Three classes of few-weight self-orthogonal projective codes and their applications for LCD codes

Yue Huang, Zhonghao Liang, Chenlu Jia, Yongkang Wan, Qunying Liao

Since self-orthogonal codes, few-weight codes and linear complementary dual codes(LCD codes, for short) have nice applications in coding theory and cryptography, they have received continuous attention. In 2024, by introducing the notion of the augment code, Heng et al.[16] constructed several classes of few-weight self-orthogonal codes basing on defining sets, which are introduced by Ding et al.[7] in 2007. In this manuscript, for two classes of defining sets, we consider the corresponding augmented codes, construct three classes of four-weight self-orthogonal projective codes and determine the parameters of their dual codes. And then, we construct three classes of LCD codes. In particular, we prove that there exists a class of these LCD codes whose dual codes are almost optimal LCD codes according to the sphere packing bound.

Lie Routing Vision Language Models for View-Robust 3D Understanding

Jingjun Yi, Chen Hu, Qi Bi, Hao Zheng, Huimin Huang, Yongkang, Wei Ji, Yawen Huang 等 10 位作者

Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) have made substantial progress in 3D scene understanding from multi-view RGB observations. Yet a fixed object and query can elicit inconsistent target-related responses across camera viewpoints, a phenomenon we characterize as viewpoint-induced semantic drift. We introduce LieVLM, a Lie routing framework for view-robust 3D understanding. Motivated by the rotational component of viewpoint change, Lie routing adapts visual representations by applying local $\mathrm{SO}(3)$ transformations to projected features within learned three-dimensional subspaces. Geometry tokens extracted by VGGT predict local rotation parameters and channel-wise routing coefficients. A closed-form Padé--Cayley map transforms projected visual features, whose identity-relative corrections are projected back and gated into the original visual and geometry features. This design retains the pretrained semantic and direct spatial context while learning view-dependent feature adjustments. Experiments on 3D captioning, grounding, detection, and spatial reasoning show consistent improvements over additive fusion across training scales and backbones. Controlled ablations examine the roles of geometric conditioning and transformation structure. Viewpoint analyses further reveal systematic variation in the predicted routing states alongside more localized target responses and stronger task performance across viewpoint changes.

Community HydroAgent: Formalizing Forecaster Expertise into Skill-Orchestrated Flood Forecasting Workflows

Qingyi Yang, Siqian Qiu, Bing Li, Xu Shan, Jia Feng, Shunan Zhou, Xudong Zhou, Tiantian Xing 等 23 位作者

Operational flood forecasting depends on tacit forecaster expertise that is difficult to formalize, audit, and transfer. Although artificial intelligence methods have advanced flood prediction and model-error correction, few studies explicitly represent the tacit expert rules, review checkpoints, and workflow constraints that connect model outputs to operational warning decisions. Here, we propose Community HydroAgent for Flood Forecasting (CHA-Flood), a skill-orchestrated agent framework that embeds Large Language Models (LLMs) into a model-driven flood forecasting workflow, where each skill encodes explicit rules to bound LLM reasoning. We validated its effectiveness using five state-of-the-art LLMs in the South Yamhill River basin (USA). Prior judgment captures observed peak flow and flood volume within 5% tolerance in 10 and 11 out of 14 events, and 5-fold cross-validation over 129 events yields Pearson correlations of 0.62 and 0.84. Building on a high-baseline scheme library (average KGE 0.890), the guided scheme selection further improves KGE by 0.023-0.154. All five tested LLMs successfully execute the CHA-Flood workflow with comparable judgment accuracy (each spanning 40%-80% across cross-validation folds) but with substantial cost differences. Removing only the language-model narrowing lowers median KGE from 0.723-0.753 to 0.662 for all five LLMs, indicating that the gain comes from LLM reasoning rather than from the choice of LLM. CHA-Flood does not aim to replace human forecasters; instead, it translates their tacit expertise into an auditable and reproducible workflow. This skill-orchestrated paradigm demonstrates how explicit rule boundaries can guide LLM reasoning to complement physically based simulation in next-generation flood forecasting.

SAFE-QAQ: End-to-End Slow-Thinking Audio-Text Fraud Detection via Reinforcement Learning

Peidong Wang, Zhiming Ma SmartFlowAI, Xin Dai, YongKang Liu Northeast University, Shi Feng Northeastern University, China, Xiaocui Yang Northeastern University, Wenxing Hu, Zhihao Wang Northeastern University 等 11 位作者

Existing fraud detection methods predominantly rely on transcribed text, suffering from ASR errors and missing crucial acoustic cues like vocal tone and environmental context. This limits their effectiveness against complex deceptive strategies. To address these challenges, we first propose SAFE-QAQ, an end-to-end comprehensive framework for audio-based slow-thinking fraud detection. First, the SAFE-QAQ framework eliminates the impact of transcription errors on detection performance. Secondly, we propose rule-based slow-thinking reward mechanisms that systematically guide the system to identify fraud-indicative patterns by accurately capturing fine-grained audio details, through hierarchical reasoning processes. Besides, our framework introduces a dynamic risk assessment framework during live calls, enabling early detection and prevention of fraud. Experiments on the TeleAntiFraud-Bench demonstrate that SAFE-QAQ achieves dramatic improvements over existing methods in multiple key dimensions, including accuracy, inference efficiency, and real-time processing capabilities. Currently deployed and analyzing over 70,000 calls daily, SAFE-QAQ effectively automates complex fraud detection, reducing human workload and financial losses. SAD: A Large-Scale Strategic Argumentative Dialogue Dataset

YongKang Liu Northeast University, Jiayang Yu Peking University, Mingyang Wang LMU Munich, Yiqun Zhang Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and Northeastern University, Ercong Nie Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shi Feng Northeastern University, China, Daling Wang, Kaisong Song 等 9 位作者

Argumentation generation has attracted substantial research interest due to its central role in human reasoning and decision-making. However, most existing argumentative corpora focus on non-interactive, single-turn settings, either generating arguments from a given topic or refuting an existing argument. In practice, however, argumentation is often realized as multi-turn dialogue, where speakers defend their stances and employ diverse argumentative strategies to strengthen persuasiveness. To support deeper modeling of argumentation dialogue, we present the first large-scale Strategic Argumentative Dialogue dataset, SAD, consisting of 392,822 examples. Grounded in argumentation theories, we annotate each utterance with five strategy types, allowing multiple strategies per utterance. Unlike prior datasets, SAD requires models to generate contextually appropriate arguments conditioned on the dialogue history, a specified stance on the topic, and targeted argumentation strategies. We further benchmark a range of pretrained generative models on SAD and present in-depth analysis of strategy usage patterns in argumentation.

Why Do More Experts Fail? A Theoretical Analysis of Model Merging

Zijing Wang, Xingle Xu Northeastern University, YongKang Liu Northeast University, Yiqun Zhang Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and Northeastern University, Peiqin Lin, Shi Feng Northeastern University, China, Daling Wang, Xiaocui Yang Northeastern University 等 9 位作者

Model merging dramatically reduces storage and computational resources by combining multiple expert models into a single multi-task model. However, existing methods struggle to maintain performance gains as the number of merged models increases. In this paper, we investigate the key obstacles that limit the scalability of model merging. We prove that the limited effective parameter space imposes a strict constraint on the number of models that can be successfully merged. Through Gaussian Width analysis, we show that marginal benefits diminish according to a strictly concave function as more models are merged. Using Approximate Kinematics Theory, we further prove the existence of a unique optimal threshold beyond which additional models yield negligible improvements. To address this limitation, we propose a straightforward Reparameterized Heavy-Tailed method to extend the merged model’s coverage and enhance performance. Empirical results on 19 benchmarks, including both knowledge-intensive and general-purpose tasks, validate our theoretical analysis. We believe that these results spark further research beyond the current scope of model merging.

Timely Machine: Awareness of Time Makes Test-Time Scaling Agentic

Yichuan Ma Fudan University, Linyang Li Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Yongkang Chen, Peiji Li, Xiaozhe Li, Qipeng Guo Shanghai AI Laboratory, Dahua Lin The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Kai Chen Shanghai AI Laboratory

As large language models (LLMs) increasingly tackle complex reasoning tasks, test-time scaling has become critical for enhancing capabilities. However, in agentic scenarios with frequent tool calls, the traditional generation-length-based definition breaks down: tool latency decouples inference time from generation length. We propose Timely Machine, redefining test-time as wall-clock time, where models dynamically adjust strategies based on time budgets. We introduce Timely-Eval, a benchmark spanning high-frequency tool calls, low-frequency tool calls, and time-constrained reasoning. By varying tool latency, we find smaller models excel with fast feedback through more interactions, while larger models dominate high-latency settings via superior interaction quality. Moreover, existing models fail to adapt reasoning to time budgets. We propose Timely-RL to address this gap. After cold-start supervised fine-tuning, we use reinforcement learning to enhance temporal planning. Timely-RL improves time budget awareness and consistently boosts performance across Timely-Eval. We hope our work offers a new perspective on test-time scaling for the agentic era.

Look Within or Beyond? A Theoretical Comparison Between Parameter-Efficient and Full Fine-Tuning

YongKang Liu Northeast University, Xingle Xu Northeastern University, Ercong Nie Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zijing Wang, Shi Feng Northeastern University, China, Daling Wang, Qian Li Shandong University, Hinrich Schuetze

Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) has become a popular alternative to Full-Parameter Fine-Tuning (FFT), achieving similar performance on many benchmarks with far lower computational and memory costs. Yet, its effectiveness on complex tasks such as reasoning and instruction-following remains unclear. In this work, we provide a theoretical and empirical comparison of PEFT and FFT in terms of representational capacity and robustness. We show that PEFT’s solution space is a strict subset of FFT’s and derive upper bounds revealing how its restricted parameterization limits expressiveness and increases vulnerability to perturbations. Experiments on 20 datasets and 11 adversarial test sets support these findings, indicating that while PEFT performs well on standard tasks, its weaknesses on complex and adversarial settings call for new directions beyond current PEFT paradigms. The source code is in the anonymous GitHub repository[https://anonymous.4open.science/r/PEFTEval-E2AC ].

Beyond Noise: Characterizing Creative Potential in Unverifiable LLM Hallucinations

Yu Yan, Chunhong Zhang, Haiyu Zhao, Ziyang Zeng, Zihao Liu, Yongkang Wu, Jianzhou Diao Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, YiJie Chen 等 10 位作者

In knowledge-intensive creative tasks, Large Language Models (LLMs) often generate outputs that extend beyond established knowledge, making direct verification against current evidence impractical. Unlike factual hallucinations checked against ground truth, such outputs arise naturally in creative generation, where extending beyond current knowledge is often the goal. Yet prior work debates whether hallucination should be suppressed or embraced without empirically analyzing this unverifiable subclass. On the ideation evaluation side, existing work focuses on individual outputs without characterizing the unverifiable space as a whole. To address this gap, we propose a novelty-verifiability characterization that distinguishes Creative Synthesis (Region A) from Groundless Fabrication (Region B), and study it through a conceptual creation task where LLMs synthesize novel scientific concepts. Through 32,400 generations across three technical domains and 1,080 human judgments, we find that Region A is non-negligible (4.7%) and robust, persisting across generation strategies, models, domains, and embedding choices. A retrospective recovery experiment further shows that LLMs can approximate post-cutoff scientific concepts in controlled combinatorial settings. Our findings suggest that the unverifiable space is not uniformly noise but exhibits empirically distinguishable internal structure, providing an empirical basis for more selective hallucination governance.[https://github.com/YuLab1/llm-concept-creation]

HTMR: Hybrid Token Masking Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards for Event Argument Extraction with Multi-Perspective Reasoning

Jianwen Luo Soochow University, Yongkang Jin, Yu Hong Suzhou University, Jianmin Yao

Event Argument Extraction (EAE) aims to identify event arguments and assign semantic roles under a predefined schema. Recent work formulates EAE with large language models as a structured conditional generation task and applies Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards (RLVR) to optimize sequence-level event structures. However, RLVR-based EAE supervision is coarse-grained, as a single reward is assigned to the whole event structure, while optimization happens at the token level. This misalignment causes the same reward to be applied to all tokens, including those not related to event roles or arguments, introducing noise into the gradient updates and weakening the signals for decisions critical to argument extraction. To mitigate this misalignment, we propose Hybrid Token Masking RLVR (HTMR), which selectively updates policy gradients on both high-entropy forking tokens and event-critical tokens that define event structure, along with multi-perspective reasoning. Experiments across multiple benchmarks and models show that HTMR consistently outperforms full-token and high-entropy only RLVR methods. Moreover, HTMR transfers effectively as a plug-and-play approach to other tasks such as named entity recognition and relation classification. The code is publicly available for reproducibility.

From 2D Alignment to 3D Plausibility: Unifying Heterogeneous 2D Priors and Penetration-Free Diffusion for Occlusion-Robust Two-Hand Reconstruction

Han, Gaoge, Cheng, Yongkang, Chen, Zhe, Huang, Shaoli, Liu, Tongliang

Two-hand reconstruction from monocular images is hampered by complex poses and severe occlusions, which often cause interaction misalignment and two-hand penetration. We address this by decoupling the problem into 2D structural alignment and 3D spatial interaction alignment, each handled by a tailored component. For 2D alignment, we pioneer the attempt to unify heterogeneous structural priors (keypoints, segmentation, and depth) from vision foundation models as complementary structured guidance for two-hand recovery. Instead of extracting priors prediction as explicit inputs, we propose a fusion-alignment encoder that absorbs their structural knowledge implicitly, achieving foundation-level guidance without foundation-level cost. For 3D spatial alignment, we propose a two-hand penetration-free diffusion model that learns a generative mapping from interpenetrated poses to realistic, collision-free configurations. Guided by collision gradients during denoising, the model converges toward the manifold of valid two-hand interactions, preserving geometric and kinematic coherence. This generative formulation approach enables physically credible reconstructions even under occlusion or ambiguous visual input. Extensive experiments on InterHand2.6M and HIC show state-of-the-art or leading performance in interaction alignment and penetration suppression. Project: https://gaogehan.github.io/A2P/

FreqSIC: Frequency-aware Stereo Image Compression with Bi-directional Checkerboard Context Model

Qin, Shiyu, Lu, Yongkang, Zhou, Yimin, Li, Jiawei, Ren, Yifan, Xue, Yuerong, Xia, Shu-Tao, Chen, Bin

Stereo image compression is essential for a wide range of 3D vision. Recent methods have demonstrated strong capabilities in eliminating inter-view redundancy and enabling compact entropy coding via spatial-domain stereo transformation and advanced autoregressive entropy models. However, these approaches often suffer from high-frequency information loss and incur considerable coding latency. To overcome these limitations, we propose a novel frequency stereo context transfer (FSCT) module. Unlike spatial-domain methods, the FSCT module separately captures inter-view redundancy in high- and low-frequency components and dynamically balances their contributions to preserve reconstruction quality. In addition, we replace the conventional autoregressive framework with a checkerboard strategy and integrate the FSCT module to model inter-view priors, enabling faster and more efficient entropy coding. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art rate-distortion performance among existing stereo image compression approaches, while also attaining the lowest coding latency.

MimiCAT: Mimic with Correspondence-Aware Cascade-Transformer for Category-Free 3D Pose Transfer

Chai, Zenghao, Tang, Chen, Wong, Yongkang, Yang, Xulei, Kankanhalli, Mohan

3D pose transfer aims to transfer the pose-style of a source mesh to a target character while preserving both the target's geometry and the source's pose characteristic. Existing methods are largely restricted to characters with similar structures and fail to generalize to category-free settings (e.g., transferring a humanoid's pose to a quadruped). The key challenge lies in the structural and transformation diversity inherent in distinct character types, which often leads to mismatched regions and poor transfer quality. To address these issues, we first construct a million-scale pose dataset across hundreds of distinct characters. We further propose MimiCAT, a cascade-transformer model designed for category-free 3D pose transfer. Instead of relying on strict one-to-one correspondence mappings, MimiCAT leverages semantic keypoint labels to learn a novel soft correspondence that enables flexible many-to-many matching across characters. The pose transfer is then formulated as a conditional generation process, in which the source transformations are first projected onto the target through soft correspondence matching and subsequently refined using shape-conditioned representations. Extensive qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate that MimiCAT generalizes plausible poses across diverse character morphologies, surpassing prior approaches restricted to narrow-category transfer (e.g., humanoid-to-humanoid).

VMD-FACT: A New Video Dataset and MLLM-based method for Detecting Realistic AI-Generated Video Misinformation

Zhang, Yongkang, She, Dongyu, Ji, Baiyu, Geng, Qichuan, Zhou, Zhong, Wang, Yan

The rapid evolution of generative AI, including such models as Sora, has intensified the threat of video misinformation. A critical challenge in detecting these AI-generated video misinformation lies in a fundamental disconnect between existing datasets and practical deception tactics. Current datasets often disrupt cross-modal consistency through editing techniques, resulting in unrealistic and easily detectable artifacts. By contrast, generative video misinformation strives for semantic consistency across modalities to remain realism. To address this gap, we introduce RAVM: the first Realistic AI-Generated Video Misinformation Detection Dataset. Unlike existing Video Misinformation Detection (VMD) datasets that are limited to single-source manipulations, RAVM encompasses multiple manipulation sources--Claim, Video, Audio, and Cross-Modal Manipulation--each incorporating diverse manipulation techniques to generate realistic AI-generated video misinformation. To achieve this, we introduce an agent-driven framework for generating realistic video misinformation. Furthermore, we propose an IEEG model that represents multimodal evidence, fact-checking results, and their dependencies as an evidence graph for interpretable detection of AI-generated video misinformation. Extensive experiments on RAVM reveal the vulnerability of existing Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) in detecting AI-generated video misinformation, while the proposed IEEG achieves state-of-the-art performance on RAVM. The dataset is publicly available at: https://gitee.com/VR_NAVE/ravm

BrepVGAE: Variational Graph Autoencoder with Unified Latent Representation for B-rep

Guo, Hao, Deng, Liyuan, Dai, Yongkang, Wang, Ruohan, Li, Jiahao, Bai, Yunpeng, Shi, Yilei

Due to the heterogeneity of faces and edges in B-rep, conventional graph-based representations is incapable of establishing a unified formulation for faces and edges, thereby constraining the capabilities of B-rep generative models. We propose a B-rep Variational Graph Auto Encoding (BrepVGAE), the first variational graph autoencoder framework capable of holistically encoding and decoding boundary representations of B-rep models.Firstly, we novelly represent both geometry faces and edges as nodes in a graph representation. We then design a sparse graph autoencoder to aggregate the complete B-rep structure into a compact global latent vector. We then construct a decoder that employs set-based generation, which uses bilinear layers to reconstruct adjacency relationships, i.e., topology, with a single latent vector. Afterwards, the same decoder generates node features for all faces and edges through learnable query vectors and cross-attention mechanisms. Finally, a two-stage training strategy ensures effective coupling of geometry and topology throughout. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that BrepVGAE significantly outperforms existing methods in reconstruction accuracy, topological validity, and generative diversity. This validates the feasibility and efficacy of decoding complete CAD geometric-topological distributions from a unified latent representation, while also offering novel insights for CAD part retrieval and feature recognition domains.

Think Before You Drive: World Model-Inspired Multimodal Grounding

Liao, Haicheng, Shen, Huanming, Wang, Bonan, Li, Yongkang, Tang, Yihong, Wang, Chengyue, Zhuang, Dingyi, Chen, Kehua 等 11 位作者

Interpreting natural-language commands to localize target objects is critical for autonomous driving (AD). Existing visual grounding (VG) methods in AD struggle with ambiguous, context-dependent instructions, as they lack reasoning over 3D spatial relations and anticipated scene evolution. Grounded in the principles of world models, we propose ThinkDeeper, a framework that reasons about future spatial states before making grounding decisions. At its core is a Spatial-Aware World Model (SA-WM) that learns to reason ahead by distilling the current scene into a command-aware latent state and rolling out a sequence of future latent states, providing forward-looking cues for disambiguation. Complementing this, a hypergraph-guided decoder then hierarchically fuses these states with the multimodal input, capturing higher-order spatial dependencies for robust localization. In addition, we present DrivePilot, a multi-source VG dataset in AD, featuring semantic annotations generated by a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Chain-of-Thought (CoT)-prompted LLM pipeline. Empirical results on six benchmarks show that ThinkDeeper outperforms SOTA baselines on DrivePilot, MoCAD, Talk2Car, and RefCOCO/+/g. Notably, it also exhibits strong robustness and efficiency in challenging scenarios (long-text, multi-agent, ambiguity) and retains superior performance even when trained on 50% of the data.

DriveLaW: Unifying Planning and Video Generation in a Latent Driving World

Xia, Tianze, Li, Yongkang, Zhou, Lijun, Yao, Jingfeng, Xiong, Kaixin, Sun, Haiyang, Wang, Bing, Ma, Kun 等 12 位作者

World models have become crucial for autonomous driving, as they learn how scenarios evolve over time to address the long-tail challenges of the real world. However, current approaches relegate world models to limited roles: they operate within ostensibly unified architectures that still keep world prediction and motion planning as decoupled processes. To bridge this gap, we propose DriveLaW, a novel paradigm that unifies video generation and motion planning. By directly injecting the latent representation from its video generator into the planner, DriveLaW ensures inherent consistency between high-fidelity future generation and reliable trajectory planning. Specifically, DriveLaW consists of two core components: DriveLaW-Video, our powerful world model that generates high-fidelity forecasting with expressive latent representations, and DriveLaW-Act, a diffusion planner that generates consistent and reliable trajectories from the latent of DriveLaW-Video, with both components optimized by a three-stage progressive training strategy. New state-of-the-art results across both tasks demonstrate the power of our unified paradigm. DriveLaW not only significantly advances video prediction, surpassing the previous best-performing work by 33.3% in FID and 1.8% in FVD, but also sets a new record on the NAVSIM planning benchmark.

AutoRegressive Generation with B-rep Holistic Token Sequence Representation

Li, Jiahao, Bai, Yunpeng, Dai, Yongkang, Guo, Hao, Gan, Hongping, Shi, Yilei

Previous representation and generation approaches for the B-rep relied on graph-based representations that disentangle geometric and topological features through decoupled computational pipelines, thereby precluding the application of sequence-based generative frameworks, such as transformer architectures that have demonstrated remarkable performance. In this paper, we propose BrepARG, the first attempt to encode B-rep's geometry and topology into a holistic token sequence representation, enabling sequence-based B-rep generation with an autoregressive architecture. Specifically, BrepARG encodes B-rep into 3 types of tokens: geometry and position tokens representing geometric features, and face index tokens representing topology. Then the holistic token sequence is constructed hierarchically, starting with constructing the geometry blocks (i.e., faces and edges) using the above tokens, followed by geometry block sequencing. Finally, we assemble the holistic sequence representation for the entire B-rep. We also construct a transformer-based autoregressive model that learns the distribution over holistic token sequences via next-token prediction, using a multi-layer decoder-only architecture with causal masking. Experiments demonstrate that BrepARG achieves state-of-the-art (SOTA) performance. BrepARG validates the feasibility of representing B-rep as holistic token sequences, opening new directions for B-rep generation.

Hu, Yongkang, Cheng, Yu, Zhang, Yushuo, Xie, Yuan, Yin, Zhaoxia

The widespread misuse of image generation technologies has raised security concerns, driving the development of AI-generated image detection methods. However, generalization has become a key challenge and open problem: existing approaches struggle to adapt to emerging generative methods and content types in real-world scenarios. To address this issue, we propose a Scene-Aware and Importance-Guided Dynamic Optimization detection framework with continual learning (SAIDO). Specifically, we design Scene-Awareness-Based Expert Module (SAEM) that dynamically identifies and incorporates new scenes using VLLMs. For each scene, independent expert modules are dynamically allocated, enabling the framework to capture scene-specific forgery features better and enhance cross-scene generalization. To achieve an effective balance between model plasticity and stability when learning from multiple image generative methods, we introduce Importance-Guided Dynamic Optimization Mechanism (IDOM), which optimizes each neuron through an importance-guided gradient projection strategy, thereby achieving an effective balance between model plasticity and stability. Extensive experiments on continual learning tasks demonstrate that our method outperforms the current SOTA method in both stability and plasticity, achieving 44.22% and 40.57% relative reductions in average detection error rate and forgetting rate, respectively. On open-world datasets, it improves the average detection accuracy by 9.47% compared to the current SOTA method.
