AgiWorld: An Agentic Video World Model for Building Persistent Worlds

Recent interactive video world models generate visually compelling videos from a single image, following user-provided camera motion and text prompts. However, such low-level control demands substantial user effort to realize a high-level intent, and the generated world struggles to remain persistent as the exploration proceeds. In this work, we present AgiWorld, an agentic video world model that explores and builds a persistent world from a single image and a free-form instruction. For high-level planning, our agent AgiWorld-Agent designs the world and the journey through it in a world state and directs the exploration. For low-level realization, our video world model AgiWorld-WM generates the video chunk by chunk and stores it with its geometry in a spatial memory, from which the agent updates its world state. This closed loop keeps the world faithful to the user's intent and keeps the agent's world state consistent with the generated content throughout the exploration. We co-design the two levels around the shared spatial memory and an interface of metric camera trajectories and structured prompts. In AgiWorld-WM, to handle occlusion and accumulated geometric errors in the spatial memory over long rollouts, we propose occlusion-aware history selection, which retrieves past views by surface visibility, and reliability-based memory maintenance, which prefers reliable geometry and earlier observations. AgiWorld-WM achieves state-of-the-art overall performance on world revisiting and exploration benchmarks, and qualitative results and ablations show that AgiWorld builds persistent worlds from free-form instructions over minute-long journeys. Persistence thus arises not from the video model alone but from its closed loop with the agent.

Towards Self-Evolving Narrative Systems: Real-Time Adaptation and Long-Term Optimization with LLMs

Traditional interactive narrative systems offer strong authorial control and structural coherence but often restrict player agency. In contrast, LLM-driven narratives enable open-ended generation and greater flexibility, yet frequently suffer from inconsistency and diminished narrative control. To navigate this trade-off, we propose a hybrid narrative framework that dynamically balances pre-authored content with real-time LLM generation via semantic similarity alignment. Additionally, sustaining narrative quality over extended gameplay remains a core challenge in LLM-based storytelling. To address this, we introduce a self-evolving, feedback-driven optimization framework that leverages in-context learning to iteratively refine prompts, eliminating the need for manual prompt engineering. Through a case study and participant-based evaluation, we show that our framework enhances narrative coherence while preserving player agency, effectively aligning generated content with both authorial intent and evolving player behavior.

Topology Survives Shuffling: Robust Long-Context Memory Access Prediction for Graph Analytics

Dongyan Sun, Neelesh Gupta, Rajgopal Kannan, Viktor K. Prasanna

Graph analytics generates irregular, topology-dependent memory-access streams via indirect traversals, limiting data prefetching. Accurate prediction enables timely prefetches that hide memory latency. However, ML predictors couple short histories with fixed horizons, fitting the training trace's node layout rather than learning transferable graph patterns. We propose LoCoMAP, a long-context representation-learning framework for memory-access prediction with independently controlled observation history and prediction horizon. We evaluate Connected Components (CC), PageRank (PR), and Single-Source Shortest Paths (SSSP) on six synthetic graph families, with Erdos-Renyi (ER) and Grid as random and deterministic controls. We test two interventions: same-family regeneration changes connectivity, while node shuffling disrupts layout but preserves connectivity. Across 18 graph-workload pairs, extending history from 8 to 128 accesses improves F1 by 7.8%, while extending prediction horizon from 8 to 512 improves F1 by 88.3%. For CC, regeneration is less disruptive than shuffling: without retraining, long context retains 95.4% of original F1 and outperforms short context in six families. Under full shuffle, long context improves CC F1 by 33.6% across ER, Barabasi-Albert, Copying Model, and Stochastic Block Model (SBM), with a 2.06x gain on SBM, but not on Watts-Strogatz or Grid, where near-zero delta mass shifts into heavy tails beyond the predictor's range. Long context outperforms short context on six real-world CC graphs. At full shuffle, long-context PR retains 57.6% of original F1 and averages 11.0% above short context. Both SSSP models retain about 30% of original F1 under full shuffle as distance updates access vertex data in a new order. Within these bounds, long-context predictors are robust across related graphs and layouts without retraining, enabling a generalizable graph prefetcher.

Where to Spend Rollouts: Hit-Utility Optimal Rollout Allocation for Group-Based RLVR

Tao Wang, Shuo Li, Yan Sun, Dongsheng Ding, Edgar Dobriban

Reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards (RLVR) has emerged as a central paradigm for improving the reasoning capabilities of large language models. Group-based policy optimization methods, such as GRPO, typically allocate a fixed number of rollouts to every prompt. This uniform allocation can be inefficient: it over-allocates compute to prompts whose sampled groups are already saturated while under-exploring prompts for which additional samples may reveal useful correct trajectories. To address this limitation, we introduce hit utility, the posterior probability that at least one rollout in a proposed additional allocation for a prompt will be correct. Building on this notion, we propose Hit-Utility Optimal Rollout Allocation (HORA), a learning-free rollout allocation policy that maximizes total posterior hit utility within each allocation batch. HORA adaptively reallocates rollout budgets while leaving the downstream reward evaluation and group-based advantage estimator unchanged. Across two training sets, four mathematical reasoning benchmarks, and three model families at multiple scales, HORA preserves comparable Pass@1 and improves Pass@K over compute-matched GRPO, and it outperforms related allocation baselines at large K. It is also drop-in compatible with other group-based estimators such as RLOO. Ablation studies indicate that the uniform prior used by HORA is competitive with five prompt-conditioned learned-prior alternatives.

EvoRouter: Cost-Efficient Multi-Agent Routing via Insight-Guided On-Policy Distillation

Yitao Xiao, Xu Zhang, Ye Cheng, Shaoyong Guo, Yan Sun, Ziyue Zhu, Sitao Xie, Guo Tong 等 9 位作者

Serving web queries at scale with multi-agent systems requires jointly configuring large language models, collaboration modes, agent counts, interaction rounds, and skills. However, the resulting configuration space grows combinatorially, while sparse execution rewards provide limited fine-grained supervision for interdependent planning decisions. We propose EvoRouter, a self-evolving multi-agent routing framework driven by insight-guided on-policy distillation. A dedicated expert periodically synthesizes performance-cost feedback from configuration trajectories across tasks into reusable conditional routing insights about capability requirements, returns from resource scaling, and interactions among configuration choices. A privileged teacher combines these evolving insights with current execution feedback to provide dense token-level supervision for the router's own planning trajectories through on-policy distillation. Cost-aware reinforcement learning jointly optimizes task performance and computational cost. Together, these training signals internalize execution insights into the routing policy. The updated policy generates new trajectories that support subsequent insight extraction, forming an execution-driven self-improvement loop. We evaluate EvoRouter on 19 in-domain datasets spanning five domains and two out-of-domain benchmarks. EvoRouter achieves an average in-domain accuracy of 68.69%, outperforming the strongest routing baseline by 7.23 percentage points while reducing inference compute cost by 50.95%. Our code is open-sourced at https://github.com/CenYangtze/EvoRouter.
