Long-horizon coding agents operate over evolving repository states while increasingly relying on heterogeneous capabilities, delegated agents, and multi-agent coordination. These trends pose two complementary challenges for the agent harness. First, developers need to compose capabilities, reconfigure execution logic, and scale increasingly complex agent systems without repeatedly rebuilding orchestration. Second, complex coding tasks continuously produce new evidence---such as semantic diagnostics, execution outcomes, task progress, and changing context relevance---that should dynamically influence subsequent runtime decisions. We characterize these challenges as Structural Composability and Runtime Adaptivity. We present openJiuwen, an open-source harness designed for both developer composability and adaptive task execution. openJiuwen provides a shared execution substrate and Rail-based capability composition across single agents, delegated sub-agents, and Swarm Flow, enabling developers to construct sophisticated agent harnesses under common execution semantics. It further adapts framework-controlled runtime decisions around a fixed model policy, allowing evolving evidence to dynamically affect context, feedback, and task control toward successful completion. We systematically evaluate openJiuwen on SWE-bench Verified and Terminal-Bench 2.1, where it achieves 82.6% and 87.19%, respectively, exceeding the strongest selected official-leaderboard point estimates by 3.4 and 3.39 percentage points. These results show that openJiuwen achieves strong performance on complex coding tasks while providing a composable and adaptive harness design.

We introduce Genome-Factory, the first integrated Python library for tuning, deploying, and interpreting genomic foundation models. Our core contribution is to simplify and unify the workflow for genomic model development: data collection, model tuning, inference, benchmarking, and interpretability. For data collection, Genome-Factory offers an automated pipeline to download genomic sequences and preprocess them. For model tuning, Genome-Factory supports both full and parameter-efficient fine-tuning across diverse genomic models. For inference, Genome-Factory enables both embedding extraction and DNA sequence generation. For benchmarking, we include two existing benchmarks and provide a flexible interface to incorporate additional benchmarks. For interpretability, Genome-Factory introduces an open-source biological interpreter based on a sparse auto-encoder. We validate the utility of Genome-Factory across three dimensions: (i) Compatibility with diverse models and fine-tuning methods; (ii) Benchmarking downstream performance using two open-source benchmarks; (iii) Biological interpretation of learned representations with DNABERT-2. These results highlight its practical value for real-world genomic analysis. GitHub: https://github.com/WeiminWu2000/Genome_Factory.

Query-based recommendation separates expressing user needs from locating matching items. Its central learning problem is how to turn item interactions into effective retrieval requests when interaction logs do not annotate queries. We present R2QRec, which uses a fixed retrieval system to construct query supervision and evaluate recommendation outcomes. Retrieval verification first selects generated expressions that recover observed items as supervised fine tuning targets, allowing retrieval behavior to determine the target wording. Policy refinement then evaluates generated query sets by the observed item's rank in their fused recommendation list. Log-rank feedback distinguishes outcomes beyond the recommendation cutoff, while a KL penalty constrains policy change relative to the supervised reference. The stages have distinct roles: verification identifies expressions to imitate, and policy refinement improves the combined ranking produced by newly generated queries. Only the query generator is trained; the retriever and item index remain fixed, and no query annotations or learned reward model are required. Across three public datasets, R2QRec achieves state-of-the-art overall recommendation performance among the evaluated methods. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design and its generalization across generators and domains.
Monocular outdoor navigation requires robust camera motion estimation and a dense, navigable map, where 3D Gaussian Splatting SLAM serves this task through an explicit differentiable parameterization and closed-form projection. However, typically, the geometry is recovered by associating 2D pixels with 3D points, so a modular SLAM system absorbs tracking error into the map, leading to cascading degradation. To address these gaps, we present SG^2SLAM, which couples streaming spatial geometry with a ray-conditioned 3DGS kernel. Streaming spatial geometry replaces the per- frame cross-dimensional correspondence with a chunk-level metric prior that supervises tracking and mapping from one source. A ray-conditioned kernel extends each primitive with a viewing-direction subspace that senses the monocular camera viewpoints. The joint optimization over spatial geometry and poses ensures a globally consistent map and trajectory outcome. Experiments on the KITTI and Waymo Open datasets show that our SG^2SLAM surpasses the per-frame association baselines in the monocular outdoor navigation task. Code will be made publicly available upon acceptance.

Large language model (LLM)-based agents are increasingly deployed in e-commerce shopping. To perform thorough, user-tailored product searches, agents should interpret personal preferences, engage in multi-turn dialogues, and ultimately retrieve and discriminate among highly similar products. However, existing research has yet to provide a unified simulation environment that consistently captures all of these aspects, and always focuses solely on evaluation benchmarks without training support. In this paper, we introduce ShopSimulator, a large-scale and challenging Chinese shopping environment. Leveraging ShopSimulator, we evaluate LLMs across diverse scenarios, finding that even the best-performing models achieve less than 40% full-success rate. Error analysis reveals that agents struggle with deep search and product selection in long trajectories, fail to balance the use of personalization cues, and to effectively engage with users. Further training exploration provides practical guidance for overcoming these weaknesses, with the combination of supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL) yielding significant performance improvements.

The linear memory growth of the KV cache poses a significant bottleneck for LLM inference in long-context tasks. Existing static compression methods often fail to preserve globally important information. Although recent dynamic retrieval approaches attempt to address this issue, they typically suffer from coarse-grained caching strategies and incur high I/O overhead. To overcome these limitations, we propose HeteroCache, a training-free dynamic compression framework. Our method is built on two key insights: attention heads exhibit diverse temporal heterogeneity, and there is significant spatial redundancy among heads within the same layer.Guided by these insights, HeteroCache categorizes heads based on stability and similarity, applying a fine-grained weighting strategy that allocates larger cache budgets to heads with rapidly shifting attention to capture context changes.Furthermore, it features a hierarchical storage mechanism where representative heads monitor attention drift to trigger asynchronous, on-demand context retrieval, thereby hiding I/O latency.Experiments demonstrate that HeteroCache achieves state-of-the-art performance on long-context benchmarks and accelerates decoding by up to 3× compared to the original model with a 224K context. Our code is available at https://github.com/ponytaill/HeteroCache.

Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) have revolutionized complex problem-solving, yet they exhibit a pervasive “overthinking”, generating unnecessarily long reasoning chains. While current solutions improve token efficiency, they often sacrifice fine-grained control or risk disrupting the logical integrity of the reasoning process. To address this, we introduce Stepwise Adaptive Thinking (SAT), a framework that performs step-level, difficulty-aware pruning while preserving the core reasoning structure. SAT formulates reasoning as a Finite-State Machine (FSM) with distinct thinking modes (SLOW, NORMAL, FAST, SKIP). It navigates these states dynamically using a lightweight Process Reward Model (PRM), compressing easy steps while preserving depth for hard ones. Experiments across 9 LRMs and 7 benchmarks show that SAT achieves up to 40% reduction in reasoning tokens while generally maintaining or improving accuracy. Code is available at https://github.com/byxw13/SAT_Code.

Recent advances in text-to-audio-video (T2AV) generation have enabled models to synthesize audio-visual videos with multi-participant dialogues. However, existing evaluation benchmarks remain largely designed for human-recorded videos or single-speaker settings. As a result, structural failures in generated multi-talker dialogue videos, such as identity drift, unnatural turn transitions, and audio-visual misalignment, cannot be effectively diagnosed. To address this issue, we introduce MTAVG-Bench, a failure-driven diagnostic benchmark for multi-talker dialogue-centric audio-video generation. MTAVG-Bench is built via a semi-automatic pipeline, where 1.8k videos are generated using mainstream T2AV models with carefully designed prompts, yielding 2.4k manually annotated QA pairs for fine-grained failure diagnosis. The benchmark evaluates multi-speaker dialogue generation at four levels: audio-visual signal fidelity, temporal attribute consistency, social interaction, and cinematic expression. Built on a hierarchical failure taxonomy and a targeted QA protocol, MTAVG-Bench is primarily designed to evaluate whether proprietary and open-source omni-models can reliably identify failure modes in multi-speaker T2AV outputs. We benchmark 12 proprietary and open-source omni-models on MTAVG-Bench, with Gemini 3 Pro achieving the strongest overall performance, while leading open-source models remain competitive in signal fidelity and consistency. Overall, MTAVG-Bench enables fine-grained failure analysis for rigorous model comparison and targeted video generation refinement.

Federated Prototype Learning (FedCL) has emerged as an effective strategy for handling data heterogeneity in Federated Learning (FL). In FedCL, clients collaboratively construct a set of global feature centers (prototypes), and let local features align with these prototypes to mitigate the effects of data heterogeneity. The performance of FedCL highly depends on the quality of prototypes. Existing methods assume that larger inter-class distances among prototypes yield better performance, and thus design different methods to increase these distances. However, we observe that while these methods increase prototype distances to enhance class discrimination, they inevitably disrupt essential semantic relationships among classes, which are crucial for model generalization. This raises an important question: how to construct prototypes that inherently preserve semantic relationships among classes? Directly learning these relationships from limited and heterogeneous client data can be problematic in FL. Recently, the success of pre-trained language models (PLMs) demonstrates their ability to capture semantic relationships from vast textual corpora. Motivated by this, we propose FedTSP, a novel method that leverages PLMs to construct semantically enriched prototypes from the textual modality, enabling more effective collaboration in heterogeneous data settings. We first use a large language model (LLM) to generate fine-grained textual descriptions for each class, which are then processed by a PLM on the server to form textual prototypes. To address the modality gap between client image models and the PLM, we introduce trainable prompts, allowing prototypes to adapt better to client tasks. Extensive experiments demonstrate that FedTSP mitigates data heterogeneity while significantly accelerating convergence.

Driving World Models (DWMs) have been developing rapidly with the advances of generative models. However, existing DWMs lack 3D scene understanding capabilities and can only generate content conditioned on input data, without the ability to interpret or reason about the driving environment. Moreover, current approaches represent 3D spatial information with point cloud or BEV features do not accurately align textual information with the underlying 3D scene. To address these limitations, we propose a novel unified DWM framework based on 3D Gaussian scene representation, which enables both 3D scene understanding and multi-modal scene generation, while also enabling contextual enrichment for understanding and generation tasks. Our approach directly aligns textual information with the 3D scene by embedding rich linguistic features into each Gaussian primitive, thereby achieving early modality alignment. In addition, we design a novel task-aware language-guided sampling strategy that removes redundant 3D Gaussians and injects accurate and compact 3D tokens into LLM. Furthermore, we design a dual-condition multi-modal generation model, where the information captured by our vision-language model is leveraged as a high-level language condition in combination with a low-level image condition, jointly guiding the multi-modal generation process. We conduct comprehensive studies on the nuScenes, and NuInteract datasets to validate the effectiveness of our framework. Our method achieves state-of-the-art performance. We will release the code publicly on GitHub.

Dataset Distillation (DD) aims to compress large-scale datasets into a small number of condensed Images Per Class (IPC), enabling efficient network training. Previous coreset selection and synthetic-based DD methods achieve reasonable performance. However, our in-depth investigation reveals that existing methods share a common issue: pattern imbalance. Specifically, they either overemphasize class-general patterns representing the majority of each class or focus on fewer marginal patterns critical for model generalization. To address this issue, we propose a novel framework, Balanced Patterns Selection (BPS). Unlike prior methods that assume each class forms a single cluster, BPS models the multiple visual pattern distribution within each class via a hierarchical semantic structure inherent to the dataset. It then selects two complementary subsets in a balanced manner from the center (class-general patterns) and the margins (marginal patterns) of each pattern, producing a pattern-balanced coreset. Theoretically, we prove that the BPS-selected coreset aligns with the original dataset in both information coverage and performance. Moreover, its model-agnostic selection nature ensures cross-architecture generalization, while the Optimize-Once-for-All-IPCs property guarantees efficiency. Extensive experiments on four benchmarks demonstrate that BPS significantly outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods. Federated learning (FL) suffers from performance degradation due to the inevitable presence of noisy annotations in distributed scenarios. Existing approaches have advanced in distinguishing noisy samples from the dataset for label correction by leveraging loss values. However, noisy samples recognition relying on scalar loss lacks reliability for FL under heterogeneous scenarios. In this paper, we rethink this paradigm from a representation perspective and propose FedRG(**Fed**erated under **R**epresentation **G**emometry), which follows **"the principle of "representation geometry priority"** to recognize noisy labels. Firstly, FedRG creates label-agnostic spherical representations by using self-supervision. It then iteratively fits a spherical von Mises-Fisher (vMF) mixture model to this geometry to capture semantic clusters. This geometric evidence is integrated with a semantic-label soft mapping mechanism to derive a distribution divergence between the label-free and annotated label-conditioned feature space, which robustly identifies noisy samples and updates the semantic-label mappings with the newly separated clean dataset. Lastly, we employ an additional personalized noise absorption matrix on noisy labels to achieve robust optimization. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that FedRG outperforms state-of-the-art methods for FL with data heterogeneity under diverse noisy clients scenarios.
