Bricker to BRACE: A Bracket Exposure RAW Dataset and Restoration Model for Flicker-Banding

Zihan Zhou, Libo Zhu, Jue Gong, Zhiyi Zhou, Jiezhang Cao, Yong Guo, Yulun Zhang

原文摘要

Flicker-Banding (FB) arises from temporal aliasing between a camera's rolling shutter and a display's brightness modulation, degrading screen-captured image readability with color shifts and jagged patterns. Existing single-frame methods with simplified parametric stripe models cannot reliably distinguish these artifacts from genuine texture. To address this, we conduct a systematic analysis of complex FB morphologies and reveal their significant variation across exposure settings, motivating a multi-frame bracketed RAW restoration paradigm. We construct Bricker, a synthetic-real bracketed RAW dataset built via ray-tracing-based physical simulation and an automated multi-exposure capture tool. We further propose BRACE: Bracketed RAW Flicker-Banding Removal, a multi-frame restoration model that utilizes a frequency-aware banding prior and a multi-scale spatial cross-attention modulator (MSCAM) for cross-exposure spatial fusion. We also introduce the Stripe Frequency Consistency (SFC) metric to evaluate banding removal. Experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art performance on both synthetic and real benchmarks. 原文摘要

Serving web queries at scale with multi-agent systems requires jointly configuring large language models, collaboration modes, agent counts, interaction rounds, and skills. However, the resulting configuration space grows combinatorially, while sparse execution rewards provide limited fine-grained supervision for interdependent planning decisions. We propose EvoRouter, a self-evolving multi-agent routing framework driven by insight-guided on-policy distillation. A dedicated expert periodically synthesizes performance-cost feedback from configuration trajectories across tasks into reusable conditional routing insights about capability requirements, returns from resource scaling, and interactions among configuration choices. A privileged teacher combines these evolving insights with current execution feedback to provide dense token-level supervision for the router's own planning trajectories through on-policy distillation. Cost-aware reinforcement learning jointly optimizes task performance and computational cost. Together, these training signals internalize execution insights into the routing policy. The updated policy generates new trajectories that support subsequent insight extraction, forming an execution-driven self-improvement loop. We evaluate EvoRouter on 19 in-domain datasets spanning five domains and two out-of-domain benchmarks. EvoRouter achieves an average in-domain accuracy of 68.69%, outperforming the strongest routing baseline by 7.23 percentage points while reducing inference compute cost by 50.95%. Our code is open-sourced at https://github.com/CenYangtze/EvoRouter.

LCMA-SRT: Language-Conditional Mixture-of-Experts Adapters for Joint Multilingual Speech Recognition and Translation

原文摘要

Neural transducers offer an alignment-free framework for speech-to-text modeling, and hierarchical transducer architectures further improve multilingual joint automatic speech recognition (ASR) and speech translation (ST) by stacking a translation-focused encoder on top of an ASR encoder. However, extending hierarchical transducers to multilingual many-to-many settings remains challenging: fully shared models often suffer from negative transfer and unstable target-language generation, while training separate models for each direction is computationally prohibitive. We propose LCMA-SRT (Language-Conditional Mixture-of-Experts Adapters for Speech Recognition and Translation), which augments a hierarchical transducer with language-conditional Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) adapters. A source-conditioned MoE adapter (SRC-MoE) uses source-language embeddings to reduce cross-language interference and improve multilingual ASR. A target-conditioned MoE adapter (TGT-MoE) uses the desired target language to reduce cross-target interference and stabilize target-language generation in many-to-many ST. Experiments on Europarl-ST (9 languages, 72 directions) show that LCMA-SRT improves both ASR and ST within a single joint model, reducing average WER and improving BLEU and COMET over strong hierarchical transducer baselines. We release our code and models at https://github.com/linanjie0820/LCMA-SRT.
