Large language models have made rapid progress in agentic reasoning and tool use, raising expectations for agents that can take over realistic productivity work from humans. However, current agents still struggle to finish such tasks, where success requires following long-horizon professional workflows, understanding heterogeneous file contexts, and producing usable deliverables under fine-grained requirements. A key bottleneck is the lack of scalable post-training data that reflects real work intent, authentic file environments, and deliverable-level evaluation. To close this gap, we introduce Agent-R$^2$, a $\textbf{r}$eal-source data synthesis framework that scales training data for $\textbf{r}$ealistic productivity work. Instead of relying on manually specified workflows or LLM-generated files, Agent-R$^2$ grounds synthesis throughout the pipeline in real occupational seeds, corpus-derived workflow evidence, and authentic web-sourced files. From 10k web-corpus candidates, Agent-R$^2$ distills 4k task instances that pair real multi-format attachments with fine-grained, deliverable-level rubrics. On this data, we train Agent-R$^2$-4B via supervised fine-tuning and rubric-based reinforcement learning, improving both end-to-end productivity performance and file-grounded reasoning. Trained on only 4k instances, Agent-R$^2$-4B surpasses Qwen3-235B-A22B-Thinking-2507 on both GDPval (51.0$\%$ vs. 48.0$\%$) and OfficeQA (14.8$\%$ vs. 13.8$\%$). Further analysis shows that Agent-R$^2$ mitigates shortcut behavior, where agents produce superficially plausible deliverables before sufficiently grounding, constructing, or verifying them, while promoting sustained exploration.

原文摘要

Navigation world models predict future observations conditioned on navigation actions to support planning, but their generalization across real-world environments remains constrained by the limited coverage of action-labeled data. Action-free navigation videos provide diverse visual experience, yet lack the recorded actions required for action-conditioned training. We introduce OpenNWM, a generalist navigation world model with latent action pretraining. It learns universal latent actions from large-scale action-free videos through visual prediction pretraining, and further aligns them with physical motions via action-conditioned post-training. To support video pretraining, we curate NavAnywhere, a large-scale action-free navigation video dataset comprising 17.5 million visual observations from 15 heterogeneous sources. It captures navigation by ground robots, humans, and drones, with diverse viewpoints and motion patterns across five broad scene types: residential areas, public and commercial spaces, urban settings, parks, and natural landscapes. Experiments demonstrate improved visual prediction on in-domain and out-of-domain benchmarks, together with improved navigation performance. These results show that latent-action pretraining enables diverse, action-free videos to improve dynamics learning and generalization for open-world navigation.

原文摘要

We present IMUDINO, the first foundation model (FM) for inertial sensing to achieve competitive performance across diverse sensing tasks including human activity recognition (HAR), health, motion capture, and odometry. Prior inertial FMs often focus on one subfield of inertial sensing and sometimes underperform state-of-the-art supervised methods (e.g., in HAR), making their scope considerably narrower than FMs for vision and natural language. Moreover, they often require fixed input length and sampling rate, and generalize poorly to unseen sensor locations. To build a general-purpose foundation model for inertial sensing, we adapt the DINO self-supervised learning (SSL) paradigm to inertial data through a set of semantics-preserving motion transformations that simulate variations in motion pattern and sensor setup. For model architecture, we use a plain transformer encoder with frequency-aware positional encoding that natively supports varying input length and sampling rate. This simple setup proved remarkably effective for learning global and dense features generalizable across users, sensor setups, tasks, and, in the case of robot odometry, embodiments. We hope IMUDINO can serve as a backbone for inertial sensing and kickstart the development of general-purpose inertial FMs.

MAS-Gate: Unlocking Multi-Agent System Lifecycle via Node-Centric Quantification

原文摘要

Large language model (LLM)-based multi-agent systems (MAS) can solve complex problems beyond the reach of a single agent by decomposing tasks and coordinating complementary capabilities. Despite extensive research on MAS, existing work largely focuses on specific aspects or individual phases of their development and operation, resulting in fragmented perspectives with objectives and signals that are difficult to reconcile across these different settings. To bridge these disconnected perspectives, we conceptualize MAS development and operation as a three-phase lifecycle spanning design-time orchestration before execution, runtime intervention during execution, and post-hoc attribution after execution, and introduce MAS-Gate, a unified node-centric quantification applicable across these phases. Modeling each execution as a directed acyclic graph, MAS-Gate combines within-node utility, which estimates a node's contribution through changes in reference-answer likelihood, with inter-node strength, which approximates semantic uptake and potential downstream reach. We adapt this shared quantification to three objectives: providing a structure-aware dense reward for Orchestrator training, training an Editor to act on execution prefixes using paired rewards from completed edited and unedited trajectories, and supplying risk-ranked nodes as auxiliary evidence for LLM-based post-hoc attribution. Experiments spanning interaction environments, knowledge-intensive multi-hop question answering, general reasoning, and post-hoc attribution demonstrate that MAS-Gate improves workflow construction, targeted runtime editing, and LLM-assisted error localization over corresponding phase-specific baselines. Together, these results establish MAS-Gate as a unified structural interface for improving MAS generation, dynamic editing, and error attribution throughout the lifecycle.

原文摘要

Instruction tuning for multi-task network traffic analysis requires data with clearly defined sources, supervision targets, and evaluation conditions. We introduce TrafficInstruct, a newly collected dataset comprising raw packet captures and 55,000 structured supervised fine-tuning records across ten tasks: malware traffic detection, botnet detection, malicious DNS-over-HTTPS detection, Web attack detection, advanced persistent threat detection, encrypted VPN detection, Tor behavior detection, encrypted application/service classification, website fingerprinting, and application classification under concept drift. An automated workflow captures traffic from controlled software executions, attack experiments, and application activities. Labels are supported by task-specific collection evidence, including process or socket attribution, activity records, and execution outcomes. Filtering, sanitization, and task-specific transformations produce instructions, traffic observations, and structured answers. We verify sample sources and partition the dataset by complete collection sessions, keeping all samples from the same session within one partition. The benchmark defines allowed inputs, deterministic label mappings, fixed training/validation/test partitions, and task-wise scoring rules. We evaluate majority-class, random-forest, and ET-BERT baselines, an unadapted 27B language model, and independently trained task-specific LoRA adapters on a shared frozen base. Adapters are selected using validation data and evaluated on the corresponding test sets. Task-specific adaptation improves classification performance, supporting instruction tuning across diverse traffic-analysis tasks.

TGTV: An Interpretable Framework for UAV Fault Detection and Traceability via Spatiotemporal Graph Learning and Large Language Models

Zixuan Wang, Changbo Shi, Ji Liu

原文摘要

Fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles experience operating-condition transitions, asynchronous sensor sampling, and control-system compensation that can obscure fault signatures. Existing temporal detection methods have limited capacity to represent coupled faults across subsystems, track their evolution, and constrain language-model diagnoses with quantitative evidence. This paper proposes TGTV, an interpretable fault detection and traceability framework that integrates spatiotemporal graph learning with a large language model. A temporal convolutional network and a graph attention network with weighted fused adjacency extract multiscale temporal patterns and spatial dependencies among sensors. A hybrid temporal Transformer and variational autoencoder then evaluates window-level anomalies using prediction errors and reconstruction probabilities. Continuous-time Shapley attribution identifies critical sensors and high-contribution intervals while preserving the temporal continuity of fault evolution. A structured evidence package combines detection results, graph relationships, temporal attribution, sensor attribution, and operating context. An evidence-constrained diagnosis protocol uses this package to generate flight-level conclusions with traceable evidence identifiers. Cross-flight holdout experiments on the public ALFA fixed-wing flight dataset yield a window-level area under the precision-recall curve of 0.976, accuracy of 0.973, recall of 0.902, and F1 score of 0.920. Flight-level fault diagnosis achieves recall of 0.943 and an F1 score of 0.944. These results demonstrate accurate anomaly detection and quantitatively supported fault-tracing cues, providing a basis for interpretable post-flight fault review and analysis.

RynnWorld-Latent: A Cross-Embodiment World Model Conditioned on Universal Latent Actions

原文摘要

Learning controllable world dynamics from heterogeneous interaction videos is challenging because robot embodiments use incompatible action spaces, while human videos lack native control labels. We present RynnWorld-Latent, a cross-embodiment video world model that uses the 3D-grounded latent actions introduced by RynnLAM as a shared conditioning interface. This representation enables joint pretraining on human interaction videos, robot demonstrations, and simulation rollouts without requiring a common native action space. Built on a pretrained video transformer, RynnWorld-Latent combines global action tokens with an identity-initialized local pathway that aligns actions with future video latents. We pretrain on 23 datasets comprising approximately 553.5M frames and adapt the model to target robots through post-training. The framework supports two data-generation routes: digital teleoperation uses target robot commands to generate action-video demonstrations, while latent-action synthesis transfers source motion to an edited initial frame and pairs the resulting rollout with retargeted pseudo robot actions. Experiments show improved video prediction metrics on public benchmarks and two real-robot platforms, alongside qualitative action following when different action sequences share the same initial observation. Synthetic mid-training improves policy success rates on LIBERO and LIBERO-Plus, and both generation routes improve real-world policy success rates over real-demonstration-only training in the evaluated settings. These results support universal latent actions as a scalable interface for learning controllable visual dynamics across heterogeneous embodiments.

Beyond Words Alone: Disentangling Distributed Evidence for Visually Grounded Cultural Translation

原文摘要

Social media enables cross-lingual communication, yet the meaning of user-generated content (UGC) is often distributed across text, images, and cultural knowledge, making translation challenging. Existing evaluations typically treat images as optional and assume textual information is sufficient, obscuring whether errors stem from missing visual evidence or inadequate cultural adaptation. We introduce \textbf{Culture-MMT}, a diagnostic benchmark for \textbf{distributed-evidence pragmatic reconstruction} in social-media translation. It contains 498 curated, de-identified UGC instances across 20 domains, categorized into Symbol, Visual, and Hybrid by their required evidence. We also develop a human-aligned domain-specific judge, Judger, and a controlled evaluation framework that systematically varies the evidence available to translators. Across 17 model configurations, real images improve performance by +0.280 on Visual and +0.197 on Hybrid, but only +0.050 on Symbol, while random images provide no comparable gains. Human-authored descriptions further show that jointly dependent cases remain more challenging even when visual facts are explicit. These results characterize culturally effective social-media translation as {meaning reconstruction from distributed evidence}, highlighting visual grounding and cultural-pragmatic adaptation as distinct model bottlenecks.

RADAR: Risk-Aware Distilled Adaptive Routing for Efficient Short-Form Video Platform Ecosystem Governance

Baoyu Jing, Zixuan Wang, Junwen Chen, Xin Dong, Bingfeng Deng

原文摘要

Large-scale integrity enforcement on short-form video platforms typically relies on multiple specialized vertical modules, each dedicated to a specific risk category. However, exhaustively executing these computationally intensive modules over massive content streams leads to substantial inference overhead, despite the fact that most content is benign and violations are usually confined to limited policy domains. To address this inefficiency, we propose RADAR, a lightweight risk-aware routing framework that selectively releases low-risk content while dispatching high-risk instances to appropriate vertical modules. Industrial deployment of such routing systems presents two major challenges: (1) systematic label sparsity caused by disjoint annotation pipelines across risk categories, and (2) the capacity-efficiency tradeoff inherent to compact routing architectures. To overcome these challenges, RADAR incorporates Validity-Aware Masking to handle fragmented supervision and Expert-Guided Knowledge Distillation to transfer knowledge from heavyweight expert models into the lightweight router. Experiments on large-scale real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed masking strategy effectively mitigates disjoint annotation issues, while distillation substantially enhances routing accuracy, enabling the lightweight router to achieve competitive or superior performance compared to specialized expert models.

A Unified Framework for Modeling Heterogeneous Financial Data via Dual-Granularity Prompting

Yu Lei, Zixuan Wang, Yiqing Feng, Junru Zhang, Yahui Li, Liu Chu, Wang Tongyao, Dongyang Li

原文摘要

Recent industrial credit scoring models remain heavily reliant on manually tuned statistical learning methods. Despite their potential, deep learning architectures have struggled to consistently outperform traditional statistical models in industrial credit scoring, largely due to the complexity of heterogeneous financial data and the challenge of modeling evolving creditworthiness. To bridge this gap, we introduce FinLangNet, a novel framework that reformulates credit scoring as a multi-scale sequential learning problem. FinLangNet processes heterogeneous financial data through a dual-module architecture that combines tabular feature extraction with temporal sequence modeling, generating probability distributions of users’ future financial behaviors across multiple time horizons. A key innovation is our dual-prompt mechanism within the sequential module, which introduces learnable prompts operating at both feature-level granularity for capturing fine-grained temporal patterns and user-level granularity for aggregating holistic risk profiles. Notably, real world deployment yielded a 6.3 pp improvement in KS, along with a 9.9% reduction in bad debt rate.

CoVerRL: Breaking the Consensus Trap in Label-Free Reasoning via Generator-Verifier Co-Evolution

原文摘要

Label-free reinforcement learning enables large language models to improve reasoning capabilities without ground-truth supervision, typically by treating majority-voted answers as pseudo-labels. However, we identify a critical failure mode: as training maximizes self-consistency, output diversity collapses, causing the model to confidently reinforce systematic errors that evade detection. We term this the consensus trap. To escape it, we propose CoVerRL, a framework where a single model alternates between generator and verifier roles, with each capability bootstrapping the other. Majority voting provides noisy but informative supervision for training the verifier, while the improving verifier progressively filters self-consistent errors from pseudo-labels. This co-evolution creates a virtuous cycle that maintains high reward accuracy throughout training. Experiments across Qwen and Llama model families demonstrate that CoVerRL outperforms label-free baselines by 4.7-5.9% on mathematical reasoning benchmarks. Moreover, self-verification accuracy improves from around 55% to over 85%, confirming that both capabilities genuinely co-evolve.

Knowledge Vector of Logical Reasoning in Large Language Models

Zixuan Wang, Yuanyuan Lei University of Florida

原文摘要

Logical reasoning serves as a central capability in LLMs and includes three main forms: deductive, inductive, and abductive reasoning. In this work, we study the knowledge representations of these reasoning types in LLMs and analyze the correlations among them. Our analysis shows that each form of logical reasoning can be captured as a reasoning-specific knowledge vector in a linear representation space, yet these vectors are largely independent of each other. Motivated by cognitive science theory that these subforms of logical reasoning interact closely in the human brain, as well as our observation that the reasoning process for one type can benefit from the reasoning chain produced by another, we further propose to refine the knowledge representations of each reasoning type in LLMs to encourage complementarity between them. To this end, we design a complementary subspace-constrained refinement framework, which introduces a complementary loss that enables each reasoning vector to leverage auxiliary knowledge from the others, and a subspace constraint loss that prevents erasion of their unique characteristics. Through steering experiments along reasoning vectors, we find that refined vectors incorporating complementary knowledge yield consistent performance gains. We also conduct a mechanism-interpretability analysis of each reasoning vector, revealing insights into the shared and specific features of different reasoning in LLMs.
