原文摘要

We present MetricTrail, a streaming system for accurate camera motion estimation and dense reconstruction from long monocular videos. To keep inference efficient over long sequences, we revisit DPVO's sparse local estimator. We find that single-image metric depth substantially improves its trajectory accuracy, without retraining the correspondence network or enlarging the optimization window. Metric predictions initialize patch depths and remain as soft constraints during optimization. We further improve correspondence estimation through learned adapters that augment matching features and recurrent context with frozen DINOv3 representations. The correspondence estimator and adapters are trained on diverse short clips without additional long-sequence training. This modular design also allows the depth provider to be independently upgraded and supports supplied camera intrinsics and calibrated stereo observations without retraining. Under the reported RGB-only protocols, MetricTrail achieves the lowest average trajectory error among evaluated methods on KITTI, Oxford Spires, and VBR. Pairing the estimated poses with single-image depth predictions also produces strong dense reconstruction on indoor and outdoor benchmarks and coherent reconstructions of in-the-wild videos. With supplied intrinsics, the system processes KITTI-02 at 12.70 FPS with 3.21 GB peak GPU memory.

A Synchronized Tri-Modality Wireless System for Multi-Point Non-Contact Cardiac Monitoring

Wei Ren, Kaili Zhao, Huansheng Yi, Miaoyang Hu, Jianqi Wang, Canhua Xu, Fugui Qi

原文摘要

Cardiac physiological monitoring is fundamental to evaluating cardiovascular health and diagnosing related diseases. Non-contact radar sensing can capture chest-wall vibrations with spatial specificity, enabling localized physiological monitoring and cardiac assessment. Progress, however, has been limited by the absence of a reliable, research-grade hardware platform for rigorous validation of radar-based methods. Prior systems typically pair radar, namely Doppler cardiography (DCG), with only electrocardiography (ECG) or other coarse references, providing no direct mechanical ground truth and thus constraining fine-grained evaluation of radar outputs. We present a tri-modality wireless system that integrates ECG, seismocardiography (SCG), and DCG under a unified acquisition and control framework for time-aligned recording and analysis. The tri-modality system combines miniaturized wearable ECG/SCG modules with a high-resolution mmWave radar module, supporting spatially resolved sensing and subsequent feature extraction. To our knowledge, this is the first integrated ECG--SCG--DCG hardware system for comprehensive cardiac monitoring; it enables multi-point thoracic acquisition, achieves precise cross-modal synchronization, and maintains specifications suitable for wearable operation. Experiments on a linear-motion platform show close agreement between DCG- and SCG-derived displacements, confirming accurate displacement measurement. Human-subject studies further demonstrate cross-modal consistency and robust extraction of feature points, establishing ECG as the electrical anchor and SCG as the mechanical ground truth for DCG. Overall, the system provides a rigorous, spatially resolved validation platform that advances non-contact cardiac sensing and supports next-generation radar-based monitoring.

原文摘要

Video multimodal large language models achieve strong results on existing benchmarks, but answer accuracy alone does not establish whether they can locate the evidence needed to answer a question. We introduce VideoZeroBench, a challenging long-video benchmark with manually annotated question-answer pairs spanning 13 video domains. Questions target fine-grained cues, fleeting events, and evidence distributed across multiple segments. Temporal intervals and key-frame boxes are annotated where applicable. All questions undergo two rounds of cross-verification for answer validity and evidence quality. Our five-level diagnostic protocol compares answering with and without evidence hints, then combines answer correctness with independently evaluated temporal and spatial grounding. Across 19 evaluated models, the best standard QA accuracy is 24.8% (Level-3), achieved by Gemini-3.7-Flash. No model exceeds 1.8% when correct answers and accurate spatio-temporal localization are jointly required (Level-5). Analyses of atomic abilities, evidence spans, input modalities, and thinking-with-videos inference further characterize where the evaluated systems struggle. These findings motivate more precise evidence search and localization for long-video question answering. Our code and data are publicly released.

原文摘要

We introduce Nemotron 3.5 Super and Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, open and efficient Mixture-of-Experts Hybrid Mamba-Transformer models designed for reasoning, long-context understanding, and agentic workloads. Super is a 120B-parameter, 12B-active multimodal model, while Lightning is a smaller 30B-parameter, 3B-active text model; both designed for efficient deployment. Both models combine large-scale distillation, long-context training, and native speculative decoding, while Super further incorporates Indic continued pretraining and agentic software-engineering mid-training. We develop a comprehensive post-training pipeline spanning supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning (RLVR and RLHF), complemented in Super by specialized teacher training and multi- teacher on-policy distillation (MOPD). This transforms Super from a text-only base model into a multimodal agent capable of reasoning over text, images, video, and interactive tool environments. We further explore test-time scaling through parallel agent execution and self-verification. Across training and deployment, we jointly optimize capability and efficiency. Indic continued pretraining improves Indian-language benchmarks by up to 9.82 percentage points, while agentic mid-training strengthens software-engineering capabilities and robustness across agent harnesses. The post-trained Super model achieves 51.78% on SWE-bench Pro, surpassing Nemotron 3 Ultra despite using approximately 4.6x fewer active parameters. Post-training MTP boosting improves speculative- decoding acceptance length by up to 21.8% under probabilistic draft sampling, while NVFP4 quantization achieves 99.62% median accuracy recovery relative to BF16. Inference optimizations enable up to 4,856 output tokens/s/GPU on GB200 while sustaining at least 50 tokens/s/user.

Don’t Click That: Teaching Web Agents to Resist Deceptive Interfaces

Yilin Zhang, Yingkai Hua, Chunyu Wei Renmin University of China, Xin Wang, Yueguo Chen Renmin University of China

原文摘要

Vision-language model (VLM) based web agents demonstrate impressive autonomous GUI interaction but remain vulnerable to deceptive interface elements. Existing approaches either detect deception without task integration or document attacks without proposing defenses. We formalize deception-aware web agent defense and propose DUDE (Deceptive UI Detector Evaluator), a two-stage framework combining hybrid-reward learning with asymmetric penalties and experience summarization to distill failure patterns into transferable guidance. We introduce RUC (Real UI Clickboxes), a benchmark of 1,407 scenarios spanning four domains and deception categories. Experiments show DUDE reduces deception susceptibility by 53.8% while maintaining task performance, establishing an effective foundation for robust web agent deployment.

原文摘要

Large language models (LLMs) have shown promise in simulating human-like social behaviors. Social graphs provide high-quality supervision signals that encode both local interactions and global network structure, yet they remain underutilized for LLM training. To address this gap, we propose Graphia, the first general LLM-based social graph simulation framework that leverages graph data as supervision for LLM post-training via reinforcement learning. With GNN-based structural rewards, Graphia trains specialized agents to predict whom to interact with (destination selection) and how to interact (edge generation), followed by designed graph generation pipelines. We evaluate Graphia under two settings: Transductive Dynamic Graph Generation (TDGG), a micro-level task with our proposed node-wise interaction alignment metrics; and Inductive Dynamic Graph Generation (IDGG), a macro-level task with our proposed metrics for aligning emergent network properties. On three real-world networks, Graphia improves micro-level alignment by 6.1% in the composite destination selection score, 12% in edge classification accuracy, and 27.9% in edge content BERTScore over the strongest baseline. For macro-level alignment, it achieves 35.98% higher structural similarity and 28.71% better replication of social phenomena such as power laws and echo chambers. Our results show that social graphs can serve as high-quality supervision signals for LLM post-training, closing the gap between agent behaviors and network dynamics for LLM-based simulation. Android Coach: Improve Online Agentic Training Efficiency with Single State Multiple Actions

Guo Gan, Yuxuan Ding Qualcomm Inc, QualComm, Cong Chen, Yuwei Ren QualComm, Yin Huang Qualcomm, Hong Zhou

原文摘要

Online reinforcement learning (RL) serves as an effective method for enhancing the capabilities of Android agents. However, guiding agents to learn through online interaction is prohibitively expensive due to the high latency of emulators and the sample inefficiency of existing RL algorithms. We identify a fundamental limitation in current approaches: the Single State Single Action paradigm, which updates the policy with one-to-one state-action pairs from online one-way rollouts without fully exploring each costly emulator state. In this paper, we propose Android Coach, a novel framework that shifts the training paradigm to Single State Multiple Actions, allowing the agent to sample and utilize multiple actions for a single online state. We enable this without additional emulator overhead by learning a critic that estimates action values. To ensure the critic serves as a reliable coach, we integrate a process reward model and introduce a group-wise advantage estimator based on the averaged critic outputs. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of Android Coach: it achieves 7.5% and 8.3% success rate improvements on AndroidLab and AndroidWorld over UI-TARS-1.5-7B, and attains 1.4x higher training efficiency than Single State Single Action methods PPO and GRPO at matched success rates.

Seeing No Evil: Blinding Large Vision-Language Models to Safety Instructions via Adversarial Attention Hijacking

Jingru Li China University of Geoscience, Wei Ren China University of Geosciences, Tianqing Zhu City University of Macau

原文摘要

Large Vision-Language Models (LVLMs) rely on attention-based retrieval of safety instructions to maintain alignment during generation. Existing attacks typically optimize image perturbations to maximize harmful output likelihood, but suffer from slow convergence due to gradient conflict between adversarial objectives and the model’s safety-retrieval mechanism. We propose Attention-Guided Visual Jailbreaking, which circumvents rather than overpowers safety alignment by directly manipulating attention patterns. Our method introduces two simple auxiliary objectives: (1) suppressing attention to system-prompt tokens and (2) anchoring generation on adversarial image features. This simple yet effective push-pull formulation reduces gradient conflict by 45% and achieves 94.4% attack success rate on Qwen-VL (vs. 68.8% baseline) with 40% fewer iterations. At tighter perturbation budgets (\epsilon=8/255), we maintain 59.0% ASR compared to 45.7% for standard methods. Mechanistic analysis reveals a failure mode we term safety blindness: successful attacks suppress system-prompt attention by 80%, causing models to generate harmful content not by overriding safety rules, but by failing to retrieve them.
