at: https://github.com/FrankDengAI/SparseTokenGS.

CoS-VQ: Coordinated Shared-Scale Vector Quantization for Large Language Models

Zukang Xu, Zhixiong Zhao, Xing Hu, Zhe Jiang, Xin Si, Dawei Yang

Large language models (LLMs) require substantial memory, motivating low-bit weight quantization for efficient deployment. Existing vector quantization (VQ) methods often improve accuracy by increasing the effective coding dimension, which can complicate independent lookup and local codeword updates. We propose CoS-VQ (Coordinated Shared-Scale Vector Quantization), which preserves low-dimensional codewords while jointly optimizing hard indices and their shared scale across positions. The key challenge is scale-induced coupling: the optimal scale depends on the entire codeword combination and, in turn, changes candidate rankings across positions, so pointwise updates can stall even after scale re-optimization. CoS-VQ collects candidates at multiple probe scales and constructs a tangent separable upper bound for the residual-aware quadratic objective. By reducing candidate comparisons to lower envelopes of lines over positive scales, it identifies finitely many representative intervals for joint index--scale updates without exhaustively enumerating codeword combinations. On Qwen3.8-27B, CoS-VQ outperforms QTIP and LLVQ on the evaluated language modeling, coding, and reasoning benchmarks. Ablations from the same initialization further show larger gains from joint updates than from scale-only refinement, highlighting joint selection as an alternative to increasing codeword dimensionality. The code is available at https://github.com/xzktx003/Cos_VQ.

HiMA-Ecom: A Long-Horizon Memory Benchmark for Hierarchical Multi-Agent E-commerce Assistants

Junxing Hu, Ai Han, Haolan Zhan, Pu Wei, Zhiqian Zhang, Yuhang Guo, Jiawei Lu, Zhen Chen 等 11 位作者

Long-horizon agentic systems become long-context systems by accumulation rather than through a single long document, since every step reassembles a prompt from role instructions, tool and sub-agent descriptions, recalled memories, dialogue history, and previous tool outputs, separately for every agent. This paper studies how such accumulated context can be trained, evaluated, and managed in hierarchical multi-agent assistants. We present HiMA-Ecom, a hierarchical multi-agent benchmark for e-commerce assistants with 22.8K instances, of which 17.7K carry memory entries in context, pairing agent-specific supervised fine-tuning data with system-level supervision for end-to-end multi-agent reinforcement learning. Building upon it, HiMA-R1 keeps the context budget of a trajectory under control through Variance-Reduction Group Relative Policy Optimization (VR-GRPO), which samples along an initial trajectory so that sampling cost grows additively with trajectory length and updates the agents with the largest reward variance, together with an efficiency reward on trajectory length and a memory evolution mechanism that repurposes GRPO rewards as cost-free signals for what stays in context. Agents built upon 3B and 7B open-source models match DeepSeek-R1 and surpass DeepSeek-V3 by 6.0 points on average, while reward-driven memory reduces the update steps needed for convergence by roughly 55%.

Correlation-Aware Exploration for Long-Trace Reasoning

Junxing Hu, Zicheng Zhang, Zhiqian Zhang, Ai Han, Yifeng Zhang, Pengzhang Liu, Ling Li

Reasoning models trained with Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) now produce chains of thought thousands of tokens long, and recent studies reveal that such training is prone to policy collapse. Entropy regularization is the standard remedy, but it works by pushing probability mass away from the few tokens that carry it and toward the vast low-probability tail of the vocabulary, and it applies this force once for every token of the reasoning trace. This puts the bonus in direct conflict with the entropy decay that convergence requires, and makes its coefficient difficult to set in the long-trace regime. To resolve this tension, we propose Info-GRPO, an information-theoretic framework that cultivates correlation between the policy and a latent prior. Rather than raising entropy everywhere, Info-GRPO builds on the mutual information between a latent variable and the trajectory it induces: augmenting prompts with latent seeds during training lets the model explore diverse policies correlated with the prior, while the seed-conditioned entropy is guided toward convergence. Diversity is therefore carried across whole reasoning traces rather than by per-token randomness, and exploration no longer fights entropy reduction. Experiments show that Info-GRPO outperforms vanilla GRPO and entropy-regularized GRPO across diverse reasoning benchmarks. On AIME24, it improves $Avg@8$ over GRPO by 3.75%, 1.66%, 4.16%, and 4.17% on four backbones, and it reaches the same majority-vote accuracy with $8\times$ fewer samples. Code and models will be publicly released.

OxyGent: Making Multi-Agent Systems Modular, Observable, and Evolvable via Oxy Abstraction

Junxing Hu JD.com, Tianlong Li, Lei Yu, Ai Han JD.com

Deploying production-ready multi-agent systems (MAS) in complex industrial environments remains challenging due to limitations in scalability, observability, and autonomous evolution. We present OxyGent, an open-source framework driven by two core novelties: a unified Oxy abstraction and the OxyBank evolution engine. The unified abstraction encapsulates agents, tools, LLMs, and reasoning flows as pluggable atomic components, enabling Lego-like scalable system composition and non-intrusive monitoring. To enhance observability, OxyGent introduces permission-driven dynamic planning that replaces rigid workflows with execution graphs generated at runtime, providing adaptive visualizations. Furthermore, to support continuous evolution, OxyBank serves as an AI asset management platform that drives automated data backflow, annotation, and joint evolution. Empirical evaluations and real-world case studies show that OxyGent provides a robust and scalable foundation for MAS. OxyGent is fully open-sourced under the Apache License 2.0 at https://github.com/jd-opensource/OxyGent.

Large language model-powered code agents are rapidly transforming software engineering, yet the security risks of their generated code have become a critical concern. Existing benchmarks have provided valuable insights, but they fail to capture scenarios in which vulnerabilities are actually introduced by human developers, making fair comparisons between humans and agents infeasible. We therefore introduce SecureVibeBench, a benchmark of 105 C/C++ secure coding tasks sourced from 41 projects in OSS-Fuzz for code agents. SecureVibeBench has the following features: (i) realistic task settings that require multi-file edits in large repositories, (ii) aligned contexts based on real-world open-source vulnerabilities with precisely identified vulnerability introduction points, and (iii) comprehensive evaluation that combines functionality testing and security checking with both static and dynamic oracles. We evaluate 5 popular code agents like OpenHands, supported by 5 LLMs (e.g., Claude sonnet 4.5) on SecureVibeBench. Results show that current agents struggle to produce both correct and secure code, as even the best-performing one, produces merely 23.8% correct and secure solutions on SecureVibeBench.

SAFE-QAQ: End-to-End Slow-Thinking Audio-Text Fraud Detection via Reinforcement Learning

Peidong Wang, Zhiming Ma SmartFlowAI, Xin Dai, YongKang Liu Northeast University, Shi Feng Northeastern University, China, Xiaocui Yang Northeastern University, Wenxing Hu, Zhihao Wang Northeastern University 等 11 位作者

Existing fraud detection methods predominantly rely on transcribed text, suffering from ASR errors and missing crucial acoustic cues like vocal tone and environmental context. This limits their effectiveness against complex deceptive strategies. To address these challenges, we first propose SAFE-QAQ, an end-to-end comprehensive framework for audio-based slow-thinking fraud detection. First, the SAFE-QAQ framework eliminates the impact of transcription errors on detection performance. Secondly, we propose rule-based slow-thinking reward mechanisms that systematically guide the system to identify fraud-indicative patterns by accurately capturing fine-grained audio details, through hierarchical reasoning processes. Besides, our framework introduces a dynamic risk assessment framework during live calls, enabling early detection and prevention of fraud. Experiments on the TeleAntiFraud-Bench demonstrate that SAFE-QAQ achieves dramatic improvements over existing methods in multiple key dimensions, including accuracy, inference efficiency, and real-time processing capabilities. Currently deployed and analyzing over 70,000 calls daily, SAFE-QAQ effectively automates complex fraud detection, reducing human workload and financial losses. Large Language Models (LLMs) achieve strong program repair performance but often suffer from over-editing, where excessive modifications overwrite correct code and hinder bug localization. We systematically quantify its impact and introduce precise repair task, which maximizes reuse of correct code while fixing only buggy parts. Building on this insight, we propose PRepair, a framework that mitigates over-editing and improves repair accuracy. PRepair has two components: Self-Breaking, which generates diverse buggy programs via controlled bug injection and min–max sampling, and Self-Repairing, which trains models with Edit-Aware Group Relative Policy Optimization (EA-GRPO) using an edit-aware reward to encourage minimal yet correct edits. Experiments show that PRepair improves repair precision by up to 31.4% under \mathrm{fix}_1@1, a metric that jointly considers repair correctness and extent, and significantly increases decoding throughput when combined with speculative editing, demonstrating its potential for precise and practical code repair.
