Unified Hallucination Fuzzing for Multimodal Large Language Models

原文摘要

Hallucination remains a persistent challenge for Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs), severely limiting their reliability in high-stakes applications. Existing evaluations, predominantly based on static benchmarks, suffer from narrow taxonomical coverage and rapid performance saturation, failing to reflect model robustness in evolving real-world scenarios. To bridge this gap, we present a systematic evaluation framework integrating a comprehensive benchmark with self-evolving stress testing. First, we introduce UniHall, a fine-grained dataset grounded in a unified taxonomy spanning Object, Instruction, and Knowledge dimensions. Second, to address benchmark saturation, we propose Self-Adaptive Multimodal Fuzzing (SAMF), a self-adaptive framework that employs evolutionary mutation strategies to explore the boundaries of model hallucinations. Crucially, to ensure reliable assessment of dynamic inputs, SAMF incorporates a structured metric suite driven by an ensemble of multi-modal oracles. Our extensive experiments reveal that state-of-the-art MLLMs exhibit significant performance degradation under fuzzing compared to conventional settings, exposing a dissociation between reasoning capabilities and factual grounding. Furthermore, we identify a helpfulness-hallucination trade-off, where reinforcement learning alignment inadvertently exacerbates sycophancy in instruction-following tasks. The framework, code and benchmark are available at https://github.com/LanceZPF/EvalHall.

Vis2State: Visual Reasoning through Executable State Abstractions

Sheng Jin, Wentao Liu, Chen Qian

原文摘要

Solving visual puzzles requires both accurate interpretation of visual evidence and reliable computation under task-specific rules. Embedding visual assumptions and task constraints directly in solving code makes the represented problem difficult to inspect and revise independently. We introduce Vis2State, a training-free agentic framework that abstracts visual puzzles into explicit, revisable problem states linking visual inspection and execution. Visual inspection guides state construction and refinement, while generated programs solve the represented problem. The model constructs both the state and the program without predefined puzzle schemas or solving procedures. Inspection and execution feedback allow it to revise the problem representation and solving procedure independently. Vis2State achieves the state-of-the-art performance on four benchmarks. Cross-model evaluation further demonstrates consistent gains. Ablations, error analyses, and fixed-program state interventions further support the effectiveness of the state-centered design. The code will be made publicly available to facilitate future research.

Information Loss Is All You Need: $TC^0$ Pseudorandomness from Worst-Case Lattices

Chen Qian

原文摘要

Can deterministic information loss yield post-quantum pseudorandomness with $TC^0$ evaluation? We show that deterministic rounding achieves this under quantum worst-case lattice hardness, with fixed polynomial parameters and no predetermined sample bound. We introduce learning with algebraic rounding (LAR), which applies an explicit integer rounding map to blocks of secret-dependent linear measurements and encodes the result in a lattice quotient. For one fixed family with polynomially bounded modulus and dimensions, deterministic labels on exactly uniform, secret-independent public matrices are computationally indistinguishable from independent uniform labels for every polynomial number of classical random examples. Our classical reduction from Gaussian LWE, combined with the quantum worst-case reduction to LWE, bases LAR on GapSVP and SIVP over general lattices at approximation factor $\widetilde{O}(q)$, where $q$ is the modulus. The proof uses source-independent affine transport: public affine maps sampled independently of the hidden errors transport the Gaussian error law close to uniform on the rounding map's zero-label fiber while preserving exactly uniform public matrices. For every fixed inverse-polynomial accuracy, we give a polynomial-time sampler for the same public parameter family. This yields the first post-quantum weak pseudorandom function with joint key-and-input evaluation in $TC^0$, secure against uniform quantum polynomial-time distinguishers given any polynomial number of classical uniform random examples. We also prove hardness of learning polynomial-size two-hidden-layer ReLU networks from noiseless uniform random examples, even for quantum polynomial-time improper learners.

原文摘要

High-quality material generation for physically based rendering (PBR) remains challenging because datasets and synthesis pipelines lack standardized representations. Differences in material definitions, rendering conventions, and parameterizations lead to unstable and physically implausible results. We propose MIKU, a unified framework for standardized PBR asset representation and physically consistent material generation across diverse 3D content domains. Its core is a unified processing pipeline that standardizes the workflow from data preprocessing to final texture synthesis, maintaining consistent geometry and texture representations. A normalization scheme harmonizes heterogeneous material parameterizations in a common representation space, enabling robust cross-dataset training and inference. Building on this formulation, we train a novel physically aware diffusion model for PBR texture generation within a two-stage multi-view synthesis framework. First, geometry-aware albedo generation synthesizes multi-view albedo maps under explicit geometric guidance to ensure cross-view appearance consistency. Second, metallic-roughness generation uses the diffusion model to predict physically plausible roughness and metallic maps conditioned on the generated albedo and unified representation. Trained end-to-end on standardized data, the model learns to generate materials that respect category-level material priors and semantic part boundaries. By decoupling representation standardization from appearance synthesis, MIKU substantially improves material generation stability and physical consistency. Extensive experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art texture quality and semantic consistency across object parts, advancing automated material generation for 3D content creation.

MASBench: Benchmarking LLM-based Multi-Agent Collaboration under Partial Observability

Qizhi Chu, Zekai Yu, Sijie Wen, Yang Liu, Chen Qian, Cheng Yang, Chuan Shi, Zhiyuan Liu

原文摘要

Large language models (LLMs) have progressively evolved into the core of autonomous agents. Building on this progress, LLM-based multi-agent systems (MAS) coordinate multiple agents into a synergistic team to accomplish complex tasks that exceed the capabilities of individual agents. The effectiveness of such systems depends not only on the agents themselves, but also on how collaboration mechanisms are designed and organized. Note that real-world collaboration is typically partially observable, where each agent can only access partial information about the environment due to physical or privacy-related constraints. However, many existing multi-agent benchmarks assume global observability, and leave limited support for systematically evaluating collaboration mechanisms. To bridge this gap, we introduce MASBench, a multi-agent collaboration benchmark designed under partially observable constraints. It is organized into three progressive task categories: Reasoning, Scheduling, and Game. Through this structure, we progressively evaluate three representative collaboration mechanisms: Protocol, Memory, and Routing. MASBench further provides deterministic evaluation metrics, including performance score, communication cost, and cost effectiveness, to characterize both collaboration outcomes and communication overhead. Experiments across diverse LLM backbones and mechanism configurations offer empirical guidance for effective MAS design. Code is available at: https://github.com/BUPT-GAMMA/MASBench

Identifiable Signed Causal Learning via Latent Stochastic Differential Equations for Inferring Brain Dynamic Effective Connectivity

Yiding Wang, Chen Qiao

原文摘要

Understanding how brain regions interact to support cognitive tasks requires characterizing directed causal influences among them, known as effective connectivity (EC). As inter-regional coupling changes over time, a dynamic EC (dEC) estimate is required to track this temporal variation. Existing dEC learning methods typically lack a causal rationality guarantee or an identifiability analysis, and output unsigned connectivity that cannot distinguish excitatory from inhibitory influences, which limits further study of brain mechanisms. We propose ISCL, a latent stochastic differential equation framework that derives dEC from latent dynamics through a causal influence operator defined in observation space. As established by a rationality theorem, the operator captures a directed interventional response at each brain state, and under invariance assumptions the operator is identifiable from data, with its signed output separating excitatory from inhibitory influences. On synthetic benchmarks, \model recovers the causal structure on Lorenz96 and achieves the lowest mean structural Hamming distance among compared methods on NetSim, while preserving signed influence structures that distinguish excitatory from inhibitory interactions. Applied to HCP Social Cognition task-fMRI, ISCL reveals a signed architecture whose stability across seeds supports the identifiability guarantee, identifies dominant source and target networks consistent with social-cognition systems, and shows that condition-specific training strengthens causal outflow from the default-mode and frontoparietal networks during theory-of-mind processing. In this task, the recovered signed structure reveals network-level excitatory and inhibitory organization, with the dorsal-attention network as the only consistently positive out-strength source.

原文摘要

Multimodal large language models (MLLMs) hold immense potential to revolutionize clinical practice, yet deploying them in the medical domain is fundamentally a vision-centric challenge: models must absorb knowledge from heterogeneous 2D and 3D medical images, and evaluation protocols must align with radiologists' clinical practice and provide an accurate, fine-grained and factualness-driven assessment. In this paper, we introduce ClinFusion, a vision-centric MLLM designed for holistic medical understanding that systematically addresses these limitations. We propose a compositional and cascaded vision encoder architecture featuring a Cascade Spatial-Aware Locality Fusion operator that unifies diverse 2D and native 3D medical image understanding within a fused encoder. We further introduce a vision-grounded evaluation framework, including MedIF-Bench for instruction-following assessment and a region-of-interest-grounded method for clinically aligned and factualness-driven report generation evaluation. We show that ClinFusion sets a new state-of-the-art across a comprehensive suite of 2D and 3D multimodal medical benchmarks---spanning visual question answering, report generation, and instruction following---as well as textual medical tasks, outperforming leading open-source medical MLLMs (\textit{e.g.}, Hulu-Med, Lingshu) on 20 out of 24 benchmarks and demonstrating multimodal capabilities better than powerful proprietary models such as GPT-5.2 and Gemini-3-Flash on 13 out of 16 benchmarks, and can be further augmented with agentic tool use for retrieval-augmented and tool-assisted clinical workflows. A blinded evaluation by board-certified radiologists confirms that ClinFusion produces the highest-ranked reports, and validates our RoI-grounded metric as achieving the strongest correlation with expert judgment among all automatic evaluation metrics examined.

Large language models support personalized tutoring, content generation, and adaptive learning paths. However, capability development requires these resources and interactions to form a coherent learning process that evolves with the learner. A central challenge is to align goals, activities, and assessment while using learning evidence to decide what should follow. We introduce Human-Participatory Multi-Agent Organization and instantiate it in Agentic University (AU). In AU, learners participate as organization members and work with specialized agents to maintain a revisable Capability Program. The program connects personal goals, learning activities across modalities, and layered assessment, while learner feedback and performance guide subsequent support. Our evaluation shows advantages in program organization, assessment design, and revision quality. Users achieved larger mean assessment gains (12.19 versus 5.61 points on a 50-point scale) and reported stronger cognitive support. This work contributes an organizational approach to adaptive learning that makes learner participation a continuing basis for multi-agent coordination. Sandman: Building and Operating Sandboxes for Agentic Reinforcement Learning on Shared Kubernetes

Yiming Yan, Hongyang Wang, Wenbo Chen, Xuan Wang, Jingguo Liu, Xian Li, Chen Qi, Leo Fan 等 15 位作者

原文摘要

Agentic reinforcement learning (RL) often requires repeated tool calls in task-specific environments. A training job may create thousands of these environments in bursts while sharing a cluster with other jobs. We present Sandman, a sandbox service built and operated at Amazon for agent tool execution and evaluation. It serves multiple production agentic RL workloads on shared Kubernetes. A training framework supplies a task image and uses commands and file operations in the returned sandbox. Files and processes persist across calls until the framework releases the environment. Sandman manages creation, readiness and cleanup. Each sandbox is a Kubernetes pod with a small daemon mounted into the unmodified image. In a scale test, Sandman held 11,858 concurrent tiny sandboxes. Four production SWE-bench Verified training campaigns created 3.1 million sandboxes in October 2026. We report the design trade-offs and operational lessons from handling creation bursts, preparing task environments, reclaiming abandoned sandboxes, and running evaluation under controlled conditions. We will open-source Sandman's daemon, provider and pool.

The Code Behind the Layout: AI Agents for Analog Layout Generators

Minxing Chu, Anhang Li, Martins Atilla, Ruichen Qi, Mehdi Saligane

原文摘要

Analog layout remains largely manual and hard to automate. Generator frameworks such as gLayout express layouts as programs, producing layouts from parameterized, design-rule-aware generators; however, writing such generators still takes expert effort. Large language models (LLMs) could now write generator code, and frontier models can even draw layout geometry from design intent. This raises a practical question: if a model can draw the layout itself, what does a generator framework still contribute, and is applying these models to a generator framework better than having them draw a layout from scratch? Through controlled experiments on gLayout in SKY130, we find that the main obstacle to drawing a layout directly is its time and token cost, and that the main advantage of a model building on a generator framework is reusability. Its verified primitives keep each model edit small enough to check, and its parameters allow a single edit to be evaluated across an entire family of layouts. Accordingly, a model is most effective when it develops the layout from the generator source of the family that the design intent belongs to, and tests each edit on the family members most likely to fail, so that one verified change improves every layout the generator produces. The results of these family tests can then serve as supervision for a local model, which learns edits that hold across the family at a fraction of the inference cost.

Defense-as-Skill: Evolving Runtime Guard Skill for Skill-Augmented Agents

Xiaofang Yang, Ziqi Miao, Chen Qian, Dianbo Sui, Jing Shao, Lijun Li

原文摘要

Skill-augmented agents load reusable skills as persistent runtime context, improving task performance but also giving malicious skills a durable channel for steering future actions. Such skills may leak secrets, corrupt code, bypass approvals, or stage data for exfiltration only after a concrete user task and workspace state make the unsafe action appear useful. This makes pre-install vetting insufficient and calls for runtime, task-conditioned protection. We propose Defense-as-Skill, a defense paradigm that implements the runtime guard itself as an installable, inspectable, and editable skill. Our guard, SkillSonar, runs alongside untrusted task skills and checks sensitive actions against the user's task boundary, routing each action to an allow, replan, or confirmation decision without modifying the underlying agent runtime. To study this setting, we construct SCOPE-R, a task-conditioned dataset covering 6 risk families and 21 sub-categories, with 206 attack-confirmed malicious instances and 43 benign tasks. We then improve SkillSonar on the SCOPE-R training subset using runtime guard-skill evolution, a Monte-Carlo Tree Search procedure that evolves the on-disk guard skill from feedback on the rollouts. Across Claude Code and OpenClaw, the evolved guard substantially reduces attack success while maintaining a favorable safety-utility trade-off; on repeated GLM-5 runs, ID ASR drops from 0.482 to 0.104 and OOD ASR from 0.606 to 0.115, with gains transferring across victim models, held-out risk families, and external benchmarks. These results show that runtime guards can be skill-native, transparent, and evolvable policy artifacts for skill-augmented agents.

MechAlign: Evaluating Semantic Alignment at the Project Level in Mathematical Formalization

Hao Shen, Ruichen Qiu, Lihong Zhi, Xiao-Shan Gao

原文摘要

Lean verifies that a formal proof establishes its stated proposition under declared assumptions, but does not check whether that proposition faithfully expresses the mathematical claim in a manuscript. Assessing this correspondence requires interpreting the main theorem through its project dependencies, which may be scattered throughout a large development. We introduce MechAlign, a framework for project-level semantic alignment review that combines formal dependency extraction with LLM-based assessment. Its extraction tool, LeanTrace, constructs a statement dependency graph from elaborated declarations, retaining definition bodies and structure constraints while excluding proof bodies and stopping at an explicit library boundary. The reviewer uses this context to investigate alignment and report discrepancies with localized evidence. We conduct a preliminary review of 201 main results from 173 OpenAI Math projects, using supplied informal descriptions and available paper context. A hyperbolic-group case illustrates how dependency inspection localizes a missing dimensional constraint relative to the manuscript, consistent with the upstream declaration of formalization scope. We also construct LeanReviewBench, comprising 501 fixed claim-statement-context triples from OpenAI Math, Fermat's Last Theorem, and Kakeya, with description provenance recorded. The resource supports controlled comparisons of more project-level semantic alignment evaluations.

原文摘要

Large language model-based (LLM-based) multi-agent systems (MAS) are increasingly used to extend agentic problem solving via role specialization and collaboration. MAS workflows can be naturally modeled as directed computation graphs, where nodes execute agents or sub-workflows and edges encode dependencies and message passing. However, implementing complex graph workflows in current frameworks still requires substantial manual effort, offers limited reuse, and makes it difficult to integrate heterogeneous external context sources. To overcome these limitations, we present MASFactory, a graph-centric framework for orchestrating LLM-based MAS. It introduces Vibe Graphing, a human-in-the-loop approach that compiles natural-language intent into an editable workflow specification and then into an executable graph. In addition, the framework provides reusable components, skill support, multimodal message handling, and pluggable context integration, as well as a visualizer for topology preview, runtime tracing, and human-in-the-loop interaction. We evaluate MASFactory on seven public benchmarks, validating both reproduction consistency for representative MAS methods and the effectiveness of Vibe Graphing. Our code (https://github.com/BUPT-GAMMA/MASFactory, licensed under Apache-2.0) and video demonstration (https://youtu.be/ANynzVfY32k) are publicly available.

TeachMaster: Generative Teaching via Code

原文摘要

The scalability of high-quality online education is hindered by the high costs and slow cycles of manual content creation.Despite advancements in video generation, current approaches often fail to ensure pedagogical structure and precise control due to their pixel-level, black-box nature. In this paper, we propose Generative Teaching, a novel paradigm shifting educators from manual creators to high-level directors who focus on pedagogical intents while agents handle the execution. To realize this vision, we introduce TeachMaster, a multi-agent framework that leverages code as an intermediate semantic medium. Unlike traditional video generation methods, TeachMaster orchestrates a collaborative team of agents, spanning planning, design, and rendering, to automate the production of interpretable, editable, and curriculum-ready educational videos. Experiments validate that TeachMaster significantly boosts production efficiency without compromising structural coherence or visual fidelity, slashing production costs to only 0.3% of traditional online course videos and providing a robust solution for scalable education.

原文摘要

Geoscience research requires complex analysis and domain expertise, with remote sensing (RS) observations as a key foundation. However, existing RS agents built on general-purpose LLMs remain largely domain-agnostic, resulting in brittle and error-prone workflows. Moreover, these failures are seldom consolidated into a reusable experience for subsequent analyses. To address this issue, we introduce RSMeM, a knowledge-enhanced memory evolution mechanism that bootstraps RS agents with pre-distilled domain knowledge and iteratively integrates online experience for robust multi-step tool execution. RSMeM is composed of two components: (i) Hierarchical Knowledge Grounding, which performs taxonomy-aware retrieval over a hierarchical domain corpus to guide planning and tool selection; and (ii) Failure-Aware Experience Refinement, which distills failure-annotated tool-use traces into reusable constraints for next-round tool execution. By iteratively employing these two processes, RS agents can evolve to absorb task-level domain knowledge and effectively translate it into instance-level execution experience. Extensive experiments on EarthBench demonstrate that RSMeM consistently improves tool-use performance and end-to-end accuracy across a diverse set of LLM backbones. Notably, RSMeM achieves a 6% accuracy improvement on DeepSeek-V3.2 with less than 1% additional experience tokens, demonstrating the knowledge density of our distilled experience. All codes and models will be released to support reproducible research.

Black-Box Membership Inference Attacks for Video Training Data in Multimodal Large Language Models

原文摘要

The increasing use of video data in training multimodal large language models (MLLMs) raises significant concerns on privacy leakage and copyright violations, highlighting the need for detecting improperly used training videos through membership inference attacks (MIAs). Most existing video MIA methods assess model memorization of key semantic concepts within a video (e.g., the name of a well-known movie character). However, such concepts usually appear repeatedly throughout the training corpus, and memorization of them does not constitute reliable evidence that a specific video was used during training. Besides, while some methods mitigate this limitation by capturing relationships between frames, they require a model logit-accessible setting and are impractical in realistic black-box scenarios. To address these challenges, we propose a black-box MIA framework, named VideoMIA, that can provide reliable evidence of specific video data usage for training MLLMs. The key of our method is to leverage temporal dependencies across video frames to evaluate the model’s memorization of sequential dynamics within the video data, which cannot be inferred solely from general world knowledge or individual image data. The results across ten MLLMs and four benchmarks demonstrate that our method consistently achieves superior performance over all baselines in black-box evaluation settings. Code is available in https://github.com/jinruiwang258/VideoMIA.

ReasonAny: Incorporating Reasoning Capability to Any Model via Simple and Effective Model Merging

Junyao Yang, Chen Qian, Wen Shen Tongji University, Yong Liu Renmin University of China, Jing Shao Shanghai AI Laboratory, Dongrui Liu Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory

原文摘要

Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) with long chain-of-thought reasoning have recently achieved remarkable success. Yet, equipping domain-specialized models with such reasoning capabilities, referred to as “Reasoning + X”, remains a significant challenge. While model merging offers a promising training-free solution, existing methods often suffer from a destructive performance collapse: existing methods tend to both weaken reasoning depth and compromise domain-specific utility. Interestingly, we identify a counter-intuitive phenomenon underlying this failure: reasoning ability predominantly resides in parameter regions with low gradient sensitivity, contrary to the common assumption that domain capabilities correspond to high-magnitude parameters. Motivated by this insight, we propose ReasonAny, a novel merging framework that resolves the reasoning–domain performance collapse through Contrastive Gradient Identification. Experiments across safety, biomedicine, and finance domains show that ReasonAny effectively synthesizes “Reasoning + X” capabilities, significantly outperforming state-of-the-art baselines while retaining robust reasoning performance.

Visual Inception: Compromising Long-term Planning in Agentic Recommenders via Multimodal Memory Poisoning

Jiachen Qian

原文摘要

The evolution from static ranking models to Agentic Recommender Systems (Agentic RecSys) empowers AI agents to maintain long-term user profiles and autonomously plan service tasks. While this paradigm shift enhances personalization, it introduces a vulnerability: reliance on Long-term Memory (LTM). In this paper, we uncover a threat termed “Visual Inception.” Unlike traditional adversarial attacks that seek immediate misclassification, Visual Inception injects triggers into user-uploaded images (e.g., lifestyle photos) that act as “sleeper agents” within the system’s memory. When retrieved during future planning, these poisoned memories hijack the agent’s reasoning chain, steering it toward adversary-defined goals (e.g., promoting high-margin products) without prompt injection. To mitigate this, we propose CognitiveGuard, a dual-process defense framework inspired by human cognition. It consists of a System 1 Perceptual Sanitizer (diffusion-based purification) to cleanse sensory inputs and a System 2 Reasoning Verifier (counterfactual consistency checks) to detect anomalies in memory-driven planning. Extensive experiments on a mock e-commerce agent environment demonstrate that Visual Inception achieves about 85% Goal-Hit Rate (GHR), while CognitiveGuard reduces this risk to around 10% with configurable latency trade-offs (about 1.5s in lite mode to about 6.5s for full sequential verification), without quality degradation under our setup.Latency reporting uses separate accounting: query-time overhead excludes one-time upload-time preprocessing.

Profiling-Free Mixed-Precision Quantization for MoE LLMs via Fuzzy Rule Interpolation

原文摘要

Large Language Models continue to scale in size and capability, driving substantial computational and memory demands.Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architectures alleviate this cost by activating only a sparse subset of experts per token, enabling efficient scaling without proportional increases in inference compute. However, quantization in MoE models remains challenging due to heterogeneous sensitivity across experts and their internal linear layers.Existing mixed-precision frameworks such as Mixed-precision Quantization for MoE (MxMoE) require full quantization-loss evaluation for expert–layer–and-bit configurations, incurring prohibitive profiling cost.To address this, we propose FRI-MxMoE, a profiling-free mixed-precision quantization framework built on Fuzzy Rule Interpolation, designed as a drop-in replacement for the loss estimation component in MxMoE. By constructing a fuzzy rule base in the intra-expert layer feature space (bit-width, activation variance, parameter scale), our method predicts quantization error from only sparse samples, eliminating the need for dense profiling.Extensive experiments demonstrate that FRI-MxMoE accelerates the profiling phase by up to 15.7\times (on DeepSeek-V2) while achieving comparable or slightly superior zero-shot accuracy (e.g., +1.04\% on DeepSeekV2-Lite) compared to the baseline. This enables continuous sensitivity modeling, preserves accuracy under mixed-precision allocation, and reduces offline computation by orders of magnitude.

Scaling Large Language Model-based Multi-Agent Collaboration

原文摘要

Recent breakthroughs in large language model-driven autonomous agents have revealed that multi-agent collaboration often surpasses each individual through collective reasoning. Inspired by the neural scaling law--increasing neurons enhances performance, this study explores whether the continuous addition of collaborative agents can yield similar benefits. Technically, we utilize directed acyclic graphs to organize agents into a multi-agent collaboration network (MacNet), upon which their interactive reasoning is topologically orchestrated for autonomous task solving. Extensive evaluations reveal that it effectively supports collaboration among over a thousand agents, with irregular topologies outperforming regular ones. We also identify a collaborative scaling law--the overall performance follows a logistic growth pattern as agents scale, with collaborative emergence occurring earlier than traditional neural emergence. We speculate this may be because scaling agents catalyzes their multidimensional considerations during interactive reflection and refinement, thereby producing more comprehensive artifacts. The code is available at https://github.com/OpenBMB/ChatDev/tree/macnet.
