Egocentric human video offers a scalable source of manipulation priors for robot learning, yet translating raw data scale into generalizable robot policies demands rigorous data curation and training recipes. We introduce Open-HumanScale, the first fully open recipe for scaling egocentric pretraining to 50,000 hours, anchored by Open-HumanScale-50K---a curated egocentric video corpus densely annotated with hand motion and natural language. Leveraging this corpus, we systematically investigate pure human pretraining via closed-loop simulation evaluations and uncover an empirical log-linear scaling law linking pretraining data hours to downstream robot success rates. Grounded in these findings, we develop HumanWAM-Vanilla, a world--action model pretrained exclusively on 50k hours of egocentric human video. Upon robot post-training, HumanWAM-Vanilla reaches 92.08% success on RoboTwin 2.0 Clean2Clean and 68.88% on Clean2Random, alongside a 14.17% mean success rate and a 19.00 mean progress score on RoboDojo. To push the capability frontier further, we explore joint human--robot pretraining with HumanWAM-Goal, a visual-goal-conditioned world--action model. Hybrid data scaling unlocks broad zero-shot generalization across both simulation and physical benchmarks, propelling post-trained RoboTwin 2.0 performance to new state-of-the-art levels: 92.70% on Clean2Clean and a substantial leap to 84.60% on Clean2Random. On physical robots, HumanWAM-Goal further exhibits emergent embodied in-context learning, dynamically adapting its manipulation behavior to unseen visual goals without parameter updates. To support reproducible scaling research in embodied AI, we open-source the Open-HumanScale-50K corpus, data curation and pretraining pipelines, alongside the pretrained and post-trained HumanWAM checkpoints, inference code, and simulation evaluation suites.

We aim to build a truly unified motion model that can understand, generate, and edit human motion within a single framework. Existing motion UMMs remain only partially unified: motion understanding is handled by a language model, while generation is often delegated to a separate diffusion module operating over learned motion latents. We introduce Möbius, which brings the entire diffusion process into the same multimodal representation space used for motion understanding. Clean motion, noisy motion, and text jointly participate in shared attention, while role-specific parameters process understanding and generation streams. Importantly, Möbius operates directly on continuous frame-level raw motion, requiring neither discrete tokenization nor a pretrained motion VAE. This simple formulation naturally supports motion captioning, text-to-motion generation, temporal completion, and instruction-guided editing within a single model. On HumanML3D, Möbius achieves state-of-the-art performance among unified motion models. Scaling to 1.7B parameters and 1,700 hours of motion data further demonstrates that our framework is both effective and scalable.

Hierarchical control scales robot behavior by separating task-level planning from low-level control. In dynamic, high-dimensional tasks, however, a fixed planner-to-policy interface can fail when contacts, balance, or disturbances evolve faster than high-level policy updates. Execution therefore requires choosing not only which low-level policy to run, but also which policy-specific goal should be given to it. We formulate this problem as policy orchestration: runtime selection of a policy-goal pair that is likely to remain feasible while tracking the planner target. We develop EPO, an energy-based policy orchestrator for modular goal-conditioned policy families. For each policy, EPO learns a composite energy over low-level goals, where lower energy corresponds to higher feasibility and more accurate target realization. At runtime, EPO refines each policy's goal and executes the lowest-energy policy-goal pair. Because energies are policy-specific, new policies can be incorporated by learning their own energy models, without retraining the existing policies or a centralized scheduler. In simulation, EPO improves the empirical precision-robustness trade-off by refining policy-specific goals before selectively switching among policies based on energy scores. We further demonstrate sim-to-real deployment of the same frozen policies and energy models on real humanoid loco-manipulation tasks. Project website: https://yewr.github.io/epo
Generating high-quality and controllable camera motion is essential for AI-assisted cinematography, video synthesis, and 3D scene understanding. We introduce TKCAM, a Text- and Keyframe-conditioned CAMera-motion synthesis framework based on generative masked modeling. We represent camera dynamics using a 12-dimensional kinematic feature comprising position, velocity, and a continuous rotation representation and discretize them into hierarchical motion tokens via a Residual Vector Quantizer (RVQ). A two-stage masked transformer architecture then learns to reconstruct and refine these tokens, utilizing explicit self- and cross-attention modules for multimodal conditioning. A central feature of our framework is sparse visual keyframe conditioning: users can provide free-form text prompts together with RGB observations at selected timestamps, which provide temporally localized visual guidance for generating coherent in-between trajectories. Furthermore, to advance evaluation standards, we curate RealEstate10K-Cap, a large-scale text-camera dataset, and establish a cross-domain benchmark with a Universal CLaTr Evaluator. Extensive experiments demonstrate that TKCAM surpasses recent state-of-the-art baselines on Fréchet distance (FID), text-motion matching scores, and retrieval metrics (R@K), while additional analyses evaluate temporal smoothness and cross-domain generalization. Code and RealEstate10K-Cap dataset are available at https://github.com/linearalgebrayhz/TKCAM.
