Personal AI agents face social engineering attacks supported by forged multimodal content, but existing evaluations mainly focus on text-based dialogue, leaving their intrinsic security under such attacks insufficiently studied. We introduce Multimodal-SEA, an interactive benchmark comprising 608 expert-designed tasks grounded in real-world fraud cases, covering 14 domains and 152 attack scenarios with prepared multimodal content. The tasks span four difficulty levels and reflect the distinct social and cultural contexts of Chinese and English environments. Agents inspect content, verify requests, and execute actions in simulated applications, with attack outcomes grounded in verifiable tool execution logs. To enable controlled red teaming of personal agents, we design a multimodal attack harness that integrates task information, attack progression control, and multimodal content construction to evaluate their intrinsic security against adaptive social engineering attacks in simulated environments. Evaluating seven widely used multimodal models across six dimensions reveals that all are vulnerable, with attack success rates of 7.1% to 34.5%. Adding multimodal content increases attack success from 19.9% to 29.2%, despite increased proactive verification coverage. Stronger safety instructions reduce attack success without improving recognition of deceptive multimodal content, while lower attack success rates for some models accompany excessive refusal of legitimate requests.

Towards Robust Long-Lived Agents: Benchmarking Experience Lifecycles in Evolving Environments

Shijue Huang, Hangyu Guo, Hengheng Zhang, Guo An, Zhitao He, Qi Tian, Yiren Feng

原文摘要

As agents become more capable, they are moving beyond one-off tasks toward sustained assistance across successive user goals. Such assistance requires agents to discover how unfamiliar environments work, reuse what they learn across tasks, and keep that experience current as environments evolve. Existing benchmarks increasingly study experience reuse and adaptation, but provide limited insight into which parts of accumulated experience agents revise, retain, or lose. To address this gap, we introduce ReScopeBench, a benchmark for the experience lifecycle across 18 interactive environments. It distinguishes structural experience about how an environment is organized and accessed from rule experience about reusable principles and constraints that guide decisions across tasks. To study how experience is acquired, reused, and revised, we propose an experience-first construction approach. It builds task streams around shared experience and introduces silent environmental changes. We evaluate task performance and track changes in saved experience throughout each stream. Across 20 models, we find that retained experience improves task performance, but agents struggle to keep it current as environments change. Even when the required experience is correctly recorded, agents do not always complete tasks successfully. These findings identify selective maintenance and effective use as complementary challenges for long-lived agents.

EV9V: An Echocardiographic Video Benchmark with Uncertainty Guided View Classification

原文摘要

Automated classification of standard echocardiographic views is crucial for efficient clinical workflow but faces three main challenges. First, publicly available datasets are scarce and limited in scale and view coverage. Second, the performance of some modern video-level architectures for echocardiographic view classification remains underexplored. Third, some view categories exhibit highly similar spatial appearances, making single-frame features insufficient for discrimination, while heterogeneous frame quality complicates robust temporal information fusion. To address these challenges, we release the Echocardiographic Videos of Nine Views (EV9V) dataset, comprising 5,138 videos, 910,579 frames, and 9 standard views, which is, to the best of our knowledge, the largest openly released echocardiography video dataset. Furthermore, we propose a Spatio-Temporal Fusion Model (STFM), an efficient dual-stream framework that jointly captures spatial anatomical structures and temporal cardiac dynamics. The STFM leverages uncertainty-aware learning to preferentially sample representative video segments during training and evidence-based fusion during inference, improving robustness to variations in frame quality across echocardiographic videos. Extensive experiments demonstrate that STFM achieves competitive performance and effectiveness compared with diverse video classification architectures, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and Transformers. The code is released at https://huggingface.co/datasets/bgx666/EV9V and the EV9V dataset is available at https://github.com/bgx666/stfm.

CARD: Contact-Anchored Retargeting for Dexterous Manipulation

原文摘要

Humans are dexterous, but traditional data collection paradigms such as teleoperation, kinesthetic teaching, and wearable exoskeletons force humans to act through the robot embodiment, bottlenecking their dexterity. Retargeting can avoid this. However, existing methods purely translate kinematics and ignore the real-world contact dynamics essential for task success. We present CARD: Contact-Anchored Retargeting for Dexterous Manipulation, a simulator and object-free framework that retargets human demonstrations to robot actions by explicitly preserving contact force targets. CARD unifies human data sources including video, motion capture, and tactile gloves via a shared hand--contact representation and generates explicit contact force targets in addition to kinematics. To maintain these contact targets during hardware open-loop replay, CARD also introduces a tactile tracking controller. For video which does not contain an explicit tactile source, we present Vid-HACO, our video-to-contact model that sets a new state of the art. Across our video, glove, motion-capture data and the GRAB dataset, CARD maintains contact on $43$--$78\%$ of contact frames, while kinematic and object-aware retargeting methods maintain contact on $<10\%$ and $22.5\%$ of the frames respectively. Further, integrating our formulation into physics-based retargeting improves strict task success from 12\% to 32\% on GRAB dataset. Finally, we show that our tactile tracker is critical to reproduce demonstrated forces during hardware replay. These results establish that contact preservation via CARD is a scalable interface for transferring human dexterity to robots.

PlayPolicy: Dexterity from Supervised Play

Botao He, Yiming Dou, Yiannis Aloimonos, Jitendra Malik, Akash Sharma, Ruoshi Liu

原文摘要

How can robots autonomously collect the contact-rich experience needed to learn dexterous manipulation? We present PlayPolicy: Dexterity from supervised play (DSP), a framework in which a robot learns a play policy from minutes of human play through behavior cloning, then deploys it autonomously to collect hours of interaction data to train a world model. During inference, the same play policy then guides model-predictive control (MPC) by proposing candidate action sequences for evaluation under the learned world model. To accelerate inference, we also introduce a method for distilling a closed-loop, goal-conditioned policy through self-play within the learned world model. We evaluate this framework on underactuated pushing and any-to-any in-hand pose reorientation with a multifingered hand, in simulation and real world. In real world experiment, our method outperforms hindsight behavior cloning by 69.6% in success rate and achieves comparable success to reinforcement learning with 490 times less interaction data. These results demonstrate that supervised play can autonomously collect interaction data, guide model-based planning, and enable policy learning without any task-specific demonstrations or sim-to-real transfer. Graph Reasoning Paradigm: Structured and Symbolic Reasoning with Topology-Aware Reinforcement Learning for Large Language Models

Runxuan Liu, Xianhao Ou Harbin Institute of Technology, Xinyan Ma Harbin Institute of Technology, Jiyuan Wang, Jiafeng Liang Harbin Institute of Technology, Jiaqi Li Tianjin Normal University, Tao He Harbin Institute of Technology, Zheng Chu Harbin Institute of Technology 等 16 位作者

原文摘要

Long Chain-of-Thought (LCoT), achieved by Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), has proven effective in enhancing the reasoning capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs). However, reasoning in current LLMs is primarily generated as plain text, where performing semantic evaluation on such unstructured data creates a computational bottleneck during training. Despite RLVR-based optimization, existing methods still suffer from coarse-grained supervision, reward hacking, high training costs, and poor generalization. To address these issues, we propose the Graph Reasoning Paradigm (GRP), which realizes structured and symbolic reasoning, implemented via graph-structured representations with step-level cognitive labels. Building upon GRP, we further design Process-Aware Stratified Clipping Group Relative Policy Optimization (PASC-GRPO), which leverages structured evaluation to replace semantic evaluation, achieves process-aware verification through graph-structured outcome rewards, and mitigates reward hacking via stratified clipping advantage estimation. Experiments demonstrate significant improvements across mathematical reasoning and code generation tasks. Data, models, and code will be released later.

原文摘要

Large reasoning models ( e.g., R1, o3) have demonstrated remarkable mathematical problem-solving abilities. However, the high reported accuracy of these advanced models on popular datasets and reliance on purely numerical evaluation often mask their true reasoning shortcomings. To address this, we propose leveraging the inherent rigor and methodological complexity of mathematical proofs as a diagnostic tool to expose these hidden failures. Specifically, we introduce the RFMDataset (Reveal Failure Modes), a collection of 200 diverse mathematical proof problems to thoroughly evaluate the performance of advanced models. Our in-depth analysis of their failures uncovers 10 fine-grained error types, which shows fundamental limitations in current large reasoning models: 1) Large reasoning models still have limited capability in generating entirely correct mathematical proofs, with some models solving less than 20% of problems and even making mistakes on fundamental ones; 2) models exhibit a diverse spectrum of reasoning failures, prominently demonstrating the lack of guarantees for the correctness and rigor intermediate reasoning steps; and 3) models show hallucination and incompleteness during the reasoning process. Our findings also reveal that directly prompting models to self-reflect on specific failure modes is insufficient to resolve the current logical dilemmas, necessitating domain knowledge and formal verification.
